I cannot rate the staff highly enough. Since my second daughter started at just 11 months old she has done nothing but thrive. All the staff are kind, caring and are genuinely interested. They know exactly how and what support each child needs - even on the harder days. There is always a warm welcome, a smiling face and a hand of support. I cannot thank them enough - I feel safe knowing my little girl is going to live her best life each day she attends. Thank you - you beautiful people!

My little boy transferred here in January and it was the best decision we've ever made, he's coming on in leaps and bounds all thanks to the staff at kids planet. Massive thanks to the preschool team who always go above and beyond for our little boy.

I'm absolutely delighted with our nursery; the staff get on brilliantly with the children, they give them plenty of attention, there are lots of games and learning activities, the food is excellent, and my daughter loves going to Kids Planet.

The staff are very attentive to my daughter and make sure she has a smooth transition from me dropping her off to fulfilling her day there till when I pick her up after. They tell me everything she has done throughout the day and are more than happy to explain this to me which makes me feel amazing as a parent.

Although our son has only been attending Kids Planet Knaresborough for a short time, he has developed so much it's been amazing. The staff are all so friendly and supportive to both us and our son, the nursery came recommended to us and I can see why.

My little boy loves attending nursery. He has built lovely relationships with the nursery staff, especially those in his room. When picked up, he is content and playing, always with something different. Whether it be singing with a staff member, in the sensory room or playing with his own toy. Pictures on the app also show the varied activities he does. The app is well updated throughout the day for us too.

Our little boy started nursery in September 2025 in the baby room. His experience has been absolutely wonderful. They have helped him settle in well and all the workers in the room know and understand him. Our little boy loves attending and we get regular updates with the fun and educational play that they engage in. They celebrate lots of different events and make the babies feel special and loved. Really appreciate all that they do.

I'm very pleased with your preschool. The care is excellent and I know that my child is in good hands. Very easy to communicate with everyone and everyone is very helpful. I see my child learning new things and eagerly going to nursery.

with kidsplanet knaresborough. Since having our daughter attend 3 days a week & seeing her development over the last year, we feel we definitely made the right choice. All the staff who look after our daughter on a weekly basis have been nothing short of amazing & we feel, as does our daughter, a great connection with them all, having seen the growth in her all round development whilst she has attended. We also welcome all the support they have given us every step of the way to get our daughter to where she is now, whether it being advice we have been able to use whilst at home, connection with local services for support & their own individual daily connection with our daughter who has really enjoys being there. Great atmosphere all round & have sung their praises at every opportunity. You do a wonderful job & our daughter loves showing your her swish dance too.

I have been so happy with the care my daughter is receiving at Kids Planet Knaresborough. I was very anxious about putting my 11 month old daughter at the time into nursery, and all the staff have made it a really lovely experience for both of us. Staff really care about my worries and concerns and they have put them at ease. Staff are amazing with my daughter, distract her when she gets a bit upset, shows her lots of care and attention and have been so respectful when it has come to following our routine at home in nursery. Staff are really good at updating Parent zone app during the day and including a little photo with what my daughter has been doing. This has been lovely to see while I have been away at work. Thank you to the lovely ladies in the Baby/Tots room!
