My daughter has attended kids planet Clarence since Jan 25 and has loved every single session , the staff are so attentive and understanding with my child , sometimes she isn't the easiest of kids to look after but they're always so patient with her , when she started nursery she couldn't speak a word and within a few months of nursery her speech improved so much she was finally meeting all her milestones , my child is always so happy to attend nursery she looks forward to it and on pick up she's always full of smiles so I know she's had a good day :) , the staff are amazing and so helpful , I'm always instantly told about accidents & I'm always told what she's eaten in a day and how much of the meal she's eaten, this nursery is such a lovely place you can tell the staff really care for all the children in their care and I wouldn't want my child to go anywhere else :)

Absolutely brilliant nursery! My little girl has been there almost a year now and she loves going! Every morning she runs to the breakfast table, the staff are absolutely lovely and genuinely care about your little ones. I get regular updates on what she's doing, often with pictures and a story, when you're working this is so nice to see!

The food offered is all fresh, they have an onsite cook and fresh fruit is always offered.

My son has attended for the last 3 years and has been treated like one of their own. He loves nursery and will miss all the staff when he goes. Staff are very focused on building relationships with the children and providing the highest standard of care. They also work with the parents and make life that little bit easier. Previous nursery just did not compare.

I love how efficient the managers are. They are attentive to my little boys needs with him being a bit poorly and slightly behind developmentally due to that. They cater to his dairy intolerance. They spend really good quality time with him throughout the day (as seen on the app). The setting is always clean and in order- I know this isn't always possible with so many children but they ensure they have the staff to watch the children and keep the setting fresh.

My son has been at Kids Planet Clarence for three years now and will leave in August ahead of him starting school. Our experience has been tremendous with our boy loving his time there and making some great friends many of whom are following him to school. It takes enormous trust for a parent to leave their child in the care of someone else but Jo, Emma and all the staff build that trust and provide you with confidence and assurance that your little one is in safe hands. The y have been fantastic and we will miss them but grateful for their nurturing.

Iv had 3 boys go to kids planet Clarence now, starting in 2021 and still continuing. The nursery workers are brilliant nothing is to much for them!! You walk in and instantly feel comfortable. My middle was delaid with his speech and I mentioned it, fast forward a couple of months and he has gone from minimal words, to full sentences and correct format of words. They put a lot of effect in and support any decisions made!! Can not praise them enough

Since my daughter started 3 months ago the staff have been absolutely amazing helping her settle in and ease my mind with her transition from a childminder setting to a nursery setting. My youngest son attends here, attending the baby room. Since starting he's grown in confidence every day, his speech is coming on and he began his journey of learning to walk with the support from the team. My boy loves attending nursery he is term time only and full time nothing is too much trouble for the team the girls are amazing and my son has made incredible bonds with all the staff here and made lots of friends too. Coming to Kids Planet Clarence was the best decision I've made for my son's early years journey. He will be back in September ready to start new adventures in the toddler room.

We have two little boys at the nursery, one in the baby room and one in the toddler room, and we couldn't be happier with the care they both receive.
Our youngest is in the baby room, and the team have been amazing in helping him settle in, especially Ruth and Morgan. They continuously keep us updated on how he's doing and are always so thorough with their communication. This really puts our minds at ease, especially as he struggles with separation. In just a matter of weeks, we've seen such a positive difference in how involved and confident he has become, which has been wonderful to see.
Our eldest is in the toddler room, and Stacey, his key worker, has been nothing short of brilliant. She has helped him settle in every day, encourages him to take part in all the activities, and has made drop-offs so much smoother. It's clear she genuinely cares and has built a lovely relationship with him.

I'd also like to mention the manager, Alex. She has been a fantastic addition to the nursery.

My son started in Dec 25 he has just broken up for summer as he is term time only. I couldn't recommend the place enough, the staff in the baby room are exceptional. They are friendly & professional and love the children like their own. My son is happy going in everyday as he has built up a strong relationship in which he feels safe. Brilliant nursery with staff that genuinely care and become friends with the children, every stage Kai has been through all the kids are clearly being developed by the carers very well and cared for diligently. Kai constantly talks about all he's carers and recently tries to stay there longer when we pick him up.

Our youngest boy has just graduated this month making his way in to big school and he is so ready for this next step thanks to the care and dedication of the team at Shepherd Lodge, they work so closely with parents that we know what's going on throughout the day and the parents app is always being populated with the great experiences our child has been involved in. They're big on outdoor play and child lead activities which has been brilliant for our 'boys boy', a huge plus for us was the balance of male and female staff, our boy responds really well to male role models and we wanted to find somewhere with a good balance of both, this nursery has some of the best employees out there for sure! Having a Rugby player as one of our child's mentors has been brilliant, all the staff are brilliant, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This morning we went to sports day and my daughter and I had the best time. There was lots of different activities and even the parents could get involved with some of the races! There was something for every child. It was a lovely morning. Thank you to all the staff!

Overall Experience
We had such a lovely time at Kaius' sports day today!
It was so well organised and there was such a lovely atmosphere from start to finish. The children had so much fun taking part in all the different races, including the egg and spoon race, sack race, bean bag throw, obstacle race and even a "be the animal" race, which was brilliant!
I loved that the parents got involved too, the parents' race was so much fun and made the day even more special. Kaius had an amazing time, we had an amazing time, and his grandparents thoroughly enjoyed watching and cheering everyone on as well.
For this being their first sports day, I honestly think they did an incredible job and I really hope they make it an annual event because it was such a success.

A huge thank you to all of the staff for all the hard work that went into organising it. You were all fantastic, so encouraging with the children, and helped make it a really memorable day for everyone.

We attended Bluebell lodge sports day this July.

It was amazing it was inclusive of all children my little boy had the time of his life! He was shy at first but they let the adults join in with no bother! The staff did an amazing job at keeping everyone safe and hydrated.

Overall Experience
My child has been in the baby and is in the toddler room and we have had a wonderful experience with this nursery. The staff are incredibly welcoming from the very beginning and genuinely care about each child. They provide excellent care and create a warm, fun and happy environment.

The nursery has great communication with parents is always clear, regular, and supportive. We feel confident that our child is happy, safe, and well cared for.
