My son absolutely loves this nursery! He's been going since he was 1 and is now almost 3. He calls it his second home! The nursery is always clean and tidy. Great food options on the menu for the kids so you know they are getting a good nutritious meal. The staff are always happy, pleasant and friendly.
You can tell they really care for the children they look after. I'd 100% recommend this nursery and if we have any other children we will definitely send them here.

My daughter absolutely loves Kids Planet West End - she skips in every morning! The range of enriching activities they offer goes far beyond anything I could organise at home. One of the things I love most is how much time the children spend outdoors during the warmer months. She's also enjoyed trips
to the beach, the park, a local nursing home, and even had the incredible experience of seeing a member of the royal family during his visit!


As an only child, being around other children has been amazing for her social development. The nursery also help by dropping her off and picking her up from her primary school's nursery class, which has made my life as a working mum so much easier.


Every member of staff is friendly, supportive and genuinely caring. Molly, the manager, is really accommodating and approachable, and parents get daily updates on what the kids have been up to via the app. I have already recommended the nursery to my friends, and will continue to do so!

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. From the very first visit, it felt like such a warm, welcoming place where children can truly thrive. The atmosphere is always cheerful and calm, and you can tell the children feel safe and comfortable as soon as you walk through the door.


One of the biggest

strengths of the nursery is the management team, the manager Molly is so kind and approachable, They are incredibly organised, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Communication is excellent, we're always kept up to date with what the children are doing and how they're getting on. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and thoughtfully, which gives real peace of mind.
Couldn't recommend this nursery more!

A wonderful nursery with great management and really nurturing staff. The activities are engaging and they spend lots of time outside, which our child absolutely loves. Lovely nursery for which we have been part of the family for 3 years. Caring staff who go above and beyond to create fun learning activities for the children. My granddaughter has attended Kids planet since she was 9 months old so mum could return to work. I must admit I was sceptical about sending her to any nursery as she was so little, but I have to admit it has done her a world of good and is thriving. She is now 17 months and has learnt so much. The
staff are experienced and supportive and my granddaughter has such a good bond with certain ones but all are really lovely.

My daughter has been coming to the nursery since around April 2025. We we're very nervous about sending her as she has a significant speech delay but we honestly had nothing to worry about. All the staff has been amazing with her!! They are all so patient and understanding and make sure she gets included
even though she struggles due to her delay!


She's always so happy when she goes; she even pushes me out the door to leave her there! Then there's always updates on the famly app where they send photos and update on her day!


I honestly can't praise this nursery and the staff enough, they have made what could be a very difficult time for us so easy! Thank you for everything you do!

Both my eldest and my youngest have attended nursery here, although my eldest is now in high school my youngest is still so excited when it's a nursery day! He idolises the managers who work there and the staff and they treat him like their own. I don't have anything but praise for the staff and managers!
They welcome him with open arms and I don't ever have to wonder if he's ok as I know that being in nursery is a home away from home to him.

My son attended Kids Planet Abergele in the babies room and had such a lovely experience. The staff were fantastic - so kind, caring and really took the time to get to know him. He always came home happy and clearly enjoyed his days there. They were also incredibly accommodating with my dad, who is
disabled, and made reasonable adjustments to make drop-offs and pick-ups easier for him. It really meant a lot to us as a family. I couldn't recommend the team enough - they made Oliver's nursery experience such a positive one!

I couldn't be happier with kids planet in Conwy. The staff and management are always so friendly and welcoming, and it's clear they genuinely care about the children. They know both of my children so well, which makes such a difference, it really feels like a home away from home.

My daughter started this nursery in September. She found it hard at first but she now walks in smiling. Always talking about her 'Aunties' when she gets home. The nursery provide us with updates all day long which is lovely to see and photos of your child happy playing. My daughter loves the food here
and they have 2 hot meals which I like as my daughter isn't a big sandwich eater.
The nursery are so welcoming and friendly and it's lovely to watch my Daughter being so happy and confident with them.
