Our little boy loves nursery, he happily waves us off in the morning and always has a smile on his face at pick up. Throughout the day, the APP is regularly updated to ensure we know all aspects of nursery life for our child.
The staff are approachable, friendly and very much know our child as reflected
in parents evening and developmental reviews. They encourage, support and nurture our child and he has a lovely relationship with all nursery staff not just his key worker.
During the day, our child completes a range of activities but he loves to explore outside and this is very much encouraged in all weathers.
We are very happy and would highly recommend.

Absolutely an awful nursery, no care about the well being of the children. My son only done 6 settling in days there and it was the worst thing I've ever experienced, he came home hungry and covered in cuts and marks which I was never told about upon collection, he came home dehydrated begging for drinks
and crying if not getting them. Last time I picked him up before I pulled him out of the nursery he has mud all over his mouth as if he has been eating it and when I got home I realised they didn't put his nappy on correctly and it was halfway down his pants leg and about to fall out. The staff have terrible communication could never get a full story I was being told he was happy there by the staff but when communicating with management being told he was extremely emotional. Lost all trust for the nursery

I remember viewing multiple nurseries to find the right fit, for my sweet girl. We visited kidz planet, and we wasnt nessasariliy focused on watching the staff, we watched how content the children was, how happy they were, singing, like it was routine. The children were beyond happy to be there. It
felt homely, and my daughter has additional needs, so I was a little anxious, but she has thrived! She is very happy to go to nursery and gets excited in the mornings, and in a rush to get out the door. She has strong bonds with her key workers, who have gone above and beyond for her needs. Im amazed how much my little one learns at nursery and is sharing her experiences with me at home. It was the best decision we made for her development. I love how confident and happy my little one is. The nursery cant do enough when it comes to her care. Nothing has ever been too much to ask. I would definitely recommend this nursery and have had nothing but positive experiences. The app is amazing too!

My son has been attended Henley 2 since September 2023 and all he has done since then is blossom! They have supported him in every way possible including getting external professionals to observe him, they have put in place support plans to help his development and he is flourishing! He has a good group
of friends and all the staff know him so well and he's always greeted with a smile. Couldn't imagine sending him anywhere else and I can't wait for my daughter to start at Kids Planet in April.

As a family we have been working with kids planet team for past 6 years. Some staff are still the same and have now worked with both of our children.


This helps to add to welcoming friendly team and also to see new staff embed. Gives reassurance to us parents children are in safe hands.


We see

this is a partnership to ensure our children have thrived during nursery and as they move onto school also. Having skills to ensure they do not struggle with transition.
Lovely family events put on as well where you get see your child and their friends with their parents which helps with cohesion as not all children starts and finish at same time which adds to flexibility of the team.


Team always happy to discuss any concerns or support with difficulties being seen at home for them to monitor and support with in nursery environment.

I have had a really good experience sending my daughter to Kids Planet Henley. The staff are very friendly, give great updates on her day when I pick her up and the app used to communicate food and sleep throughout the day is really useful. Well what can I say, a very important choice for parents to make when choosing a nursery. Especially us being first time parents! We chose this nursery out of three we visited and many more reviewed online.


Our son has been going there since September 2024 at 9 months old and we are very happy and

pleased so far with the nursery and his progress.


Each day he is in we look forward to catching up with the staff to see how his day went when we pick him up; they make time to come and speak to you about his day and advise on next steps e.g. weaning of the bottle.


As first time parents it's one thing we don't have to worry about. Our son loves spending time there and the staff have gelled with him so much.


I am presuming it's because he's so adorable ha! But honestly when you speak to them they are very delightful and respectful.

My daughter has only been at Kids Planet for a few months, but I've been so impressed from the very start. She has settled in beautifully, and I truly believe that's down to the incredible staff. They welcome her with open arms every morning, and she goes in with the biggest smile on her face.
As a
first-time parent returning to work, you couldn't ask for anything more reassuring. The team really go above and beyond to get to know each child - their likes, routines, and how best to support their development.
She enjoys great food, lots of messy play, and clearly has a wonderful time. I would highly recommend Kids Planet to anyone looking for a home-from-home nursery with down-to-earth, kind, and genuinely caring staff.

