Pleased with the progress my son has made in the babies room. Very supportive and patient practitioners, who make the experience easier for us as parents, knowing our children are in good hands. Updates are sent frequently to reassure us and keep us posted with our child's day. Also content with the frequency of stay and play sessions, which allow us to experience our children in their happy places. Thanks again to the team for everything.

Since my son started at Kids Planet, he has done nothing but thrive. You can really see a difference in his confidence, learning abilities and skill set. The staff have all been amazing and have really brought out the best in him. The updates we receive have been constant and really does put us at ease as parents. Overall Experience

My little boy came to this nursery for roughly 2 years, when first starting here he was extremely shy and every morning was a struggle when doing drop off, but gradually his key workers worked with him and he absolutely loved coming, he really came out of his shell and has become quite confident in himself. The staff are really wonderful especially Chloe, Hayley, Falak and Courtney who he regularly talks about and tells me all about how much fun he had with them. There's never been any issues with eating or food and quite often he'll tell me what his friend (chef) Daniel had made for him that day. Overall this is a brilliant nursery and I can't fault it the managers are wonderful and really accommodating and nothing is too much trouble, they always try to help and are very understanding about everything. Couldn't have asked for a better start to my child's education, thank you all so much for being so brilliant!

Our child started nursery just before she was one, the nursery was great at welcoming her and us as parents. They were very helpful with any questions we had and helping us to understand the different finance help available. She is now 2 and half and has moved up to the toddler room. She was moved when the time was right and therefore the transition went smoothly. She is now potty training but it took her a few weeks - the staff were friendly and helpful and I felt like I didn't need to worry that she was going in without a nappy and not potty trained.

Most importantly she enjoys going to nursery, they have a nice balance of indoor and outdoor play. Great outdoor area and fun indoor space. They do different activities throughout the day that sound interesting and the food menu sounds tasty!

Overall Experience
We are incredibly happy with Kids Planet White Rose Nursery. The staff are caring, welcoming, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing and development. From the moment our child started, the team made us feel supported and reassured, creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
The activities are always engaging, creative, and tailored to support learning through play. Communication with parents is excellent, and we love receiving updates about our child's day, achievements, and progress.
It is clear that the staff work hard to build positive relationships with both children and families. Our child is always happy to attend and comes home full of excitement about the things they have learned and experienced.

We would highly recommend Kids Planet White Rose Nursery to any parent looking for a caring, professional, and stimulating environment for their child.

Overall Experience

My son absolutely loves coming to Kids Planet - he is always so excited to walk through the door. The staff are all so warm, friendly, and genuinely lovely, and they have been incredibly understanding and supportive of our family's needs. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they always take the time to listen and give us all the help and guidance we need. It is such a relief to know he is so happy, safe, and well cared for. We couldn't ask for a better setting for him, and we are so grateful for everything they do.

Overall Experience

My son has really thrived here; all the staff and his peers love him. He comes home talking about what he has gotten up to at nursery. He likes the food, the sports room, going to the park/museum/ library and the themed activities that the nursery sets daily/weekly/monthly. I feel that my son is safe there and well looked after. The location is brilliant as it is central and accessible by car or bus.

Overall Experience

Staff are caring and enthusiastic in their role. There are always plenty of activities planned throughout the day and my girls say everyday that they've had a great day. They are very comfortable with all staff, and I get a thorough update on pick up, as well as updates throughout the day via the app. Management are really responsive and helpful, and the whole team works well together.
