Choosing the right nursery for your child is one of the most important decisions a parent can make, and I am so grateful we found this one. The staff are amazing, kind, patient, and incredibly supportive. They have created a welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn and grow.

As Emily prepares to move on to big school, it is bittersweet because she has loved every moment of her time at the nursery. She talks so fondly about the staff and her friends, and I know she is going to miss everyone dearly.

This nursery is wonderful. It is filled with the most caring, trustworthy, loving staff in every single room. Our little one has just finished preschool, having started in the baby room at 11 months old they have supported his transition through the nursery, as well as us through every stage. He happily waves us off, and we are happy to leave him with such an attentive kind team. No ask to big, no question too silly. He has been prepared for school fantastically; it really is bittersweet him leaving. As a family we cannot recommend this nursery more.

I couldn't be happier with the care and support my child has received at Kids Planet Hagley Road. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They genuinely care about every child and create a safe, happy, and nurturing environment where children can grow and learn.

My son has had a wonderful experience from baby room right to preschool. He is always so excited to go in, and this is a credit to all the staff he interacts with. They are kind and caring, always with him. His independence has come on so much, and he is so ready for school but will miss all the staff so much. The graduation ceremony was a perfect way to end his time there.

We honestly can not speak highly enough about this wonderful nursery and we are so sad to be leaving after 4 years :(however our little lady is certainly ready for school in September thanks to the amazing work and love given over the years. Thank you to Laura and her amazing team of caring staff. I always recommend our nursery to everyone I know needing a safe and caring nursery for their little ones. Memories made forever, wishing you all the very best for the future :)

I am sure she will really miss the nursery and the staff when she moves on to primary school. We are very grateful for all the care and support she has received and will continue to recieve until she graduates.

My little girl started at Kids Planet when she was just 1 and finished preschool today. She has had the most amazing experience and has learnt so much. The staff are wonderful - so welcoming and accommodating and the children access a wide range of activities with lots and lots of outdoor play which I believe is exactly what they need. She has been so loved and is leaving with such lovely memories. Thank you Kids Planet!

My daughter started at the nursery at 9 months old, she has blossomed and grown so well with the help of the staff. They are attentive, supportive and so friendly. They have helped her confidence, social skills and we are so happy with the progress she makes. We have no worries about sending our little boy there now too.

I can only say positive things about this nursery. My little boy has been going since he was a baby. He is always happy to go and loves the workers and other children. The staff are lovely and genuinely so caring, and I can't thank them enough. My child is always well looked after and gets a wide range of fun/educational activities.

My son attends here 2 days a week. He is always so happy upon arrival and has no issues leaving he goes straight in. On days where he isnt in he is always asking 'i go nursery today' staff are friendly and helpful which is always a bonus

As a teacher myself finding the right setting for my daughter was something I felt passionate about. We were impressed straight away with the provision at kids planet and the friendly staff. Since joining in January in the toddler room our daughter has settled so well and is absolutely thriving and that's all thanks to the friendly and nurturing staff. Staff communicate really well with parents on the app, on collection and at parents evening. We really enjoy the home learning activities to do with her at home and really value the support from staff when working on milestones such as transitioning away from using a dummy.

The staff & management team are all very welcoming and super friendly. My little girl is always happy to go into her room, she comes home very happy too and always looks like she's had a fantastic day. Baby room offer lots of messy play activities which are my daughter's favourite and we always get great feedback about her day on collection. I'd 100% recommend.

Since starting at Kids Planet Bromley, Theo has come on so much i was worried about his eating and making friends as his a only child but the staff in babies room has made it a easy experience Theo has come on leaps and bounds with there support and help and they have picked up on his likes and dislikes and nothing i ask for is to much, there friendly and approachable and i never get nervous no more in leaving him. Amazing nursery so glad he goes there

I have had a brilliant experience with this Kids Planet branch. The staff is absolutely lovely. My son loves going to the nursery and he always has a great time. They do a lot of fun and educational activities which my son enjoys. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with Kids Planet Hatchford.

Everyone is so friendly and relatable. They inform us every detail about my daughters day, all the good and the bad. The staff provide detailed learning reports, and it shows at home because my daughter lives what they have taught her. My daughter has been with this nursery since she was 10 months old, and I would chose them every time. We're starting school this Sept and we will all truly be sad to leave Kids Planet.

I would happily recommend the nursery to other parents looking for a caring and professional setting for their children.

Overall a fantastic preschool, my little boy loves going to preschool and is so excited to see the staff and his friends. We are well updated with how the day has gone when we come to pick up our son and the app also keeps us up to date and in the loop. When we've needed support to help our Son when he's been potty training for example, preschool have been great at following what we were doing at home to make the whole transition much smoother for our son. The staff are brilliant and my son has a special bond with all of them.

Couldn't recommend this nursery enough! Both of my sons have gone there and they have been amazing with both of them. Some of the staff have gone above and beyond for them, my youngest is still there now and has had a special bond with all his key workers. I can't thank Paige and Sharna enough for the love they have shown my boy.

She often comes home excited to tell me about the different activities she has taken part in, and it's clear how much she enjoys her time there. I couldn't be happier with the care and support she receives and would highly recommend Kids Planet Pre-School to other families.
