I am very pleased with this nursery which my son considers his second home. My son Kurtis started in baby's room where he was initially nervous but the staff and everyone in the team have been patient with him and have given me reassurance throughout the transition process. He has now become a confident and very bright little man. I do believe that he learns a lot from the activities and interactions with other kids. He looks forward to seeing his friends everyday!

My daughter has attended Kids Planet Allerton for several months now, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care she has received. The staff are incredibly patient and kind, and she has formed such lovely relationships with the team in her room. She is genuinely excited to see them each morning at drop-off, which gives us great reassurance as parents. Every member of staff is so welcoming, greeting her by name, even those who don't work in the baby room. As an anxious first-time parent, the communication through the app has been invaluable. I regularly check it to see what she has eaten, how long she has napped, and to read updates and see photos of her day, which gives me so much peace of mind. Any questions or concerns I've had have always been dealt with promptly and professionally. The team are dedicated to every child's wellbeing and development, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kids Planet Allerton to other families.

My little boy started at this nursery aged 3 going straight into Pre School. The staff are amazing and he has come on so well in readiness for school this September.
He struggled to settle in at first because everything was so new to him but the staff made sure he felt involved in all activities and made him feel part of the class. He loves it now, and always asking "am I in nursery tomorrow".
He has lots of friends and his confidence has grown so much. All the staff from pre school are amazing - especially Lorren, who has gone above and beyond for him! but staff from the other rooms are always welcoming and know all the children's names.
The food range is also really good and helped expand my sons appetite.
The garden space is great and one of the reasons we picked it for size and safety.

Couldn't fault this nursery at all, we will definitely miss it here!!

As a family, we've been with this nursery for nearly seven years, with both of our children attending during that time. Until recently, I would have had no hesitation in recommending it.
What disappoints me most is the disconnect between what the nursery promotes and the reality we've experienced. Their marketing and values are built around being a flexible, family-focused childcare provider, yet our experience no longer reflects that.
Since my eldest started, fees have increased significantly-far beyond what we've seen at comparable nurseries in the local area. Most recently, I was shocked to discover that booking an ad hoc session now attracts a 20% premium, meaning a single additional day would cost almost £90. For a nursery that prides itself on supporting working families with flexibility, this feels completely contradictory.

The biggest shame is that this review has nothing to do with the staff. The team caring for the children are genuinely fantastic-kind, caring and dedicate

A wonderful nursery that I have been happy to send my child to over the last 3 years. The management team are approachable and experienced. Staff turnover is low compared to other nurseries I have experienced which means the staff know all children well. The team are friendly and build up a genuine rapport with the children. Some staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to support the children with any difficulties. The activities we hear about are varied and fun.

Overall Experience
All five of our children have attended this nursery, previously under a different name and now as Kids Planet Hoghton House. I can honestly say what a wonderful bunch of staff they have working here. A lot of the staff have been here since my eldest daughter started 10 years ago, and are still here now taking amazing care of our youngest 3.
Our 3 little ones love nursery, the activities, the food and all of the staff. They have created such wonderful friendships too.

We will be sad when the time comes for our little ones to start school as this place holds a special place in our hearts.

We highly recommend Linden House Day Nursery. Over the past 18 months, our child has made incredible progress in his confidence, communication, independence, and overall development thanks to the dedication and care of the wonderful staff.
The team create a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to thrive. The facilities are excellent, and activities are thoughtfully planned using the Development Matters framework to support each child's learning and development.

We have been particularly impressed by the inclusive approach, educational trips, and enriching experiences on offer. Safety and safeguarding are clearly a top priority, giving us complete confidence in the care provided. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team and would highly recommend Linden House to any family.

My son has attended this nursery for 5 months now and absolutely loves it. He is in the pre school room and has additional needs and a very set routine so nursery was a big transition for him but the staff have been absolutely amazing with him. You can tell the staff care deeply about the children. I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and had all his referrals etc done promptly keeping me in the loop the whole time. My son has come on a lot since attending this nursery and It's so happy for a mother to hear positive updates at the end of his school day.

Overall Experience

The nursery provides my little girl a safe, loving environment. They always make sure my little girl is happy. The activities they do with her are amazing and help her develop and grow. Her key worker is so loving and the bond they have is lovely.

Brilliant staff who always have a smile on their face and really show how much they care for and look after your children. Wrap around care is excellent! Couldn't have wished for a better start in education for our two kids!

Overall Experience
Kids planet is an amazing nursery I feel so lucky that we found it for our little one
I feel so safe leaving him in the care of all the workers they are all so lovely and attentive to any needs of my child and go the above and beyond to make sure he's happy
I wish they had a primary school to follow I'm going to be gutted when he grows up to leave here

10/10 can't fault a thing so grateful
