The nursery is our daughter's second home- she is in the babies room They welcomed her at a very young age with loving and experienced hands. The staff are wonderful and put their whole heart into caring for the children. The environment is pleasant and enriching. There is full consideration and care for our daughter's allergies. And most importantly, we feel completely safe leaving her there, knowing she is in loving, caring, an un great hands. We highly recommend it!

My child is in pre school after attending since a baby. She's delighted to go into nursery and enjoys the range of activities provided. She has had additional issues with eating that the nursery has supported us with in a proactive way - listening and encouraging me. Our child is in a nice place.

It took our son a little while to settle at nursery but staff were so patient and expert in their dealing with him, and now he loves it here! We cannot speak highly enough about the staff, and our son has really bonded with them all. In the room he is in there is a great range of activities and he loves going outside in the garden. There is also a wide range of food offered, which has been great for our fussy eater! As parents we get regular updates and it is lovely to see how much staff care and how far our son has come since starting here. Would highly recommend.

We've been extremely pleased with the care our daughter has received in the baby room at the nursery. Her key person was wonderful and played a crucial role in helping her settle in so well. The app has also been a fantastic tool for communication, keeping us updated and connected with the staff.

Three of our children have been at the Woodstock Road nursery. We currently have a 3 year old in the pre-school room. He will be 4 in the summer. It is a very kind and welcoming nursery and the Kids Planet staff are all so caring and friendly. The nursery has also been extremely helpful and supporting in the context of a difficult family health situation and have made our son feel really happy and cared for at the nursery. The nursery make a really big effort to set equipment and activities up nicely for the children with lots of fun and engaging activities both indoors and in the garden. Our son is always happy at the end of each day and this is thanks to all the energy and caring work of the nursery and the nice atmosphere that is created in the room. Our son has really enjoyed the musician who sometimes visits and he has been able to develop and flourish in a fun and stimulating environment. Thank you for everything.

Jack Straws Lane is a lovely nursery! The staff are friendly, kind, and attentive to the children. They are creative with daily activities and good at keeping parents updated throughout the day. The nursery has a special focus on outdoor play and learning within an ample garden and forest space. I am continuously impressed at how experienced and thoughtful the Jack Straws Lane team are, and I'm so thrilled to have such trust in the people looking after my child.

My children and I love mansion house nursery. The staff are amazing and so kind, the kids are always doing exciting and creative activities, they spend tons of time outside, even if it's to go puddle hunting in the rain. When they get home they're always well fed, well exercised, and happy. The food is homemade and diverse and the kids have learned good table manners. We get regular updates with adorable anecdotes and photos of the kids during the day as well as daily feedback on their behaviour and activities. I couldn't be more pleased.

The children are offered a fantastic range of activities, including music and sport sessions, and outings to explore Oxford. We have been impressed with the range of meals, and love that the children get involved in preparing food and baking. We cannot speak highly enough of the nursery!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Jack Straws Lane nursery. Over the last 5-6 years with our two children. The staff are so kind, caring and attentive. They really get to know the children very well and individually. My children have so much fun it makes leaving them so much easier. They learn so much cooking, playing outside and in the woodlands JSL is pure joy.

Our daughter has had a wonderful experience at this nursery. The space is bright and spacious, with dedicated rooms and carers for each age group, creating a safe and well-structured environment. The outdoor area is large and has plenty of engaging indoor activities. I especially like the occasional guitar visits from a musician - such a lovely touch. Communication is excellent. The app is easy to use and provides regular updates, photos, and proactive development notes, which is very reassuring. The staff are warm, friendly and genuinely caring. The rooms are always clean and tidy, and the nursery organises seasonal events for parents and children, which help build a lovely community feel. Parking is a bit limited but usually manageable. Overall, we're extremely happy and feel our daughter is in very safe hands. Highly recommended.

We are so happy with the baby room at this nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, and it's clear they genuinely love what they do. From day one, they made my baby feel safe, settled, and loved, which gave us total peace of mind.

The Triangle continues to be a place of excellence and our daughter has thrived there. The staff are amazing, the teaching KSI assessments are relevant and proactive. I cannot praise the leadership and staff enough for their attitude and professionalism. Thank you!!!

Hope is now nearly 4 years old and has thrived at The Triangle. Her strength, mental aptitude, language, social skills - all aspects. The support from the energetic, enthusiastic and loving caring team is second to none. I have recommended this nursery many times to friends and colleagues. 10 out of 10! I think she will be very sad to leave.

We feel incredibly lucky to have secured a place at Jack Straws Lane for our little boy. The staff are wonderful - they have been so genuinely kind, caring and supportive throughout his first month of settling in. They have taken real care to ensure this important transition has been as smooth as possible for all of us. It's so reassuring to know that he is in such capable hands, enjoying fantastic facilities and taking part in fun, engaging activities every day. His smiles say it all and we are excited to see how he grows and develops here.

Triangle nursery has always felt like a wonderful place for our children to grow. Their key people have always been kind and engaged and we are always kept updated with how our children are progressing. The management also take a very keen interest in all the children and take special care with each one!!

We enrolled our son at Kids Planet The Triangle. While the carers were kind, the management by the nursery manager and the area manager was deeply concerning. The nursery enforces a "no tailgating" rule by having staff recognise parents at the door, yet there is no physical barrier to stop someone entering behind you. When I asked the nursery manager what would prevent an intruder from reaching the children, she said she would "try my best". The area manager later confirmed staff are not expected to intervene, but offered no clear alternative procedure. The internal door PIN, the only real safeguard, is shared by all families and had not been changed for months. Management also claimed to "know all parents", yet addressed my wife as "Mr", showing the system is unreliable. We also noticed hygiene and supervision issues as others mentioned on this site. After raising concerns, management restricted our access and encouraged us to leave early. We withdrew our son and cannot recommend this nursery.

We are so happy with our experience at The Triangle. The management team is excellent - approachable and always helpful, which gives us real peace of mind. The staff in the Toddler Room are incredibly warm, kind, and caring, and it is clear how much they genuinely care about the children. Our son is thriving in their care. His language and social skills have come on in leaps and bounds since he started. We really appreciate the warm, loving, and nurturing environment they provide every day, and we feel confident knowing our son is so well supported.
