Kids Planet Worsley is a brand new purpose-built nursery and cater for babies from 6 weeks to pre-school age.

The nursery has large brightly coloured rooms with an outdoor area providing the children with fresh air and outdoor fun.

The Kids Planet on-site chef ensures all children are provided with a varied and nutritious diet. The weekly menu includes food from other cultures and provides themed days linked to international holidays and celebrations.

Kids Planet staff hold a relevant childcare qualification and unqualified staff are supported through working towards relevant childcare qualifications. The nursery is child-led and there is an early years teacher who leads and develops the children within the nursery.

My son started in the baby group at the end of August and the staff have been wonderful and supportive. He struggled at the beginning but the staff offered him comfort and his confidence is growing.


It's such a relief to have found a nursery that has made the transition easier.

Our son started nursery in May. He struggled with the transition at first, as did I, especially as a new parent. The nursery did nothing but reassure our little boy and myself. The routine and consistency they apply is exceptional. They kept telling me "he'll soon settle", I just couldn't see it and
guess what we're on month 3 and he's loving it!
The app is brilliant and the nursery provides you with regular updates. We love seeing photos of our little boy enjoying himself whilst we are at work, knowing what he's had to eat (great meals and snacks) / drink etc. and how much sleep he's had. It's so informative in terms of him reaching certain educational milestones, too.
Above all, the development we have seen in our son since starting nursery is incredible. Not only is this down to the activities and opportunities he has during his time there, it's the work the practitioners do with him. They are patient, calm and so friendly. They know our little boy inside out! Thank you!

Our son started nursery this month which was an anxiety provoking time, returning to work and leaving him. The staff have been so welcoming and lovely, supportive and caring. No matter how busy the room can be, they always make time to speak on drop off/pick up, and are always informative about how
he has been throughout the day. We feel so comfortable leaving him now, knowing that he is amongst a lovely team of staff. Looking forward to seeing how our son thrives and develops!

Our boy started on 2nd June. We were very anxious but essential as we both have to work. The whole process from start to finish has been really easy from the settle sessions to full days. My girls both attend KP Worsley 3-4 days per week and have done since they were 10/11 months old where they started in Babys.
My eldest will leave to go to school in September.
KP Worsley will hold a very special place in her heart - it's where she's made the bestest friends (as have I, as Mummy)
and developed alongside the wonderful care of her "teachers" from babys to tots to toddlers and to pre-school. Those staff members are a huge part of her world.
My youngest has transitioned with ease to Tots from babys recently and that is down to again the staff, they are so loving, yet firm and exactly what we need to support settling and development.
We love our walks to nursery along the road passed the green fields where we're greeted with a warm welcome and a cheeky bonus the sheep on the fields.
They both thrive outdoors and love the play equipment, the daily activities, lots of messy play and of course their lovely meals cooked by the chefs! how you get her to eat broccoli!!

Absolutely amazing nursery. I've had both my boys in here. My eldest started when the nursery first opened and I've never had any problems or issues. The staff are very warm and welcoming and they always have a chat with me. The management team are very approachable and always very happy to have a catch

My eldest daughter has attended the nursery for approaching 4 years, and my youngest has been there for 4 months. Both have settled brilliantly at Kids Planet, with staff who genuinely care about them. We know they are safe and having fun, with their development being supported well. I feel that the
staff know my children really well, which makes dropping them off very manageable! The environment in all rooms, both inside and outside, is engaging and well thought through to match the needs and interests of the children. Communication is brilliant, with new management in particular being very prompt replying to queries.

My daughter was just under 1 when she started in the baby room and settled in extremely fast. She is happy at drop-off and pick-up, and I feel at ease leaving her with the lovely staff during the day. Communication is great via the app, and detailed feedback is given at pick-up. Fresh varied food is
provided alongside snack of fresh fruit and veg, and I am happy knowing she enjoys her meals. She's developed a lot since starting in the baby room and I can see the positive impact nursery is having for her.

My son started not long ago and is a very sensitive baby, lots of separation anxiety and fear of new things and strangers. The staff in the baby room have taken amazing care of him, giving him lots of cuddles and comfort and he's settling so nicely now and much quicker than I expected. They know him

I find the nursery really good for my child. I feel at ease and comfortable when my child goes to Kidz planet. Knowing she is well taking care of. I know my child love the nursery because she is now settled and happy to go . A bit expensive but happy to pay because my child is happy to be there.

Kids Planet Worsley is truly our baby's second happy home. I was very anxious about returning to work and leaving my baby in a nursery. But I am SO glad we went with kids planet as they take such good care of her and never once have I had to worry about whether she would be doing okay. She enjoys so
much she doesn't want to come back home! She has also learnt so much from nursery and has started talking as well!

Since my son has started nursery at Worsley he has settled with the staff who ensure that the care and needs of each child is put first. He has lots of fun within a positive environment. Sending my little boy to Worsley nursery was the best decision and I can't wait for his nursery journey to continue.
The management team are lovely and supportive. The kitchen staff go above and beyond to ensure that there is always an alternative due to my child having an allergy. I feel confident to leave him with the staff knowing he is well looked after and seeing how much he has developed further and keeps on learning new things. As a parent I am very grateful that my son attends such an amazing nursery so that he can socialise and learn. When I pick up he always so happy and contented.

The Worsley nursery is incredible - huge rooms with lots of facilities, toys, and dedicated outdoor space for each age range; caring, engaged staff who genuinely care for my daughter's wellbeing; excellent food that caters to her dietary needs; engaging activities every day and a lovely convivial atmosphere.
All adds up to a great nursery and one that my daughter loves to attend - telling me she's had a good day when she comes home, saying she loves her key workers and is excited to see her friends in the morning.

My son has been attending Kids Planet Worsley for 10 months now and he absolutely loves it. All the staff are amazing and we value them highly. He enjoys the food and playing in the outdoor area. We had some concerns regarding his speech for his age so my husband spoke to his key worker regarding this

Jessica Reilly

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2025

My Early Years adventure started in 2009. Since then, I have completed many early years qualifications, including a Level 3 CASHE Childcare and Education, Level 5 Leadership and Management and Level 3 Award in SEND.


I have worked in childcare for 15 years. I started as a student and worked my way up in the same company to the deputy manager. During my career, I have worked hard to gain my Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications to improve my knowledge and understanding within the childcare sector. I am also a fully qualified SENDCO with a Level 3 award in SEND, and this is one of the best aspects of my job to help support the needs of children and families with additional needs. I have also supported 2 other settings with SEND support.


I have worked in all rooms and with all ages, and I have trained lots of teams in my career to become leaders and encouraged them to believe in themselves. I support staff wellbeing as this is highly important and ensures that staff feel they can come to me so we can solve any issues or concerns together. Communication is key with parents, team members and myself to ensure a positive, caring environment for our children.


My first priority is to build on connections with staff families and children.
