Kids Planet Clarence

I can't recommend Kids planet Clarence enough. My daughter is 15 months and is in the baby room currently. She absolutely adores all the staff in there, never cries on the drop off and is just genuinely happy to see everyone. The staff are amazing and so trustworthy. My daughter thoroughly enjoys the meals which are always nutritional and balanced meals with plenty of variety. The manager Jo, is exceptional and is one of the main reasons we picked this nursery. She has such a positive and lovely energy and can tell she genuinely cares about the children. 4 months in and we can't speak highly enough of this nursery, thank you team!

I was so nervous about sending my daughter to nursery but Jo & her team have put all my nerves at ease! Dropping her off feels like dropping her off at a family members house & I could not recommend this nursery more if I tried! The whole team in the baby room especially have become an extension of our family & my daughter's safe space & she could not be happier!

Both my kids have absolutely loved their time at Kids Planet Clarence. My eldest went there when it was a previous name, and we were so glad to see so many of the same staff there when our youngest started; we simply didn't need to look anywhere else! The managers and all the staff are brilliant. There's such a variety of activities, and our kids both thrived there. Highly recommend!

My daughter has attended kids planet Clarence since Jan 25 and has loved every single session , the staff are so attentive and understanding with my child , sometimes she isn't the easiest of kids to look after but they're always so patient with her , when she started nursery she couldn't speak a word and within a few months of nursery her speech improved so much she was finally meeting all her milestones , my child is always so happy to attend nursery she looks forward to it and on pick up she's always full of smiles so I know she's had a good day :) , the staff are amazing and so helpful , I'm always instantly told about accidents & I'm always told what she's eaten in a day and how much of the meal she's eaten, this nursery is such a lovely place you can tell the staff really care for all the children in their care and I wouldn't want my child to go anywhere else :)

Very happy with the nursery and the staff. They show they genuinely care for the children and are welcoming and approachable. I haven't ever had any issues with the nursery and I have been involved with the nursery for 5 years

The food offered is all fresh, they have an onsite cook and fresh fruit is always offered.

I love how efficient the managers are. They are attentive to my little boys needs with him being a bit poorly and slightly behind developmentally due to that. They cater to his dairy intolerance. They spend really good quality time with him throughout the day (as seen on the app). The setting is always clean and in order- I know this isn't always possible with so many children but they ensure they have the staff to watch the children and keep the setting fresh.

My son has been at Kids Planet Clarence for three years now and will leave in August ahead of him starting school. Our experience has been tremendous with our boy loving his time there and making some great friends many of whom are following him to school. It takes enormous trust for a parent to leave their child in the care of someone else but Jo, Emma and all the staff build that trust and provide you with confidence and assurance that your little one is in safe hands. The y have been fantastic and we will miss them but grateful for their nurturing.

Iv had 3 boys go to kids planet Clarence now, starting in 2021 and still continuing. The nursery workers are brilliant nothing is to much for them!! You walk in and instantly feel comfortable. My middle was delaid with his speech and I mentioned it, fast forward a couple of months and he has gone from minimal words, to full sentences and correct format of words. They put a lot of effect in and support any decisions made!! Can not praise them enough

My youngest son attends here, attending the baby room. Since starting he's grown in confidence every day, his speech is coming on and he began his journey of learning to walk with the support from the team. My boy loves attending nursery he is term time only and full time nothing is too much trouble for the team the girls are amazing and my son has made incredible bonds with all the staff here and made lots of friends too. Coming to Kids Planet Clarence was the best decision I've made for my son's early years journey. He will be back in September ready to start new adventures in the toddler room.

My youngest daughter is there now and loves it. My eldest daughter was there several years ago and one of the loveliest things is that a lot of the staff have remained the same. I had no concerns leaving my youngest to go back work. The staff cannot do enough. Great nursery - would highly recommend.

My daughter absolutely loves this nursery, and the staff are outstanding - kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She began in the baby room at 12 months, where the team were wonderfully nurturing, helping her settle, cuddling her to sleep, and meeting all her needs. When she transitioned downstairs, she was welcomed by new key workers who have been equally amazing. Although she can be a little cheeky at times, the staff understand her perfectly and always make her feel cared for. I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery and have complete trust in the team. The meals, freshly prepared by the chef, are also fantastic.

My son has been attending kids planet clarence for around 18 months now. He was initially in the baby room which we absolutely llve. The girls were amanzing and he learnt so much whilst he was there. He has since moved down to the bigger room which is equally as good and he loves going into nursery. His speech has improved significantly since being in the toddler room. The staff are all lovely and friendly and we get regular updates. Highly recommend.

I love how open plan the nursery is and I have found the nursery to be consistently clean and the staff to not only be friendly but also very professional.

Our experience has been flawless, at first me and my partner was so nervous about putting our baby into nursery and leaving him in someone elses care, that very soon disappeared. He loves going to nursery and we love him going, all the staff are helpful and great with him and all the other kids, i feel his development has benefited massively from the staff that are involved with him. My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 9 months old and has genuinely loved it. She has learnt and gained so much and always been well cared for. The staff are fabulous and I would highly recommend.
