Such an amazing nursery. They have really helped my son come on leaps and bounds. They really do love and care for each child like their own. Even when he moved rooms old members of staff still chat to us and care about how he's doing. Will definitely be putting my little girl in once I go back to work. Highly recommend this nursery.

The management team are always friendly, approachable and supportive. Seeing how happy our little girl is every day says it all. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kids Planet Wilton to any family looking for a caring, nurturing nursery.

The staff were great and my son liked them a lot, went from crying when I dropped him off, to running away from me to one of the girls without batting an eye lid. The place is good my son was very happy there. My only bad point would be all the speed bumps driving up there, just seamed to heigh.

My son has been coming to this nursery since he was 10 months old (he's now 3 and a half) and every single member of staff who has cared for him have been nothing short of incredible! I never have any worries leaving him in their care, the staff take such a keen interest in everything he loves and they often incorporate this into his day. My son is such a confident, caring and bright little boy and I definitely believe the staff at nursery have played a big part in this. You're all amazing!!

We viewed several nurseries when deciding which one to choose for our son and as soon as we walked in we just knew this was the one. The staff are so warm and welcoming, reassured all my anxieties about leaving him and returning to work, I felt they understood and cared. Our son has been in 3 of the rooms now and has transitioned really well with the support from the amazing staff. They keep you updated throughout the days with the app, and I love the development reviews they put on the app. Understandably I was apprehensive with the change over of owners but it has been nothing but positive in my experience, the management and staff are so supportive, nurturing and they know all the children and take the time to chat to parents. My son is thriving, he is happy, sociable and developing new skills everyday and loves attending nursery, I couldnt ask for more, I recommend this nursery to everyone I speak to. Thank you

Both my daughters attend this nursery and after viewing a number of different settings I am so glad we chose this one. All the staff are extremely friendly, supportive and genuinely care for the children. The wealth of knowledge amongst the staff is invaluable, some of whom have been at the nursery for over 10 years. I feel completely reassured when I drop my daughters off they are going to have a wonderful time.

I honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough. Leaving your child with someone else is never easy, but from the very beginning the staff made me feel completely at ease. They are so kind, caring and genuinely invested in every child's wellbeing, and it's obvious they love what they do. The communication is fantastic, and I always look forward to the updates throughout the day. It gives me so much reassurance knowing my little one is happy, safe and having fun while I'm at work. The progress I've seen since starting nursery has been amazing. The confidence, independence and development have come on so much, and I'm so grateful to everyone who's played a part in that. Every member of staff goes above and beyond, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. Thank you for creating such a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment. I was so apprehensive about my little one starting nursery while I returned back to work but all of my fears were taken away once I seen how quickly my child settled in. He's formed a lovely relationship with so many of the staff and now happily runs to them on a morning for a cuddle. I love seeing the updates throughout the day and it's very obvious that all of the staff really care for the children there. I've never had any concerns about leaving my child with them. All of staff and manager are very open, approachable and helpful. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Absolutely gorgeous nursery with such lovely staff. Every single staff member takes time to get to know all the children individually. My little girl loves going to nursery and looks forward to going every time she's in, sometimes even getting upset if it's not her day to go. Great communication from the nursery and all the staff are really approachable and friendly and open. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet since October 2025 and has loved it. She has made plenty of friends and gets on well with all of the staff and really enjoys going to nursery. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The nursery keeps everyone updated with posts about what they have got up to during the week on the app and inform you of any accidents.

All the staff at Kids Planet Hartburn are fantastic. My son has been attending thr nursery since he was 8 months old. The staff have taken time to get to know him as a infividual. Always have a friendly smile when dropping my son off. Keep us up to date with activities, food and and additional things he is involved in with total transparency. My little boy is encouraged to try a range of new foods and is always collected with a smile on his face. I couldnt rate the staff or the nursery highly enough

Now, he absolutely loves attending and has grown so much in confidence. Lydia has been phenomenal-I always feel so confident and reassured knowing the level of care and attention he receives from her and the team. Communication with parents is excellent, and I truly feel at ease knowing my child is in safe and caring hands.

Our son has been attending this nursery since he was just 8 months old, and now at 1 year and 9 months, we couldn't be happier with the care he's receiving. Even though he only attends two days a week, he has formed such strong bonds with all of the teachers, which really shows how warm and nurturing the environment is.

We especially appreciate how the nursery keeps us updated through their online portal, sharing details about his development along with photos of the activities he takes part in. It's so reassuring to see how happy and engaged he is throughout the day.

At pickup, the staff always take the time to talk us through his day-how he's been and how he's interacted with both teachers and other children-which gives us great peace of mind.

We also love how they celebrate cultural events like Eid and Chinese New Year, introducing children to different traditions from a young age. Overall, we highly recommend this caring and supportive nursery.

A truly wonderful nursery experience

George absolutely loves his time at this nursery, and as a parent, that means everything. The staff are so friendly, patient and genuinely caring - you can really see how much they enjoy what they do. One of the things I appreciate most is how closely they follow our home routines, especially around napping and comfort. It makes such a difference knowing George's needs are understood and supported in a way that feels familiar to him.

The meals provided are always nutritious and balanced, and I love hearing about the different foods he's tried and enjoyed. The team do such a fantastic job engaging the children in a wide range of activities, from creative play to early learning opportunities that help them grow in confidence and curiosity.

George has also really benefitted from interacting with other children, building social skills and making little friendships along the way.

We have always had a positive experience with bringing our daughter to this nursery. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Any enquiries I have made, have been answered quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend this nursery to friends and family

Staff are all really friendly, I love getting the picture updates via the app as it makes me feel much less anxious about leaving my daughter with somebody else. I love that they are always trying new things and that the kids in preschool serve their own food.
