Kids Planet George Eliot

Since starting at Kids Planet (September 2026 to October 2026), I have been satisfied with the care and service provided by the nursery. The staff have been helpful, approachable and professional. Communication has been great, and I appreciate the effort the team puts into supporting the children and their needs. Overall, my experience has been positive, and I am happy with the service provided. I hope this continues as my child progresses through the nursery.

Mia has come on leaps and bounds since joining Tots at just 1 year old, and she's now in preschool! She absolutely loves going to nursery, making friends and joining in with all the fun activities. We love hearing all the stories she has to tell us about what she's been up to when we collect her each day. It's lovely to see how much she's grown in confidence and developed during her time at nursery, and we're so grateful to all the staff for helping her along the way!

We are kept upto date at regular intervals on what our son is upto, and what he has eaten through the day. The staff are very friendly, and our son loves his time at nursery. We look forward to the future going forward.

Made us all feel comfortable with our first experience of nursery. Clearly care about the wellbeing, happiness and development of the children in their care. Right down to little details like knowing everyone's name straight away and building a rapport with our child. Great resources, our boy especially loves the garden. I really like the communication via the app with updates on meals and naps as well as cute updates through the day about what he's getting up to

Really awesome team especially Rumana they have brought the best out of Amelia and really improved her learning and overall understanding of the world around her, her speaking and comprehension has come so far from when she started, thank you all so much!

The setting has brought out the best in my daughter, she went from barely talking to being a full on chatterbox with loads of confidence. It's the best setting I could ask for. Preschool staff go above and beyond for my child resulting in her being ever so happy to go and loving her sessions.

I like the new calm music and atmosphere in the waiting area!

Excellent members of staff at pre school! My son love them! He is doing better and better. He loves spending time playing with other kids. I know also he is there sounds and safe. Thank you for all the staff.

And my baby girl is really really happy with all the activities and the staff. Nursery is clean and well kept staff are also approachable.

Cannot fault the nursery staff! My daughter loves them and is excited to go every day. The chef and the cleaner also work exceptionally hard. She has developed so much since starting and I would recommend the nursery to anyone. I think the head office should put more money into the nursery in order to maybe paint the rooms and make them more bright and appealing for the children.

We've been at this nursery since 2022. We've never had any issues. All the staff is really nice and kind, they are very caring. I like the variety of food they provide. My son enjoys the time at this nursery and he loves all the different activities they do.

We've been so happy with the nursery and the care and support they've given our son. It's been lovely watching him grow and develop as he's moved from room to room, seeing his confidence grow and all the things he's learnt along the way. He's now starting his final year in preschool before starting school next September, and we're excited to see how much more he progresses. He's made lovely friends and always comes home talking about his day and what he's been up to. The staff are always friendly, helpful and informative, keeping us updated on his activities and progress. If we ever have any questions or concerns, they're always happy to listen and resolve any issues, which is so reassuring as a parent. We're so grateful to the whole team for helping him learn, grow and make happy memories. We couldn't be happier with the nursery and look forward to watching him continue to thrive in his final year before school. Highly recommend!

We've had a really positive experience with this nursery. The staff are amazing, caring, and attentive, making sure the children feel safe, happy, and supported. The management team is also very approachable and always willing to help whenever needed. There are some great learning activities that help the children develop new skills, build confidence, and have fun while learning. The only area I feel could be improved is the garden and outdoor space, which could benefit from some development to provide even more opportunities for outdoor play and exploration. Overall, a lovely nursery with a fantastic team who genuinely care about the children and their development.

I have 0 faults about this nursery, they have been absolutely amazing with my little one, he has been there since he was 9 months old and is now three years old and thriving. The staff are amazing and so accommodating. It makes my little one be put at ease when he isn't having a good day that he knows the staff are going to be there for him and cheer him up. Thank you kids planet.

We have been really impressed with the care and attention. The staffs are very capable and loving. We see our daughter being independent and learns something new everyday. I have witnessed how happy my daughter is with the staff .

The staff are really great. They listen and are great with all the kids. They take any feedback and always seek to make improvements whether it be concerns or issues a parent may raise. They are always active with the children and prioritise there learning.

All staff are friendly and approachable and nothing is every too much to ask

We couldn't be happier with our daughter's nursery! the staff are so caring and supportive, and it's clear how much they genuinely care about the children. Hayley, the manager, is lovely and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Our daughter has made some real lovely bonds with a few members of the staff and always is so excited to go!

Since my son has started here 6 months ago, his speech is excelling, he's exploring more imaginative play and has gained everyday life skills. Staff are kind and welcoming and have a great attachment to the children they care for. Meals are always nutritious, children are always encouraged to explore outdoors and all of their personal daily needs are met.

My daughter has been going to Kids Planet George Eliot for almost a year now, and I can confidently say it has been the best decision we made. From day one, she has been treated with such care and attention, has always come home with a smile and more often than not, a new skill. She joined them when she turned 9 months and from that point on, she's blossomed. They provide a varied mix of meals and snacks that helped develop her eating habits at home, they're always providing amazing hands-on activities for the children which help her have fun and learn at the same time. They encourage garden play, messy play and activities that help develop skills for the future. There's been many times where she's come home and shocked us with her ability to suddenly do/say something new. It's clean, tidy, the staff are so kind, and genuinely care about every single child, they always give updates on her day at pick up. They're all wonderful at their jobs, I highly recommend this nursery.
