Day Nurseries Owned by Kids Planet Day Nurseries in Staffordshire

Staff look after my daughter really well. She really enjoys it and I cannot thank the staff enough for all thier hard work and dedication. I love all the exciting activities which are available all day, my daughter has so much fun.

My little boy has recently started here and the nursery have been incredible with him, he always comes home saying how much fun he has had! The nursery staff are brilliant, big special thanks to Honeylei who he seems to have really taken to! The support she has shown myself and my son through a couple of difficult drop offs has been so lovely, even going the extra step to let me know when he has settled and sending updates which really puts my mind at ease to see how happy he is with her! We are super happy with kids planet basford and our little one is loving it!

I couldn't be happier with this nursery! My son absolutely loves going, which gives me so much peace of mind knowing he's happy, settled and enjoying his time there. It's lovely to see how much he enjoys himself and how excited he is to go in. The staff are caring, welcoming and create such a lovely environment for the children to learn, play and develop. Thank you for looking after my little boy so well! I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring, happy and nurturing environment for their child.

A fantastic nursery with caring staff and a positive learning environment. Our child has grown in confidence and enjoys the variety of activities available. We appreciate the regular updates and the dedication shown by the team.

My 7 month old has recently started at Kids Planet. His settle in sessions were informative and the use of the famly app keeps me updated on everything he does throughout the day. The staff are all super friendly and the love they have for their jobs shows through the care my son receives. The enrolment process was super easy and we received lots of information to help make our decision to join, the nursery itself is clean and well equipped for all ages to play and develop. The staff are happy to support with any issues you may be experiencing and ensure they follow any routines you have in place at home. My son really enjoys his time at kids planet and we look forward to his future there.

I'm writing as a gesture of gratitude for all the years my son has been within the nursery. I left the nursery with a very heavy heart due to my partners schedules and I wouldn't change it, if it wasn't for him. The staff is absolutely amazing, with a highlight to Rachel, Nikki who always gave us incredible support. If you're looking for a nursery and it's really worried to find the perfect caring place where you are sure you child will be looked after, this is DEFINITELY the place. I also must mention, my partner went to this nursery when he was a toddler and we have absolutely no complaints. Thank you again, for being caring to my child and to us.

My daughter only does 1 day a week currently but she has the best time & I have no worries when she is there. I love the updates we get on the app! As somebody who does dog walking for a living I send my clients regular updates, so it feels like I'm getting that back for Penelope!

Overall happy with our choice in nursery for our daughter, however there are some negatives we have experienced, such as when doing toilet training I felt she was having a LOT more accidents at nursery however after speaking to the manager this seemed to have improved a lot, my daughter has had accidents and the staff have had to check cctv to see what happened not sure why they wasn't watching her, but again they dealt with it okay after, i understand she will come home messy however it would be good if they could use bibs when eating, I feel like some of the staff are not the best experienced but over all we are happy and my daughter is happy enough there

The nursery is a gorgeous setting, both indoor and outdoor areas are full of well looked after resources and updated/rotated regularly to remain interesting to the children. The staff are all kind, knowledgeable and genuinely have the wellbeing and enjoyment of the children at heart. When I drop my child off, I know he is going to have fun, learn something new and feel safe. I couldn't ask for any more than this from a childcare setting and I can't recommend Kids Planet Rugeley enough.

Kids planet Rugeley is a fantastic nursery and I could not recommend them highly enough. Each day, I am confident that they keep my child safe, happy and healthy. Staff are warm and nurturing and they ensure parents are kept in the loop day to day. Safeguarding procedures are thorough and this is something as a parent that is so highly valued.

Brilliant nursery. I always feel reassured my son is well cared for and his needs are always met. I love the communication via the app which allows me to keep track of activities with photos and information about meals, nappies and naps. Staff are all amazing, so caring towards the children and help during the settling in period giving lots of comfort.

They take good care of my son. Tracking his progress and keeping us informed. Wide variety of breakfast lunch and dinners. Worries I have are listened to and delt with immediately. The staff are kind and friendly and will always lwt me know if i need to add spear clothes to his bag. The rooms are clean and tidy and have been newly renovated. They accommodate change well for our needs when we have had to change his times and days a few times. The app is easy to use and helpful for updates. My son has settled in well and seems very happy and content. Alexa is really great and shows a lot of love and compassion for her role.

We've had a really positive experience with Kids Planet Hixon. Our child absolutely loves going and gets excited as soon as we pull up! The staff are all so friendly, approachable and caring, which makes us feel really comfortable leaving our little one in their care. Our older child also went here and absolutely thrived, so it was an easy decision to choose them again. We'd highly recommend the nursery to other parents.

My son has attended Kids Planet Hixon since early 2025, and I honestly cannot fault a thing. The staff are all so welcoming and you can see that they all absolutely love what they do. I have to give a special mention to Lisa and Tracey because he loves them both and I can see just how much they care for him, they go above and beyond any expectation that I had when it came to someone taking care of our son whilst we work. I cannot thank you all enough and HIGHLY recommend this nursery.

Our little boy has only been at the nursery for a few months, he's always been happy to be dropped off, and always looks so happy on arrival. The staff are super friendly and caring. They do so many different things with the babies throughout the day and change activities all week. It's great to have daily picture updates about what they have got up to. We're happy we chose kids planet.

My daughter has been coming to kids planet since she was 9 months old . She is now in toddler group and I'm so impressed with how she is learning . The staff are brilliant and very supportive with my daughter and myself , they keep you up to date by phone or the app and if you have any questions they are always happy to answer either face to face or email .

SEN MOMMY. Five stars for this fantastic nursery! My son attends twice a week for half-days. I am always so reassured knowing he is in such safe hands. Jenny and Sophie are absolutely wonderful-they are so attentive, caring, and really focus on his individual needs while he is in their care. Thank you both for everything you do!

My son has been here since he was 9 months old in the baby room he is now 15 months and is loving this nursery. The ladies who look after his know what to do and how to help him. My son has down syndrome and they have done all the training provided and they are helping him meet all his milestones. His key worker is fantastic and really cares for my son. I love to see his pictures throughout the week and love to his his monthly observation. I 100% recommend this nursery!
