Kid going to todlers now started from 1year old. She seems to enjoy the time in nursery, sometimes even need to ask her to come to us. While in nursery she learned a lot of new words like to ask for more food. There is good variety of food offered to kids, and some fruits for snacking. They also use
an app to tell parents what the kid ate and how much. Todlers also go to nearby park or even nearby retail park. Staff are nice and will accommodate your kid need like no screen time, dont let kid sleep more than x amount, dietary needa etc.

Staff friendly and helpful, they look after children very well. My daughter enjoys going there and she seems overall happy. Wish more photos would be taken and included in the app, so parents can have some memories to keep, but I am very pleased with the setting as a whole. Recommend!

My child is in pre school after attending since a baby. She's delighted to go into nursery and enjoys the range of activities provided. She has had additional issues with eating that the nursery has supported us with in a proactive way - listening and encouraging me. Our child is in a nice place.

From the very beginning, this nursery has been a place of genuine care, not just childcare. Our child has always felt safe, happy and truly at ease there. Seeing him walk in with a smile and leave just as happy gives us complete peace of mind, it's clear he is genuinely cared for.


During a particularly

difficult time, their kindness meant even more. When I needed to request two additional days due to a shutdown, they didn't just respond - they listened. They took the time to understand, supported us, and went beyond expectations by sharing helpful mental health resources and information about support groups for children.


That level of empathy is rare. We feel incredibly grateful for such a nurturing and thoughtful environment.

Our experience with this nursery has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's development, creating a safe and nurturing environment where little ones can truly thrive. Our son comes home happy, confident, and when we arrive each morning
he seems genuinely happy to be there pushing the buzzer and throwing himself to the staff, which says everything about the care he receives. Management know us and our son by name showing they too are truly involved with the day to day running and have always been nothing but helpful. Communication with parents is excellent, and it's clear that the team goes above and beyond to support both children and families. The outdoors is what drew us to the nursery and the Udeskole approach - however the staff truly make it. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a fantastic place for our little boy, and a team who genuinely care. Thanks for everything you do for our boy!

My little girl absolutely loves coming to this nursery, as did my little boy a few years ago. The staff are so attentive and really get to know your little ones. They are very caring and nurturing. The nursery itself is so lovely with so many learning and play opportunities. We wouldn't go anywhere
else.

We are very happy with this nursery and the care our child receives. She absolutely loves the staff, which gives us great peace of mind knowing she feels safe, comfortable, and happy every day.
The team are always friendly, welcoming, and approachable, creating a warm and positive environment for both

Our son has been attending this nursery since he was just 8 months old, and now at 1 year and 9 months, we couldn't be happier with the care he's receiving. Even though he only attends two days a week, he has formed such strong bonds with all of the teachers, which really shows how warm and nurturing
the environment is.


We especially appreciate how the nursery keeps us updated through their online portal, sharing details about his development along with photos of the activities he takes part in. It's so reassuring to see how happy and engaged he is throughout the day.


At pickup, the staff always take the time to talk us through his day-how he's been and how he's interacted with both teachers and other children-which gives us great peace of mind.


We also love how they celebrate cultural events like Eid and Chinese New Year, introducing children to different traditions from a young age. Overall, we highly recommend this caring and supportive nursery.

It took our son a little while to settle at nursery but staff were so patient and expert in their dealing with him, and now he loves it here! We cannot speak highly enough about the staff, and our son has really bonded with them all. In the room he is in there is a great range of activities and he loves
going outside in the garden. There is also a wide range of food offered, which has been great for our fussy eater! As parents we get regular updates and it is lovely to see how much staff care and how far our son has come since starting here. Would highly recommend.

The nursery provides a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment. The staff are friendly, attentive, and clearly care about the children's development and wellbeing. My son started attending at 1 year old and initially found it very difficult to adjust to being away from me-he would often cry and struggled
with the transition. However, the staff were incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring during this time, which made such a difference.
Now, he absolutely loves attending and has grown so much in confidence. Lydia has been phenomenal-I always feel so confident and reassured knowing the level of care and attention he receives from her and the team. Communication with parents is excellent, and I truly feel at ease knowing my child is in safe and caring hands.

My child started in the baby room in September and he settled in so well, with the support of the amazing team at Butterfly Lodge. He now runs into nursery with a big smile on his face and always leaves the nursery even happier and I love hearing how he has had an amazing day. The staff are truly amazing
with everything they do to help my son grow and learn. Staff are polite, friendly, always have good communication and very professional. Couldn't have picked a better nursery for my child.

My 3 year old daughter is learning and experiencing so much at Kids Planet West End. She's not only being looked after by the caring and attentive staff but she is developing early years skills in preparation for school. The nursery follows an outdoor based curriculum which allows my daughter to take
some measured risk and grow her confidence. I also love the Montessori style of the indoor environment and how the staff promote her independence at every opportunity. Not to mention the trips they take into the local area! I am confident there is no better setting for my daughter and our family.

My daughter is autistic and I was so scared and worrried how everything will work out for her but they did so much. Cintia is 1:1 support for Bobby they have a very strong bond and not everyone can do that with her. Thank you Cintia for looking after my daughter. You are doing so much help for me and her . My child has attended kids planet in Hixon since turning 11 months old and will be leaving this year when starting reception. The nursery has been wonderful. I put my complete trust in the staff who've been great throughout all the rooms. The nursery is small and intimate and caters so well for the
children. It's given my child a great start in early years and I've felt comfortable leaving my child there to be cared for.

My daughter has been attending to this nursery since she was 10 months old and she has been hugely welcomed by fantastic team. Every time I mention it's nursery day, she gets so excited to go. She never had any tears, she always arrived and left in such joy. The team has been nothing but absolutely
fantastic to my daughter. She's been excelling her milestones and her confidence beamed, thanks to the team! We have been recommending to our family and friends about this nursery and I have absolutely no negative comments or worries whatsoever. This nursery has become a second family and it is very reassuring to leave my daughter during the day somewhere safe and sound.
