We had both of our children at this nursery (and it's precursor) and although it was a bit out of the way, especially after the older started school, for a second we did not consider changing it. The staff have been amazing, and both of our daughters developed exceptionally. The children are entertained all day, with toys, games, books, they are always happy and cheerful. They love their teachers, they love their friends, they love their rooms and the outside area. I really don't have enough praise for this place. Totally recommend it

My child is just finishing preschool in Kids Planet Mapperley South, and he's had the most fabulous journey with them. Yasmin and Alya are just amazing! They have helped him on his journey from babies to preschool, and he has been SOOOO lucky to have them. The other staff in preschool, Ash, Jane and James have been amazing also! Plenty of activities inside and outside. He constantly shows off what he's learnt at preschool without telling us, but you can tell it's preschool influencing him in the best way. Made him confident when he's in a comfortable setting, and he's just had a fabulous start to education. Always updating us if he had an injury/unwell. Can't fault Kids Planet but for sure my praise lies with the preschool staff incredible people for sure. Sad they can't follow him to school!

We are so grateful to everyone at the nursery and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any family looking for a safe, happy, and inspiring place for their child.

2 children currently attending and 3rd set to go soon. No issues, great communication. They care. Quick to pass on information and communicate about bumps, bruises or anything that has happened. Opportunities for parents evening. Always events being hosted and being invited in. Our children are happy.

Great Nursery my daughter enjoyed it and look forward to going there everyday. She has been to different nurseries before but this one is second to none. Very maticulate the way in which they do things,really gutted my daughter will be leaving the few months that she had there was amazing. Keep up the good work guys.

All staff are brilliant and my child is well looked after. I receive frequent observations and stay informed about my child's experiences at nursery. My child is very happy to go to nursery every day.

Brilliant nursery, children are safe, happy and well looked after and cared for by the most lovely down to earth staff! My daughter loves her nursery and the staff are so supportive of her needs and emotions. I would of never have imagined sending my child to nursery at all but this nursery has been a godsend so grateful my daughter gets to go here.

I am really happy with how the nursery has progressed with in the last 9/10 months. I was getting to the point of looking for a new nursery for Otis, however the staff turn over has settled down, a routine has been established more with the kids and their day to day activities.

A massive reason that I chose this nursery was due to the outdoor space, forest school and they used to have chickens. This is before kids planet took over. When kids planet took over it really did go to pot and it didn't feel like the kids happiness and safety was the main focus. Slowly forest school has been introduced back it, which Otis loves! I think it's really important that they are outside a lot of the time.

It generally really has improved and a new offstead should happen as I am sure it would get a different outcome now.

They've built wonderful relationships with the team, especially Katie, Mia, Emma, Deanna and Richard. They even talk about Indra, the nursery chef, and love learning about the food they eat.

The Udeskole provision has gone from strength to strength. Under Nic's management, the nursery has never been better. It's also lovely to see Nic so hands on with the children, not just in the office. The children are genuinely fond of her.

I never hesitate to recommend this nursery. We truly appreciate you all. Keep doing what you do, the children love you all.

Amazing place for a child to be and puts my mind at rest knowing little one is happy. Progressed so much since starting and you can see this when she's at home. Love that we have live updates and love even more when I get pictures to see what she's been up to.

Lovely and kind staff. Look after the kids very well. The curriculam has more extra activities,specially outdoors. My kid loves to go there. Highly recomended. My kid enjoys the food and its a well balanced diet.

This nursery have been nothing short of absolutely amazing with my little boy since the start and have done everything possible to support not only me as a parent but also support my little boy through every emotion and experience that he's had since starting nursery for the first time. The daily activities and the running of the nursery are flawless and me as a parent am always updated throughout the day what my little lad has been up to and how much he is learning on a day to day basis and it really supports me as a parent and allows me to trust the nursery and all the wonderful staff there that are doing such a great job at looking after my boy. I couldn't be happier with mine and my partners choice of nursery for our little lad and the experience from start to finish has been nothing short of amazing and very easy to get everything set up. I couldn't recommend a nursery and a group of staff more as they are incredible. Thank you!

My son loves the nursery. They have a big outdoor space which they use at every oportunity. They have great meals throughout the day. The staff are all lovely and friendly. Nothing is too much for them.

Both of my girls have attended this nursery since they were 6 months old (one is now in school and the other will be starting in September). We love everything about this nursery - they provide a wonderful environment for the children to play and learn, they do lots of outdoor activities such as udeskole, giving them the opportunity to cook things on the fire, doing woodwork building, while also nurturing their imagination through pretend play etc. I have also seen a focus on learning key skills now my daughter is in preschool too which is great. But the most important thing for me is the staff - they are wonderful, kind, supportive and genuinely care about the children. As a parent of asthmatic children I have always felt confident that they understand their needs and are able to care for them which is vital when leaving your children with someone else. We couldn't ask for a better nursery.

The app is brilliant! It's easy to communicate with the staff and you get pictures and updates about food they're eating etc.

Kids Planet Lowdham go above and beyond. They meet my child's extra needs and disabilities (which is hard to find), he is so happy to attend and I have a peace of mind knowing he's well cared for there. Everyone is so friendly and polite and go the extra mile, outting, trips, play to help there development & outdoor play to help there outdoor skills, including there fire pit my son loves so much. He used to hate the outdoors but since attending kids planet, he loves it. All staff are always engaging with the children, no issues with nappy changes, great balanced meals and snacks offered, they prioritise the children's wellbeing, safety and development. My son has developed so much since starting and has been thriving. Also, the tea and coffee station for parents in the morning is a bonus too! Honestly can't fault this nursery, more should be like this!

My little boy loves this nursery! The staff are so friendly and always make parents feel so welcome! My son always looks so happy when I collect him and he's always engaging in activities they do with him!

I have had a very Positive experience with the nursery. The staff are very helpful and caring towards my daughter. The team Keep me updated regularly and the app is very easy to use where communications are published.