My little one started last April and was nervous about starting, the staff were excellent in reassuring him and myself. He since has loved it, he enjoys being there and spending time with the other children and nursery workers. They call with any issues and are very competent at dealing with issues/incidences
. They do lots of different activities which he enjoys and is excited to talk about after he's left nursery. The food variety is great and nutritious . My little one loves it. I would highly recommend kids planet Kingswinford +++

We cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. The staff have become like family to us; many of them cared for my eldest (who is now 6) and are now looking after my son. Knowing he is in such experienced, loving hands gives us total peace of mind. The setting is amazing, especially the huge garden,
and we love the regular updates and photos of his day. We also love that all the meals are varied, healthy, and cooked fresh on-site!
The local trips are such a lovely touch too. We have nothing but positive things to say-it truly is the best environment for any child.

It's going to be difficult putting into words just how incredible this nursery is, but I'm going to try my best. When my son(age 2) joined in September he was non-verbal. He didn't even call me momma. Now? He calls me momma, asks for milk, blows me a kiss, says he's tired, and countless other words.
After a settling in period the stuff quickly back to work on putting my son on a SEN Plan so that all the staff knew the best way of meeting my child's needs. I was so impressed at how they wanted to know about my child's background but also mine so they had a broad view of what our lives were like at home. Every staff member I've come into contact with that this nursery has been welcoming and kind and gentle with both of my child and myself.


Nasra, zainab and henna are the key people in my child's care. Each of these ladies were born to work in childcare. They take their jobs incredibly seriously and are focussed of the safety and happiness of the children.


Outstanding nursery.

As any parent, I was really on edge about sending my daughter to nursery especially as it wasn't compulsory due to me working from home and then being on maternity leave. However, I knew how good it would be for her to socialise with other kids. I believe my husband and I made the best decision ever.
This was the only nursery we visited, and we left feeling reassured that our daughter will be well taken care of. We thought she would go through baby room to pre-school but unfortunately, she's ending at toddler room due to relocation. Her growth through baby room, toys room and now toddlers has been very visible. The staff are amazing - you can see and feel their genuine care for your child and even you as a parent. I have no complaints whatsoever. My daughter certainly loves being there too and calls their names all the time. Thank you ladies for a beautiful experience. We couldn't thank you enough.

Our family has been part of this nursery for several years now. Our son attended for three years, and during that time the staff were incredibly supportive of his SEN needs. They showed genuine care, patience, and understanding, and always worked closely with us to support his development.


Now our

daughter attends the nursery, and she is extremely happy there. She settles well, enjoys her time, and clearly feels safe and cared for. The staff are kind, attentive, and create a nurturing environment where children can thrive.


We are very grateful for the support our family has received over the years and would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the incredible care and support our daughter has received. From the very first day in the baby room to her time in the toddler room, the staff have been nothing short of amazing.
Every member of the team has shown genuine love and dedication, making sure
she felt happy and secure every single day. The communication has been excellent, and we've always felt involved in her learning journey. It's clear that the staff truly care about the children and go above and beyond to make each day special.
It's bittersweet to say goodbye, as we are so sad she is leaving, but we will always remember the wonderful experiences and friendships she made. Thank you to everyone for giving her the best possible start - you will always hold a special place in our hearts.

My little girl attends Kids planet Henley 1 and she absolutely loves going, she enjoys all of the activities and loves all of the staff she's with, in baby 1 and 2 room. They are always in communication with you which is always lovely to see while at work.
If I have ever had a question, management
are always happy to answer/ help.


I have 3 children and all 3 have attended the nursery, so it is lovely to have a good relationship with the staff.


I would absolutely recommend to anyone who asks about a nursery.
