Absolutely gorgeous nursery with such lovely staff. Every single staff member takes time to get to know all the children individually. My little girl loves going to nursery and looks forward to going every time she's in, sometimes even getting upset if it's not her day to go. Great communication from the nursery and all the staff are really approachable and friendly and open. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet since October 2025 and has loved it. She has made plenty of friends and gets on well with all of the staff and really enjoys going to nursery. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The nursery keeps everyone updated with posts about what they have got up to during the week on the app and inform you of any accidents.

All the staff at Kids Planet Hartburn are fantastic. My son has been attending thr nursery since he was 8 months old. The staff have taken time to get to know him as a infividual. Always have a friendly smile when dropping my son off. Keep us up to date with activities, food and and additional things he is involved in with total transparency. My little boy is encouraged to try a range of new foods and is always collected with a smile on his face. I couldnt rate the staff or the nursery highly enough

Now, he absolutely loves attending and has grown so much in confidence. Lydia has been phenomenal-I always feel so confident and reassured knowing the level of care and attention he receives from her and the team. Communication with parents is excellent, and I truly feel at ease knowing my child is in safe and caring hands.

Our son has been attending this nursery since he was just 8 months old, and now at 1 year and 9 months, we couldn't be happier with the care he's receiving. Even though he only attends two days a week, he has formed such strong bonds with all of the teachers, which really shows how warm and nurturing the environment is.

We especially appreciate how the nursery keeps us updated through their online portal, sharing details about his development along with photos of the activities he takes part in. It's so reassuring to see how happy and engaged he is throughout the day.

At pickup, the staff always take the time to talk us through his day-how he's been and how he's interacted with both teachers and other children-which gives us great peace of mind.

We also love how they celebrate cultural events like Eid and Chinese New Year, introducing children to different traditions from a young age. Overall, we highly recommend this caring and supportive nursery.

A truly wonderful nursery experience

George absolutely loves his time at this nursery, and as a parent, that means everything. The staff are so friendly, patient and genuinely caring - you can really see how much they enjoy what they do. One of the things I appreciate most is how closely they follow our home routines, especially around napping and comfort. It makes such a difference knowing George's needs are understood and supported in a way that feels familiar to him.

The meals provided are always nutritious and balanced, and I love hearing about the different foods he's tried and enjoyed. The team do such a fantastic job engaging the children in a wide range of activities, from creative play to early learning opportunities that help them grow in confidence and curiosity.

George has also really benefitted from interacting with other children, building social skills and making little friendships along the way.

We have always had a positive experience with bringing our daughter to this nursery. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Any enquiries I have made, have been answered quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend this nursery to friends and family

Staff are all really friendly, I love getting the picture updates via the app as it makes me feel much less anxious about leaving my daughter with somebody else. I love that they are always trying new things and that the kids in preschool serve their own food.

Child started in September 2025 and settled in really quickly, she loves going to nursery and seeing the other children and staff! We picked this nursery because of the setting, plenty of space indoors and out, all staff have been lovely since we started and the manager is always really helpful! Our child has came on loads since she started nursery, her speech has improved massively! She counts to 5 which is huge as she wasn't really speaking before starting nursery! Meals are always nutritious and she enjoys pretty much everything she is given!

Kids Planet is a kind and welcoming nursery. My daughter loves attending the pre school here. She has created great bonds with the team.( All Catherines team are an absolute credit to Kids Planet !) My daughter has improved in confidence and skill wise since attending the nursery. You are kept well informed on what is going on at the nursery and what has happened throughout your childs day. And it is communicated well in person and on the app. In every aspect i am so please i chose to send my daughter here as coulnt be more happy with the services provided. Thank you - Hayley

My daughter absolutely loves this nursery, and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives! The staff are warm, nurturing, and genuinely invested in every child's wellbeing and development. The environment is bright, safe, and full of exciting activities that spark creativity and confidence. My daughter has grown so much since starting here-socially, emotionally, and academically. Communication is fantastic, and I always feel informed and supported. This nursery truly feels like a second home, and I'm so grateful for the wonderful team who make it such a special place. The only not so positive comment I would make is the external play area which needs some improvement but apart from that, I highly recommend it!

Can't fault this Nursery and how they have helped settle my child - currently in Tots room but started in Baby room! The staff are amazing and communication is great. It is clear that they really care about the children individually and know them well. I trust that she is well looked after and I know she feels comfortable and safe going as she can find separation from myself hard, but currently goes in smiling and excited for her day. New furniture, resources and look of Nursery are a positive improvement.

My son started kids planet after having a not so great start another nursery and I could not be happier with the way he has settled and the relationships he has already with all the staff. The teacher-parent communication is outstanding and I now feel totally at ease and comfortable with him being in nursery and he gets excited to go and loves telling me about his day!!

We couldn't be happier with Kids Planet Hartburn. Both of our children have attended here and currently our youngest goes. He loves it and the staff are kind, caring, nurturing and have been there a long time which is always a good sign! Communication is really good via the app and the nursery setting is lovely (wooden resources, very neutral/calm). Would highly recommend this setting.

My daughter has only been at the nursery for a month but she is loving it! The staff are all friendly too! Her favourite thing is the big outdoor space she gets to play in everyday. I am sure she will continue to enjoy her days in nursery as the year goes on.
