My children love attending the nursery and really bond with the staff. My eldest will always come home and tell me about how much fun he has had and I don't have to worry about leaving my youngest while I work as he is always so happy to attend.

We are overall very happy with the care and environment provided by the nursery. Our child seems comfortable, well looked after, and we appreciate the effort the staff put into creating a positive and nurturing setting.


As our child is now over two years old, we would really value more detailed updates

on his development across different areas. It would be helpful to understand how he is progressing in key skills such as communication, social interaction, and early learning milestones. Regular feedback or examples of his activities and achievements would give us a clearer picture of his development.


We would also like some guidance on what we, as parents, can expect at this stage in terms of learning and skill development. For example, support with identifying objects, colours, animals, and everyday items, as well as early behavioural and practical skills such as potty training. It would be great to know how the nursery is supporting these areas and how we can reinforce them at home.

Throughout the week, we conduct spot observations, and each term we carry out assessments to monitor your child's learning and development. We also have a variety of resources available at nursery to support you and your child. Our lending library, home learning packs, and activity packs are great tools for home learning. We believe in maintaining strong communication with parents through the Famly app, our stay and play sessions, and dedicated contact time, where you can chat with your child's key worker about their progress at nursery.

As a first time mum, I was really anxious sending my 1 year old daughter to nursery when I went back to work. However 8 months later, I am extremely pleased with the care and service provided by kids planet Dudley hill, they've always been prompt responding to questions, gave me the reassurance I needed
and always encouraged to call if I needed that reassurance when she started. My daughter has been attending the nursery since September and I will also be increasing her hours as I can not fault the care they provide. As a mother it is really difficult finding the right place for your child and I am glad I followed through and now that my daughter is settled she has made so much progress in her development which is also down to the staff working alongside her.

We could not be happier with Kids Planet. Mario has settled in amazingly and loves going. Sarah (his key worker) is brilliant and we are so happy with the progress he has made since starting.

My children moved to Tong from a different setting. Since day 1, we have felt very comfortable here. The staff are extremely welcoming and show genuine care to children and parents alike. My children have settled in so quickly, which is definitely due to the time the staff have taken to get to know

My boy has been attending since September and he loves it. He loves the staff he loves playing with other children, he loves the food and has really settled in. The baby and tots room is cosy and colourful. They allow you to call anytime and check up, I have an app that shows me everything and the manager
is always reachable and happy to discuss or sort any issues i have. (She is always smiling :)
I am glad I chose them after visiting 6 others!

My daughter has been attending KP Dudley Hill for nearly 12 months, and I cannot thank the nursery and staff enough for the support, care and attention they give her. She will happily hold her arms out for the staff member to take her in a morning, and I feel comfortable as a working parent knowing
she is in good care and also given decent meals each day. She has learnt so much and built a great relationship with the baby & tots staff, so I can't thank them enough for putting me at ease knowing she is in good hands.

The children have a great routine & the staff work hard to keep them to follow it, and send us great updates on their progress (everyday but also for the whole term). The space isn't massive, given it's a city centre nursery, but they've used the space well and it's very welcoming and our daughter loves it. We'd highly recommend.

Kobe loves coming to kidz planet Oxford place , everyone is warm and welcoming and smiling when Kobe goes in on a morning , I as his mother also have a good relationship with Staff members at nursery , professional friendly and kind and also there to listen and help. Management are fabulous!!!! Lauren

I was also very happy to see Kobe going to the train station yesterday to see the trains as this would have made him so happy as he loves trains , buses and cars :). Thank you for your hard work and kindness and looking after my boy.

We have had an absolutely amazing experience of nursery so far. Our little one was a very easily upset, clingy, and high needs baby who, though happy generally, did not do well without mum or dad right next to her. She has come on leaps and bounds since starting. The staff are very kind and understanding
with her and have been great at encouraging her with her speech, sleeping independently, and eating solids. They have handled her needs really well and been flexible with her. We are honestly amazed at how well it has gone. The food is always healthy and fresh, little one has taken to it really well. They do lots of activities with the children and encourage the children to play together to support their social development.

Overall we are happy with how our child is doing in the Nursery. All staff and very kind and loving. Our child is always always happy to come to Nursery.


Although, The updates are not always on time on the app and some days the food etc are not updated.

We are really happy our son attends this nursery. The staff cannot do any more for these children. They keep them all so happy, busy and learning. Our son is always excited to be dropped off and even though he's there all day he's rarely in a hurry to go home on pick up- very reassuring that he is content.
They do a lot of activities with the children and come up with lots of clever concepts and themes to open up their little world. They encourage singing and reading as well as more active movement/sport.


The staff listen to any of our concerns and follow through on requests eg. Helping us wean off dummy, or applying more cream etc.


If this nursery had a more pram friendly entrance and bigger outdoor space it would be perfect, but from my experience the staff do everything they could to support and make this less of an issue as they are obviously restricted to the space and the building.


We will not hesitate to recommend this nursery to any other parents.

My son has been attending KP Dudleyhill since the start of February, and the difference in him is amazing! He settled in so quickly which was a relief as I returned to work at the end of my maternity leave. The Babies & Tots room staff are so wonderful - they have made such a positive impact on
my son's development. I am so glad I chose KPDH for my son, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nursery for their child.

Ever since my son has been going to Kids planet nursery he has developed so many skills and his confidence has grown so much. The staff are amazing and supportive with learning. The food is also great as there is a variety of different kinds of food.

Our son has attended Kids Planet Dudley Hill for the last 18 months. He loves it there and has such a great relationship with the staff. He is clearly well cared for and has such a lovely time every day. He's had some issues with his development and everyone is working so hard to help him progress.

My 3 year old absolutely loves going here! A fantastic nursery currently looking after our third child there. The standards have always been high and always improving.
Our 2 year old is quite shy and very particular who she'll go to. Kids Planet Horsforth made her feel very comfortable and won her heart from the start.
