Our two children (4 and 2) have been in nursery here for two months, and we couldn't be happier. One of our children has very serious food allergies, and they have been incredibly thorough in keeping them safe. Two things that especially stand out to me:
1. The staff is just phenomenal. You can tell
all of them really care for the kids and care about what they do. My kids really adore the staff.
2. They give them tons of outdoor time in a garden that really encourages free-play and creativity.


We're delighted to be here! Highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Jack Straws Lane nursery. Over the last 5-6 years with our two children. The staff are so kind, caring and attentive. They really get to know the children very well and individually. My children have so much fun it makes leaving them so much easier. They

Our daughter has had a wonderful experience at this nursery. The space is bright and spacious, with dedicated rooms and carers for each age group, creating a safe and well-structured environment. The outdoor area is large and has plenty of engaging indoor activities. I especially like the occasional
guitar visits from a musician - such a lovely touch. Communication is excellent. The app is easy to use and provides regular updates, photos, and proactive development notes, which is very reassuring. The staff are warm, friendly and genuinely caring. The rooms are always clean and tidy, and the nursery organises seasonal events for parents and children, which help build a lovely community feel. Parking is a bit limited but usually manageable. Overall, we're extremely happy and feel our daughter is in very safe hands. Highly recommended.

Hope is now nearly 4 years old and has thrived at The Triangle. Her strength, mental aptitude, language, social skills - all aspects. The support from the energetic, enthusiastic and loving caring team is second to none. I have recommended this nursery many times to friends and colleagues. 10 out of
10! I think she will be very sad to leave.

We feel incredibly lucky to have secured a place at Jack Straws Lane for our little boy. The staff are wonderful - they have been so genuinely kind, caring and supportive throughout his first month of settling in. They have taken real care to ensure this important transition has been as smooth as possible
for all of us. It's so reassuring to know that he is in such capable hands, enjoying fantastic facilities and taking part in fun, engaging activities every day. His smiles say it all and we are excited to see how he grows and develops here.

We enrolled our son at Kids Planet The Triangle. While the carers were kind, the management by the nursery manager and the area manager was deeply concerning. The nursery enforces a "no tailgating" rule by having staff recognise parents at the door, yet there is no physical barrier to stop someone entering
behind you. When I asked the nursery manager what would prevent an intruder from reaching the children, she said she would "try my best". The area manager later confirmed staff are not expected to intervene, but offered no clear alternative procedure. The internal door PIN, the only real safeguard, is shared by all families and had not been changed for months. Management also claimed to "know all parents", yet addressed my wife as "Mr", showing the system is unreliable. We also noticed hygiene and supervision issues as others mentioned on this site. After raising concerns, management restricted our access and encouraged us to leave early. We withdrew our son and cannot recommend this nursery.

To keep everyone safe, we follow a strict no-tailgating policy and ask all visitors, including parents, to close the door behind them, even if someone is entering just after them. This helps ensure that everyone coming into the setting is recognised and authorised. Our staff uphold all safeguarding procedures, including challenging individuals not known to the nursery, updating codes, and ensuring mobile phones are not used within the setting. These measures protect the children and maintain a secure, nurturing environment. We also expect our team to work in a respectful atmosphere, and we do not tolerate any abuse towards them while they carry out these responsibilities.

We are so happy with our experience at The Triangle. The management team is excellent - approachable and always helpful, which gives us real peace of mind. The staff in the Toddler Room are incredibly warm, kind, and caring, and it is clear how much they genuinely care about the children. Our son is
thriving in their care. His language and social skills have come on in leaps and bounds since he started. We really appreciate the warm, loving, and nurturing environment they provide every day, and we feel confident knowing our son is so well supported.

Jack Straws Lane Nursery is an excellent nursery with exceptionally kind, responsible, and caring staff. Moving our child here was one of the best decisions our young family has made, especially after a challenging year at the previous nursery where he struggled to settle. What stands out most is the
constant presence of genuine “sunshine” smiles on both the staff’s and children’s faces.
In our experience, this reflects a wonderful positive cycle — happy staff make happy children, and happy children make happy staff. We also deeply appreciate how the team embraces innovation and nurtures each child according to their individual personality, which aligns perfectly with our family’s values. I firmly believe that this approach will be a cornerstone of our child’s happiness and well-being as they grow.

I've had two children at the nursery, with the youngest still currently there. The premises are nice, large and welcoming. The staff are excellent on the whole. As is the norm, issues may arise, but I've found that discussions with management have resolved issues, whether individual or more systemic.
This is really what you are after in a nursery: the ability to adjust the care required for your children. The Triangle excels in this regard. I've found everyone to be kind and friendly, and when asked due to personal circumstances, they are prepared to go above and beyond in the interests of the child. Overall, you would be hard-pressed to find a better nursery for your children.

Our 3-months old has been at the nursery for 2 months now, and we couldn't be happier with the experience so far. The nursery teachers are amazing, so the rest of the staff; caring and supportive. We are absolutely thrilled with this nursery. Our daughter has thrived here, and we feel very lucky she's had the chance to attend such a lovely setting. The staff are brilliant- warm, caring and genuinely invested in the children- and we've never had a single issue. The facilities are fantastic and
the daily activities are thoughtfully planned offering rich learning opportunities through play. We especially love the time they spend in the woods, cooking over the fire, exploring nature and building all sorts of structures they thrive in their environment. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough.
