10/10 can't fault a thing so grateful

Outstanding from the minute I attended the open day. The staff were amazing and nothing was ever too much trouble. They reassured me they could fully accommodate my child and his health issues, which gave me great peace of mind.

Since starting, my child has settled in so quickly and is always happy at both drop-off and pick-up. I also receive regular updates throughout the day, which is so reassuring. The staff truly couldn't do more if they tried, and their dedication and care are unmatched. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough.

My son is currently in the baby room at Linden House and about to move up in to the tots room. He has been at the nursery since January when I returned to work after maternity leave and I can honestly say we have been really pleased with our experience at this nursery - he has developed well, in line or ahead of age expectations and we feel fully informed and updated with the app and communications from the staff there. The new manager is very keen to develop and expand upon provisions and experiences for the children there. The meals provided are healthy and nutritious and our son is a great eater with the variety that they provide - he seriously will eat anything haha! Would highly recommend this nursery, I literally only have good things to say. It is always hard leaving your child with anyone else to go back to work and you have to feel fully confident that your child is being looked after well and Linden House gives me that confidence.

My daughter loves coming to nursery and has attended Kids Planet Fazakerley since she was 9 months. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel very welcome when coming into the nursery. There is always lots going on and my daughter enjoys all the lovely activities. The food is amazing and the chef is 10/10.

Since my son has started this nursery his confidence is showing, his speech has improved lots, he loves coming into nursery of a morning. All the staff are lovely and it makes me feel so comfortable coming in and leaving him with the staff.

I am looking forward to being my daughter into the nursery next year to start in baby room, hoping she'll enjoy it as much as my other child have.

We are so happy with the care our son gets from the staff. He really loves his days in nursery which is our priority & if there is every an incident , no matter how minor they keep us informed. All the staff in every room seem to take time to know all the children which will make us feel more happy as he moves from the baby room. He adores his key worker Billie, she's so friendly & approachable. I would highly recommend this nursery,

My little boy loves coming to nursery. He has a brilliant relationship with the staff. The care he receives is amazing. I am really particular but nothing is ever too much for them.

My son has been attending Kids Planet since he was around 9 months old, he has just turned three in April. I wouldn't put him anywhere else. He has come on heaps and bounds over the past couple of years. My son is under speech and language due to medical condition. All staff have been so understanding and nurturing towards him. They are very patient with him too. An amazing nursery overall!

They go above and beyond for her, especially Jess and Melanie who she absolutely adores. They are always doing activities and pushing her to her very best and will also give my self any extra help with her learning where needed.

Jess is her key worker and the work she puts in with my daughter is amazing. She has brought Rivah on so much ready for reception. The bond they both have makes me feel so settled and knowing Rivah has got someone to go to whenever she is happy, down or just needs someone to talk to.

I know my daughter will really miss the girls and all her friends when she starts reception, your all amazing at what you do.

Words could not possibly express the gratitude I hold for every individual employed within the Fazakerley nursery. I was a typical mum, four years ago, terrified of leaving her 8 month old child in the care of people I didn't know while I went back to 12hr shifts. Well, I'm glad I took that leap. Both my boys attend this nursery and both have additional needs. The work that the nursery staff have carried out, and continue to carry out, with my boys is done to a high standard. I feel confident leaving my children here. I can say I feel my boys' developmental and learning needs are well met. I will end my review by commenting on the genuine kindness and overall loveliness of the staff and management. You can just tell nice people when you meet them. Thank you to everyone at Fazakerley.

Absolutely lovely nursery. My little boy has been with them since he was 1 and he gets so excited to go into nursery for the day. All of the team members that I have been involved with have been very approachable and you can easily tell how much they care for all of the children. They go above and beyond to make sure the children are happy and I'm able to go to work knowing my son is being incredibly well looked after.

My experience as a parent of a child in this nursery began when my now 7 year old was 9 months old, he has since gone to school and my near 3 year old has been a child at this nursery since 9 months old.

Throughout both children at this nursery it has stayed consistent, all needs met, staff members have grown up with both of my children and made it a second home for them both (even my 7 year old who no longer attends is welcomed and loved when we pick up my little one)

The nursery consistently updates the app with thorough details about the children's day, gives lots of additional information at pick up, provides security and a great learning and play environment, SENCO support has been great when needed & meals that my children enjoy. From the rooms themselves to the staff and office staff we have only ever had a fantastic experience here for over 6 years.

My only negative is the fact I definately won't be having any more children and will be sad the day we leave for good! :(

My little girl has attended since 9 months and is now 2.

She has formed so many bonds and loves attending.

She has come along so much with the help of the girls at the nursery!

The girls are always pleasant & obviously treat the children well.

Take a huge weight off as working parents knowing your child is going somewhere safe and having fun also!

I understand a new manager has taken over l, so everything will be all new but from what I'm seeing the manager if doing a great job!

So happy I choose this nursery all staff are great x

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful as my child had additional needs and they tailor their care to fit in with his needs. The Senco is great here, really pushes to get the best for your child with additional needs.

My daughter has been attending to this nursery since she was 10 months old and she has been hugely welcomed by fantastic team. Every time I mention it's nursery day, she gets so excited to go. She never had any tears, she always arrived and left in such joy. The team has been nothing but absolutely fantastic to my daughter. She's been excelling her milestones and her confidence beamed, thanks to the team! We have been recommending to our family and friends about this nursery and I have absolutely no negative comments or worries whatsoever. This nursery has become a second family and it is very reassuring to leave my daughter during the day somewhere safe and sound.

My little boy has been part of Kids Planet since he was 13 months old, progressing through every room. He is now in the pre-school and will be leaving in August. He has had the best experience there and has loved every minute. The staff are lovely and very friendly and helpful, I have never had any issues. Would 100% recommend Kids Planet Fazakerley!
