For the past year Ashbourne house has helped my son come out of his shell. He has started talking and using the toilet. Amazing staff. Really attentive to TJs needs, his dietary needs are also met as he is very challenging when jt comes to meal times

I honestly can't thank all of the staff enough for everything they have done for my son and for the support they've given me as a parent.

From the very beginning, they have been kind, caring and approachable, always taking the time to listen, keep me updated and work with me every step of the way. It's clear how much they genuinely care about the children and their families.

My son is so happy there, and knowing he's in such a safe, nurturing environment gives me real peace of mind. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough. Thank you all for your hard work, kindness and dedication - it truly means so much to us.

Our daughter has recently started nursery, and everyone who works at Kids Planet Conwy has put us at ease. They've helped her settle in and have kept us updated on her day. Everyone who works here are so friendly and caring. They have made my transition back to work much easier, knowing she is in safe hands. The facilities are amazing inside and out; we are so glad we chose this nursery.

Staff are brilliant and handle all sorts of things well. My son was timid and shy around any new face as he's an only child and now he's thriving and so friendly, he waves at everyone. He's polite and shares well with others. Can't fault the nursery at all. Shame we can't afford it anymore with myself becoming ill and unemployed. Highly recommend for any nervous parents out there. Very clean and amazing meals for the kids. I was a nervous mum but I felt at ease with him there and the constant updates throughout the day made it much better.

There always doing something different everyday. The meals that my son have seem great and ive found out other foods that he likes.

Our experience with this nursery has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's development, creating a safe and nurturing environment where little ones can truly thrive. Our son comes home happy, confident, and when we arrive each morning he seems genuinely happy to be there pushing the buzzer and throwing himself to the staff, which says everything about the care he receives. Management know us and our son by name showing they too are truly involved with the day to day running and have always been nothing but helpful. Communication with parents is excellent, and it's clear that the team goes above and beyond to support both children and families. The outdoors is what drew us to the nursery and the Udeskole approach - however the staff truly make it. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a fantastic place for our little boy, and a team who genuinely care. Thanks for everything you do for our boy!

My little girl absolutely loves coming to this nursery, as did my little boy a few years ago. The staff are so attentive and really get to know your little ones. They are very caring and nurturing. The nursery itself is so lovely with so many learning and play opportunities. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

The team are always friendly, welcoming, and approachable, creating a warm and positive environment for both children and parents. The nursery itself is consistently clean and well-maintained, which is very important to us.

My 3 year old daughter is learning and experiencing so much at Kids Planet West End. She's not only being looked after by the caring and attentive staff but she is developing early years skills in preparation for school. The nursery follows an outdoor based curriculum which allows my daughter to take some measured risk and grow her confidence. I also love the Montessori style of the indoor environment and how the staff promote her independence at every opportunity. Not to mention the trips they take into the local area! I am confident there is no better setting for my daughter and our family.

We're so grateful to have found such a brilliant nursery and would highly recommend it to any parent.

Amazing nursery, they listen, they help and I feel like my child is in the safest of hands. The staff go above and beyond to help when they can, and any questions always get answered. My little one has been going for 2 years now, they've watched her grow from a baby into a sassy, independent toddler and they've helped her to become who she is today and I'll forever be grateful for them.

My son absolutely loves this nursery! He's been going since he was 1 and is now almost 3. He calls it his second home! The nursery is always clean and tidy. Great food options on the menu for the kids so you know they are getting a good nutritious meal. The staff are always happy, pleasant and friendly. You can tell they really care for the children they look after. I'd 100% recommend this nursery and if we have any other children we will definitely send them here.

My daughter absolutely loves Kids Planet West End - she skips in every morning! The range of enriching activities they offer goes far beyond anything I could organise at home. One of the things I love most is how much time the children spend outdoors during the warmer months. She's also enjoyed trips to the beach, the park, a local nursing home, and even had the incredible experience of seeing a member of the royal family during his visit!

As an only child, being around other children has been amazing for her social development. The nursery also help by dropping her off and picking her up from her primary school's nursery class, which has made my life as a working mum so much easier.

Every member of staff is friendly, supportive and genuinely caring. Molly, the manager, is really accommodating and approachable, and parents get daily updates on what the kids have been up to via the app. I have already recommended the nursery to my friends, and will continue to do so!

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. From the very first visit, it felt like such a warm, welcoming place where children can truly thrive. The atmosphere is always cheerful and calm, and you can tell the children feel safe and comfortable as soon as you walk through the door.

A brilliant nursery with strong leadership and dedicated staff throughout all rooms. The activities are fantastic and our child especially loves the outdoor adventures! My child eats all meals provided and finds them very delicious, would recommend to any parent.

A wonderful nursery with great management and really nurturing staff. The activities are engaging and they spend lots of time outside, which our child absolutely loves. From the moment you walk through the doors, there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts both parents and children at ease. The team clearly takes the time to get to know each child as an individual, supporting their confidence, independence, and development in a thoughtful and caring way.

The Aunties have shown happiness, kindness and understanding towards my child. I trust he is in good hands and feel comfortable to leave him even when he's upset to be dropped off at nursery, he always has a good experience and is smiling by the time I collect him.

My little one settled so quickly as the staff were just amazing with him - you can tell every single member of the team cares so much about every child. Lovely outdoor space too!
