My child started pre school in September, he has excelled in toilet training which I am beyond proud of. The staff Mia and Mattie have communicated well at every hand over to ensure I am kept up to date. I have been impressed by the introduction of the extra curriculum activities. This was given as
feedback to the nursery and they have quickly acted upon it. They are kind and responsive and they ensure my child has had a good day.

Our child has been attending the nursery for 12 months now. She comes home happy, calm, and always looks forward to going to nursery.
The staff are gentle and kind and the activities are great. It is a town nursery so the outside space is on the smaller side but they Vera much make the most of this.
We're very confident they are helping to set her up well for reception.

Our daughter is settling in well at Kids Planet. The staff are very welcoming each morning with the same friendly faces to greet her. This has really helped her settle in. The rooms and garden are very spacious and we love that garden time happens rain or shine! The staff are very cheerful and are engaged
with the children which is nice to observe. The other children are often calm and happy at drop off and pick up which gives us confidence that our daughter will also be happy at Kids Planet. Management are very approachable and present/visible too which is always a good sign.

Our little boy started at Kids Planet in January and from day 1 has absolutely loved it! There is so much for them to do and he is always coming home with big smile on his face as well as a full tummy! There is lots of outdoor space for the little ones to run around and explore in the fresh air. All
the staff that work here are so lovely and the team that look after our son are very caring and provide lots of comfort and reassurance if ever he has a wobble. Isla, Clare, Ruby and Ewelina in particular have really got to know him and there are always plenty of cuddles. Amelia the Manager is fantastic, always approachable and makes you feel informed and supported. We are so happy with our choice in sending our baby here and would recommend this nursery to any parent.

Both our daughters have been really happy at Kids Planet Walton. The team in the pre-school room in-particular has a number of team members that are true asset to the nursery. Our daughter showed some noise sensitivity challenges and the room leader was really dedicated to understanding it better, testing
a few scenarios and using games and other methods to great tools for her to help (as well as a parent consultation)- we were so impressed with the attention that went into this one issue. The baby room team are also absolutely lovely and our 1yr old settled so quickly and when she started talking, she would talk about the room leaders and friends in the room all the time- it was clear she was so happy there. The management team have had a rough ride recently but I am confident they have the dedication and commitment to the nursery to turn things around.

Both my children have had great experiences at nursery. The pre-school set my daughter up perfectly for reception, preparing her by encouraging phonix and writing, helping her interact with the whole class to make a wider social group, and increasing her confidence to put her hand up and ask questions.
She really came out of her shell in their care which made the transition much easier than we thought it would be. My son is currently in the toddler room and is also thriving. He adores the staff in his room and he runs into nursery each morning. They've been great at spotting areas where he can develop - we're actively working together to ensure he has consistency in techniques to help him both at nursery and at home. They're also brilliant at encouraging his strengths and coming up with activities that match his interests. He feels so safe there. The last year in particular we've seen staff respond well to feedback and improvements made to things we didn't even think needed fixing!

Our youngest (1.5 years) has been at Kids Planet for coming on a year, and she has absolutely thrived. The team are friendly, caring and highly professional. We get fantastic updates on her day to day activities through the app, and lovely pieces of work brought home.
Our eldest also attended from
1 years old until school and the nursery built a fantastic foundation for entering the schooling system.
We would and do recommend the nursery to others in the area - it truly is a wonderful place!

My son started in baby room when he was 14 months old and has been there for almost a year and half. Compare to his old nursery, the staff are very friendly and stable- didn't notice much change. The rooms are clean and activities/ toys rearranged daily. My son settled in the nursery very quick and
the nursery would work with you - for example nap time , food amount etc. we would send our second baby there too

The staff are so friendly they go above and beyond. My daughter loves nursery days and has made some fantastic friends. They do so many amazing activities with all the children which they seem to enjoy and have a lovely garden for them to play in.

We are so lucky that we go to Kids Planet Farnham. Our pre school age child has been there since he was 1 years old, and now his little brother goes there too. The facilities are clean/robust, and staff are so friendly, flexible, and trustworthy. It feels welcoming & well-run when you enter. I know
the little ones are in good hands. I don't have any negatives (except maybe the car park getting full/tight around typical drop off/collection times).

My son really enjoyed going to this preschool and always felt happy and comfortable there. The teachers were very involved and provided a wide range of engaging activities, with a strong focus on supporting each child's individual needs as well as working closely with parents.
The nursery has recently
gone through changes in ownership and staffing, which were handled to the best of their abilities, although at times this did result in information being shared with limited notice.
One aspect I particularly appreciated was having both male and female teachers in my child's classroom, which created a well-rounded and inclusive learning environment.

Our daughter has been at Kids Planet for 18 months and I can't rate it highly enough. The staff are wonderful and genuinely care about each and every child. Staff turnover feels lower than other nurseries (My older child is now at school in year 2 and there are still many of the same staff there from
when she started nursery when it was under the name Perfect Start). The management team are really engaged and present in all the rooms. Communication is great & the resources in each room are lovely and natural, and often tailored to the children's interests. The staff see families as a whole and are engaged with every member, children, parents and siblings alike. My children were/are engaged and challenged (in a good way!) and the staff are always happy to offer advice if needed, or take your lead as the parents. Genuinely this is a wonderful nursery and I feel very lucky to have my child there.

We loved our experience at Perfect Start. Our son was in the older babies room and the teachers in his room were incredible. They were so creative with all their activities they planned. They always were so happy and full of energy. They work really hard and I always felt like they were truly taking
excellent care of our son. The only reason we decided to leave was for a logistics move with my work and it was a really hard decision. The management was also wonderful - very friendly and professional. We have already registered our 3rd child who we are expecting in July for September 2026 because we wouldn't want our #3 to go anywhere else.

My little girl has always struggled separating from me and is quite emotional. All across the building the staff have been kind, patient and caring and have done everything to ensure she is settled. She has settled in each room she has been in and now will wave me goodbye. I know she is in such great
hands in the building and I wouldn't have her anywhere else. The managers of the building are always welcoming and friendly and present in the rooms which is a big bonus.
I couldn't recommend perfect start more.
