From the very beginning, this nursery has been a place of genuine care, not just childcare. Our child has always felt safe, happy and truly at ease there. Seeing him walk in with a smile and leave just as happy gives us complete peace of mind, it's clear he is genuinely cared for.


During a particularly

difficult time, their kindness meant even more. When I needed to request two additional days due to a shutdown, they didn't just respond - they listened. They took the time to understand, supported us, and went beyond expectations by sharing helpful mental health resources and information about support groups for children.


That level of empathy is rare. We feel incredibly grateful for such a nurturing and thoughtful environment.

My child has attended kids planet in Hixon since turning 11 months old and will be leaving this year when starting reception. The nursery has been wonderful. I put my complete trust in the staff who've been great throughout all the rooms. The nursery is small and intimate and caters so well for the
children. It's given my child a great start in early years and I've felt comfortable leaving my child there to be cared for.

Parents are expected to enter the baby room and retrieve their own children, often stepping over crawling babies while wearing outdoor shoes.
There is also no suitable space provided for breastfeeding, which left me sitting on steps or small children's furniture. Staff told me they "didn't have chance"
trying her with formula and her nap schedule was not followed, leaving her distressed. We ultimately left because of neglect to her medical needs. Her prescribed eczema cream needed to be applied multiple times a day (stated on a form I had to fill in and also stated on the label of the bottle) but this was not followed. My baby was sent home with multiple cuts and scratches on her arms, suggesting she had been left uncovered and able to scratch for a prolonged period. Staff admitted to the manager that they 'didn't have chance' to apply any cream at all through out the day and they had not noticed the severity of her skin - extremely concerning

We're so pleased that we made the decision to send our little girl here. The staff team are wonderful, communication is good and our daughter is really happy here. We absolutely love the nursery and can't praise it enough. The care our daughter has received from all the staff has been brilliant. As kids do she has her favourites and Tami and Emma are exceptional with her. She has learnt a lot in her 2 years there and the staff have worked hard at bringing on her
skills. The setting is brilliant, indoor and outdoor. Honey has been great at teaching the children outdoor skills, which our daughter has loved. The food is varied and great so that she can try different things. The nursery is very accommodating when needing to change days/times etc. We would definitely recommend the nursery and will be very said when she has to leave.

I bought my child when he was 1 years old. Was very anxious but the staffs at the baby room (jenny and team) was amazing and kept me at ease. Fast forward hes been to the toddler room and now pre school ... all the staffs Rachel, Honney, Emma, Tammy have been amazing . I would recommend .

Amazing nursery. My son has been attending for 2 years now. He was slow on his speech and social development.
After just a few months, he was walking, talking and making friends. He talks about the staff and the friends he has made all the time and has brought home many transferable skills!
The
general environment is warm and welcoming, the staff are always ready to help both the children and the parents with whatever they need.
The hours are good for working parents, the food is freshly prepared and always documented through the app.
Could not recommend enough!

My son has attended the nursery for 3 and a half years- two days a week and he loves his days there.


The staff are attentive and accommodating- special mention to Tammy who he adores.
She has spent a lot of time organising 1-1s recently, to encourage his learning and development in preparation for

school in September which we are really grateful for.


The nursery has catered to his allergies accordingly and any issues have been resolved promptly.


We are confident that he is well looked after and safe at the nursery and would recommend Kids Planet to friends and family.

i have been sending my children to this nursery for the past 5 years since moving and have nothing but positive things to say! All the staff go above and beyond to accommodate as i am a shift worker, all 3 of my children have been cared for amazingly and have thrived! two of my children have since moved
onto school but are still really eager to come and fetch my youngest from nursery, as they love to go say hi to all the staff to which they are always welcomed with a smile and hugs of course
