My daughter joined Kids Planet Chorley this September and our experience has been nothing short of amazing! The Tots room team has been extremely supportive and caring to the needs of my daughter as well as very accommodating to our requests. Thank you very much to the team..

Our little boy started Kids Planet Chorley in August 2023 and had just completed his last day today August 2026. Over the past 3 years our son has come on in leaps and bounds and has become a confident boy who is more than ready for school. All staff are caring and supportive of not only the children in their nursery but the families as well. The room leaders take pride in their rooms and supporting all children in their developmental stages of life. Beth, Kirstie and Courtney (Management team) are outstanding and are always there for support and to answer any questions. I have never known a nursery manager to be so hands on with the kids and it truly is amazing. Special shout out to Emily and Michael in the preschool room. These two absolutely made our sons pre school journey magical. Emily is the most amazing key worker and room leader always supporting the children and helping them reach their potential. Michael is an amazing sports couch who puts so much into developing the kids

My Great grandson has been at the Nursery since he was a baby and he is now ready for school. The Nursery have been excellent preparing him ready for his next journey, they go above and beyond and really care for the children.

They highlight any concerns promptly and overall I feel every time I drop him off at nursery he'll have a good day playing and he's safe which is all you can ask for.

My daughter has been so happy here and has settled in really well. All of the staff are so lovely, caring and friendly, and I always feel comfortable leaving her knowing she's in good hands. They keep me updated throughout the day and it's so nice seeing how much she enjoys going in and how much she's learnt since starting. We're really happy with the nursery and couldn't ask for a nicer place for her to be!

My granddaughter absolutely loves going to Kids Planet nursery and has been going since she was nine months old. She has grown in confidence, and her interpersonal and communication skills are continually developing. She enjoys all activities, especially yoga, painting and playing outside. All staff appear to be caring and attentive and there is a real feeling of a family environment.

We are very happy with the nursery our son enjoys it and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We know that he is in safe hands and the updates are the app are so helpful and efficient it makes our lives much easier and helps us to relax knowing that he is happy and content at nursery whilst we are at work.

I can't recommend Kids planet Clarence enough. My daughter is 15 months and is in the baby room currently. She absolutely adores all the staff in there, never cries on the drop off and is just genuinely happy to see everyone. The staff are amazing and so trustworthy. My daughter thoroughly enjoys the meals which are always nutritional and balanced meals with plenty of variety. The manager Jo, is exceptional and is one of the main reasons we picked this nursery. She has such a positive and lovely energy and can tell she genuinely cares about the children. 4 months in and we can't speak highly enough of this nursery, thank you team!

My daughter joined the pre-school room in November 2025 after transferring from another nursery. The staff were incredibly helpful during the settling-in process and immediately put me at ease. They kept me updated with photos and messages through the app, which was very reassuring. She is now really happy and settled there.

The team is approachable, friendly, and always keeps me well informed. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about the children and are very supportive with things like toilet training and managing transitions.

One thing that would be nice to see is more local trips or outings for the children.

Overall, I am very pleased with the care my daughter receives and would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

My granddaughter has now been at Kids Planet for 6 months in the baby room. She was very unsettled at first but with the care and compassion of the team in baby room she soon came on leaps and bounds and now goes with no issues at all and has an absolutley lovely time. She has just developed so much and there has been no stress after the initial few weeks for us as a family as we know she now enjoys it and loves the staff. She eats all her meals at Kids Planet, she loves them ! She is always so well cared for and cleaned regularly through the day. we are very grateful to all the staff. Thank you :)

What a brilliant nursery! From the moment my son joined he settled instantly, which was surprising as at his old nursery I was told he was quiet and shy (which he is not) his first day at Kids planet Norbreck they were so impressed with him and ever since then he's had the best time, the staff are incredible, so kind and caring! You know your child is safe and happy and he's come so far with the help of everyone. They helped me with potty training which I never expected but it helped massively and within 2 days he was fully trained during the day. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I was so nervous about sending my daughter to nursery but Jo & her team have put all my nerves at ease! Dropping her off feels like dropping her off at a family members house & I could not recommend this nursery more if I tried! The whole team in the baby room especially have become an extension of our family & my daughter's safe space & she could not be happier!

Both my kids have absolutely loved their time at Kids Planet Clarence. My eldest went there when it was a previous name, and we were so glad to see so many of the same staff there when our youngest started; we simply didn't need to look anywhere else! The managers and all the staff are brilliant. There's such a variety of activities, and our kids both thrived there. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the nursery and the staff. They show they genuinely care for the children and are welcoming and approachable. I haven't ever had any issues with the nursery and I have been involved with the nursery for 5 years

The food offered is all fresh, they have an onsite cook and fresh fruit is always offered.

I love how efficient the managers are. They are attentive to my little boys needs with him being a bit poorly and slightly behind developmentally due to that. They cater to his dairy intolerance. They spend really good quality time with him throughout the day (as seen on the app). The setting is always clean and in order- I know this isn't always possible with so many children but they ensure they have the staff to watch the children and keep the setting fresh.

My daughter has attended kids planet Clarence since Jan 25 and has loved every single session , the staff are so attentive and understanding with my child , sometimes she isn't the easiest of kids to look after but they're always so patient with her , when she started nursery she couldn't speak a word and within a few months of nursery her speech improved so much she was finally meeting all her milestones , my child is always so happy to attend nursery she looks forward to it and on pick up she's always full of smiles so I know she's had a good day :) , the staff are amazing and so helpful , I'm always instantly told about accidents & I'm always told what she's eaten in a day and how much of the meal she's eaten, this nursery is such a lovely place you can tell the staff really care for all the children in their care and I wouldn't want my child to go anywhere else :)

My son has been at Kids Planet Clarence for three years now and will leave in August ahead of him starting school. Our experience has been tremendous with our boy loving his time there and making some great friends many of whom are following him to school. It takes enormous trust for a parent to leave their child in the care of someone else but Jo, Emma and all the staff build that trust and provide you with confidence and assurance that your little one is in safe hands. The y have been fantastic and we will miss them but grateful for their nurturing.

Iv had 3 boys go to kids planet Clarence now, starting in 2021 and still continuing. The nursery workers are brilliant nothing is to much for them!! You walk in and instantly feel comfortable. My middle was delaid with his speech and I mentioned it, fast forward a couple of months and he has gone from minimal words, to full sentences and correct format of words. They put a lot of effect in and support any decisions made!! Can not praise them enough
