Overall Experience

Our daughter has been at Kids Planet for 18 months and I can't rate it highly enough. The staff are wonderful and genuinely care about each and every child. Staff turnover feels lower than other nurseries (My older child is now at school in year 2 and there are still many of the same staff there from

when she started nursery when it was under the name Perfect Start). The management team are really engaged and present in all the rooms. Communication is great & the resources in each room are lovely and natural, and often tailored to the children's interests. The staff see families as a whole and are engaged with every member, children, parents and siblings alike. My children were/are engaged and challenged (in a good way!) and the staff are always happy to offer advice if needed, or take your lead as the parents. Genuinely this is a wonderful nursery and I feel very lucky to have my child there.

Overall Experience

We loved our experience at Perfect Start. Our son was in the older babies room and the teachers in his room were incredible. They were so creative with all their activities they planned. They always were so happy and full of energy. They work really hard and I always felt like they were truly taking

excellent care of our son. The only reason we decided to leave was for a logistics move with my work and it was a really hard decision. The management was also wonderful - very friendly and professional. We have already registered our 3rd child who we are expecting in July for September 2026 because we wouldn't want our #3 to go anywhere else.

Overall Experience

My little girl has always struggled separating from me and is quite emotional. All across the building the staff have been kind, patient and caring and have done everything to ensure she is settled. She has settled in each room she has been in and now will wave me goodbye. I know she is in such great

hands in the building and I wouldn't have her anywhere else. The managers of the building are always welcoming and friendly and present in the rooms which is a big bonus.
I couldn't recommend perfect start more.

Overall Experience

Our son loves his Perfect Start family, having been attending since he was a baby (now 4!) The staff are kind, nurturing and really get to know the children and their likes/dislikes. Our son has hilarious 'in-jokes' with various staff members from across the nursery, including a particular fist bump

with the chef! He is always happy at pick-up, usually running around outside with his friends. Communication between nursery and home is brilliant, as is the management of dietary needs (my son has a dairy allergy and I am always confident this is taken seriously and he is provided with suitable alternatives). He learns so much at nursery, he has developed great verbal skills and is making great progress learning to write. I have no doubt his time at nursery has set him up brilliantly for school in September and we will be so sad when he leaves this summer!

Overall Experience

Our son attends Perfect Start and we have been blown away by the lovely staff and high standards of care. From the onset, their professionalism has shone through and their passion for ensuring the children are cared for and supported at all times is evident. I feel they truly listen to the parents and

any concerns we have and strive to ensure we are kept informed at all times in what is happening both on a day to day basis and wider. They have been extremely supportive with potty training too- which is stressful as a parent but at all times they have worked with us to ensure a smoother transition. Their friendly faces and caring personalities give us the reassurance we needed that our son is in the best possible learning environment. Thank you ladies!

Highly, highly recommend Perfect Start. My little boy has thrived in the year that he's been there. The staff are brilliant. Kind, fun, nurturing and seem to really want to see the kids thrive. The environment is warm and friendly with the perfect amount of structure and play. It's also very clean

and organised. Genuinely couldn't think of anything negative to say aside from the fact that there's a long waiting list due to it being so popular!

Our daughter has attended Perfect Start Weybridge for five months now and we couldn't be happier with the nursery! The team are kind, hard working and amazing at what they do and we feel very lucky to have found them. My daughter loves attending and we love the little weekly updates provided in the

app. The nursery is clean and full of top of the range toys and equipment and our daughter enjoys chef-cooked meals every day. 100% recommend and shout out to our amazing key person.

Overall Experience

My daughter transferred to the Preschool room when we moved house. She had been at her previous nursery for two years and always struggled with change and separation anxiety, so we were nervous about her starting a new nursery. However, the team at Perfect Start were so brilliant in welcoming her and

helping her to settle. The team in the preschool room are exceptional and have been great at building her confidence and supporting her. One member of staff in particular, is an asset to the nursery - he instantly built her trust seems to have have an endless imagination for fun games to play. Her key worker has also worked hard to earn her confidence and they now have a special bond. I have been impressed with what she has learnt already, and I feel confident that she will be academically ready for school in September.
My only criticism is it would be nice to have some external activities. In her last nursery they did Zumba, Teddy tennis, and forest school, but the don't even go out for walks.

As a mother of a 20 month old child that is attending this nursery I can say that I'm extremely happy with the work!
Management and staff are lovely!
Since my daughter started nursery she learned lots of new English words and her language and communication is developing every day.
She learned

how to use cutlery at meal time and good behaviour.
I definitely recommend this nursery to everyone who is looking for a safe, educational and lovely nursery!

Our daughter has been coming to nursery since she was 12 months old (September 2024). She has settled in perfectly and is always playing happily when we collect her.
The outside space is ideal, backing onto a residential area rather than a main road as with many other local nurseries.
The staff

are kind, friendly and our daughter has formed a clear bond with those who care for her.

Overall Experience

Both my children started at this nursery in January 2025 (age 3 and 10 months). I have been really impressed with the nursery so far. Staff have worked really hard to build a relationship with my children by taking time to understand their interests, likes and dislikes (as well as their little quirks!)

and therefore my 2 are happy to see the nursery staff each morning. Staff are also very supportive and were very keen to take on tips and tricks to make it as calm as possible during the settling in period.
Communication has been excellent from all staff. The manager and deputy are very supportive and are keen to work with parents proactively.
One of my children has a medical condition which requires close monitoring throughout the day. The nursery staff have gone above and beyond when I mentioned his condition to put a very clear medical plan in place and ensure that they feel confident in managing the condition.

We couldn't be happier with how our daughter's first month at perfect start has gone. She settled in so well and gets so excited every time she arrives! All the staff are so warm and welcoming, I felt very quickly that they knew her routine and her little personality. At pick up we always get a detailed

run down of all the fun things they have been up to through out the day. The management are also absolutely brilliant, they always make the time to have a chat on your way in or out and you can really tell they also spend a lot of time with the children, getting to know them and helping with their overall development. All of the rooms are so clean and all the toys and activity areas are in brilliant condition. I absolutely love Perfect Starts Weybridge and couldn't be happier with the care my daughter receives there. The environment is so warm and nurturing, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about each child's well-being and development.
They are always patient, caring, and go above and beyond

to make the children feel comfortable. Every day is filled with creative and educational activities that help my daughter learn and grow in a fun way. There's a real family feel to the place, and it's wonderful to see how much the kids enjoy being there.
