Kid going to todlers now started from 1year old. She seems to enjoy the time in nursery, sometimes even need to ask her to come to us. While in nursery she learned a lot of new words like to ask for more food. There is good variety of food offered to kids, and some fruits for snacking. They also use
an app to tell parents what the kid ate and how much. Todlers also go to nearby park or even nearby retail park. Staff are nice and will accommodate your kid need like no screen time, dont let kid sleep more than x amount, dietary needa etc.

Staff friendly and helpful, they look after children very well. My daughter enjoys going there and she seems overall happy. Wish more photos would be taken and included in the app, so parents can have some memories to keep, but I am very pleased with the setting as a whole. Recommend!

The staff at Kids Planet have been so understanding and helpful. My child started last year and really struggled to settle in, but with the help of the staff she now absolutely loves nursery. They are always available to have a quick chat and fill me in with lots of information about her day. Lots of
photos/updates are regularly uploaded to the app so I can see how she is getting on throughout the day. She learns lots of new things/words and it has really helped her develop. I can't fault them in anyway and constantly recommend them to others who are looking for a nursery.

My baby attends three days a week, and we are really happy with the care provided. The staff are kind, attentive, and create a warm, welcoming environment that has definitely helped baby transition smoothly


It's lovely to see how much our baby enjoys their time there and how well they are looked

after. The team keeps us informed via the app which is abit of extra reassurance (especially in the early days of them starting!)


Overall, we're very pleased with the nursery and would definitely recommend it to other parents.

My children have been going to this nursery since they were 6 months old. You can tell the staff in the rooms have a true passion
for their jobs and it is very clear my children are loved. The children have the best activities and are always so engaged, I have regular updates on the app so i know they
are getting on okay throughoht the day, I Feel veey comfortable with my children being in their care. Management are very helpful, espeically the deputy Megan who goes above and beyone. Always polite and can go to her with any concerns. Beautiful outdoor area and the menu is very impressive. Thank you all :)

I was quite dubious about my daughter starting nursery at just 6 months old, but it has honestly been the best thing for her. Since joining kids planet, she has come on so much and it's been amazing to see her development.


It's so refreshing handing her over each morning and seeing her smiling and

excited to go in-especially when she sees the girls, and her key worker Aimee.


The staff genuinely care about the children and share the same excitement we do when they reach new milestones. It really feels like a partnership, as they work closely with you to make sure your child's routine at nursery fits in with your home life.


The enrolment process was also far more efficient than other nurseries I had looked at, which really reassured me from the start.


I truly can't recommend the nursery enough.

My daughter started at this nursery when she was under four months old, and she is now two years old. She absolutely loves attending. Although she only goes two full days a week, every time we drive nearby, she asks to see her friends, which really shows how happy she is there.


The staff genuinely

care about the children and consistently go the extra mile to ensure they feel safe, supported, and happy. I particularly appreciate how they take the time to explain the different childcare support options available and what might benefit families, while always respecting that the final decision is ours.


I am very grateful for the team and fully trust them with my daughter. She has developed so well during her time there and at her two-year health visitor assessment, she was above average in her development.

Since starting in September, my experience with this nursery has been nothing short of exceptional. From day one, the team has gone above and beyond to provide not only outstanding care for my little one, but also genuine support and reassurance for me as a parent.


The staff are truly incredible.

Warm, attentive, and deeply committed, they create an environment where children feel safe, nurtured, and happy. What has meant the most to me is how understanding and supportive they've been in easing my anxiety. Their regular updates and open communication provide real peace of mind, and it's clear they genuinely care about every child in their care.


My little one absolutely adores her key person, and they've formed such a lovely bond. Knowing she has that special connection makes me feel so happy and reassured when I'm at work, confident that she is truly cared for and comforted throughout the day.

My daughter has recently started in the baby room at Newbank and we are really impressed how fast she has settled in, she has always been very wary of new people but after a few weeks is going in with her arms out for the girls and a big smile on her face. The settling in sessions really helped with
this and getting to know the girls in her room. The app is great shows us daily updates of things she has been doing, tells us all about what she has eaten, toileting and anything else we may need to know. Thank you to the girls and management for all there help and support we are really happy.
