My son has went to this nursery for over a year, when he first started he had severe separation anxiety, the staff helped him so much in overcoming this. The staff promised me that soon he will be running into nursery smiling and saying bye mam; I never believed it, could never see it happening. Sure
enough now he loves nursery and waves me good bye with a smile on his face. He has came so far thanks to the nurturing staff in both toddlers and preschool. We can't thank them enough for how they have brought his confidence on! The admin side of things lets the nursery down, with the slow response to email etc but they are always very apologetic about this.

Really positive feedback on my child today, staff are really taking note of any progress and behaviour and relaying it back to parents great.
I have seen the progress myself at home, and good feedback means I can see where some of the areas that need developing are, and can implement them at home.

happy with the Nursery and have no worries at all.

My little girl loves nursery she started when she was just 9 month and loves going her little face lights up when we pull up she knows we're she's going it's crazy how she just goes straight to her teachers and loves them so much the staff are all way there to help with anything she is coming in so

We absolutely love Kids Planet and all the staff. Our child is so happy, and that makes us as parents happy. Our son has come on so much and is learning loads every day, and it's great to see. He has made some great friends with the children in his room, but also with the staff. He always talks about

Our daughter loves going to nursery! The staff are amazing and go out of their way to get to know the children. Staff are approachable, helpful, kind and welcoming. They have formed lovely relationships with our daughter and she talks about the staff at home. Staff plan amazing activities which engage
our daughter and help her to make progress in all areas of learning. We've had a really positive experience from the day our daughter started in the baby room and would recommend the nursery to other parents.

Lovely nursery all three of my children have been to kids planet in Ashbrooke the nursery nurses are so caring and loving. My daughter comes in excited for her day and puts her arms out for cuddles , they offer well balanced food and nap areas

The staff at the nursery are great, they are very accommodating and are extremely understanding. Our little girl's development has come on massively since joining this nursery, and her confidence has gone through the roof. My little boy has been coming to this nursery since he was 9 month old he is now 4.
He absolutely loves it so much so that he wants to attend nursery on a weekend.
The staff are brilliant with him and regularly update the app during the day so I can keep a check on his meals and any highlights of
his day. They are wonderful managers and any queries or questions they go out their way to help you. I would 100 percent recommend this to anyone looking to send their child to daycare.
Well done to all the girls keep up the brilliant work.

Staff are worth their absolute weight in gold. They are so committed and appear to love what they do. Always welcoming on collections and give an update of how our baby has been that day.
Our son took some time settling in, the nursery were very accommodating with our child's needs at this time.
They did everything to ensure he settled and there was no rush for this.
At times the environment could be a little cleaner and tidier. However this has recently improved and is looking great. The nursery nurses are very busy, a cleaner on site am/pm might be good, the girls are so busy providing the best care and attending to our babies needs.
The nursery has a lovely outdoor space for children to explore.
We get regular learning updates on app and photos.
I love the app which we can check with updates including: meal times, nappy changes, naps and learning moments.
CCTV throughout nursery and secure doors.
We love this nursery.

My daughter attends one day a week and she absolutely loves it. Initially, I thought I'd need more days to help her settle, however, she loves going, she gets very excited when we pull up and happily goes in. All the staff are wonderful, nothing ever a bother, always happy to help. We love that our
daughter is always doing a range of activities as busy working parents we may not have the time to do.

Lovely nursery, the staff are great and know my children really well. I always feel like both children are safe and are well looked after. Love how varied their meals are especially and lunch and tea time. Maybe slightly more choices at breakfast time could improve it further. Love how I get updates

My son has only just started with Kids Planet Ashbrooke a month ago and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team have made the entire process positive from show around to taster days and settling in. I have all confidence in him being cared for so well whilst he is there the staff have all been amazing.
Communication is also fantastic! The app is updated in real time and the regular notifications put my mind at ease as well as staff calling me to reassure me when he has come into nursery unsettled. The whole experience has been highly positive and I couldn’t recommend the place more!

My child has started nursery at 2 and a half, having never been before. I was understandably nervous to see how he would settle but I needn’t have worried. The staff were so welcoming and kind and despite a few teary days, my child looks forward to his time at nursery now. I really enjoy the app and
being able to get updates on my child. Communication with the nursery has been excellent and I always get a swift response to any questions or queries.

Really good facilities and fabulous staff who know what they are doing and are amazing with our little one (as I'm sure they are with all the children in their care)! Made us and little one feel so welcome from the beginning and have continued to keep us up to date with all of little one's achievements,

My son has been attending the nursery for the past couple of months. We are very happy with the nursery and the friendliness of the staff.
Initially before deciding on this nursery, we did view several local nurseries in the area and this one stood out from the rest. We thought it was a warm, cosy
environment with friendly staff and a happy atmosphere.
The only negative point we could give so far is the accounts department is dreadful. We seem to have difficulty setting up a direct debit on a monthly basis.
So far we’ve had no access to the app to see photos comments or activities throughout the day.
