Day Nurseries Owned by Kids Planet Day Nurseries in Tyne & Wear

My child has been attending Kids Planet since July and I'm so happy to see the incredible bonds he's made with staff. Before he goes in I can see the excitement on his face and that just shows how loving and attentive his key worker Tilly is. He enjoys all the activities they put on, more recently he loved the PJ party that was organised by Laura. He also seems to enjoy the food that is provided. They often tell me how much he enjoys his meal times. He's also formed a lovely bond with Hayley too. I'd recommend this nursery to my friends in the area who have children as I don't have to worry about him when he's there. I know he's in safe hands and that's the number 1 thing any parent could ask for.

I had the pleasure of admitting my son to Kids Planet Ettrick Grove the staff is professional in dealing with kids and any problem we had the staff deals professionally. A big thank you to the staff for taking good care of my child highly recommended thx

My son has been with the Kids Planet Hebburn since September 2026, he didn't settle on his settling in days I got very nervous anxious and scared incase he would not settle but the staff that take care of him where amazing and put me at ease once he started properly he settled in really well has made amazing bonds with the staff and his key workers, he's learning every day he is there with them. Only thing I would love to see is more photos of him trying new things. The staff are amazing confident friendly and really professional.

But overall a great nursery and my little boy loves going.

Thank you all.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Kids Planet Hebburn. We currently have 3 boys in this nursery, and from their first settling sessions the staff have been so kind, helpful and understanding. All 3 boys love attending this nursery and always come home excited to tell us what they've been doing throughout their mornings.

Absolutely incredible staff. As a neurodivergent parent, they have really supported me and been incredibly compassionate and understanding when I have brought concerns to them. They have given me so much support and clearly really prioritise parent and staff relationships. I want to especially mention Bethany, Kari, Emily, and Danielle as they have really brought my kids out their shells and share such a positive and nurturing bond with my kids. They really do child centered play here, for example my son really loves cars and trains and they always make time to sit and play cars with him, which has made him join more group activities. They've really helped with their speech development and nurture their individual talents. Never had an issue at this nursery, my oldest has been there since 8 months and is now 3. I really appreciate them and all they do for my sons and how they have supported me as a parent :)

Incredible nursery, with some fab facilities and fab staff! Our 3 boys have enjoyed being at this nursery for the last year and always come home so excited about what they've been doing. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough, the staff are so kind hearted and very helpful.

We honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough. The whole team are amazing and provide such a caring, friendly and supportive environment. The staff are always so welcoming and genuinely care about the children. They are always on hand if you need any help, advice or reassurance, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our son is being looked after by people who are so kind, patient and supportive. We're incredibly grateful for everything they do and for the care and support they give our family.

My son only started in September. He's 20 months old and he's very attached to me his mam. I was dreading trying to leave him to inking it would be very distressing. So wrong! He absolutely LOVES nursery, he shouts for his workers who are in his room, he shouts for his friends. He is coming out of his shell and I can't wait to see what he's like this time in another month so people at nursery can see the baby I get everyday. Thank you so so much, any anxiety I had has gone and I know he's in incredible hands - plus his eating has got much better! Would recommend over and over again. Also the nursery as a whole is beautiful, lovely outdoor space, lovely staff and three buzzers with locked doors and gates to get in all with cameras so very secure!

My little girl attended kids planet in Ashbrooke. She has come on leap since starting here. The girls at the nursery are so loving and caring towards her . I can't imagine her anywhere else. She has made so many new friends . I can't wait to watch her journey here.

Brilliant nursery with amazing, lovely and committed staff. My son is starting to settle in and is really enjoying it, especially meal times. My only issue would be there's not many updates during the day including photos on the app. We know from friends at other kids planet nurseries, they receive lots of updates, however this doesn't take away from how fantastic the nursery is and we are very pleased to send our son here.

The staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming no matter how early in the morning it is. My daughter walks straight in without looking back which is a great sign that she's comfortable and feels safe. Such a good experience so far!

Our experience has been truly wonderful from day one. All staff have shown so much love and care to our daughter and she loves her time spent at nursery. We think Kids Planet is amazing, super professional and the staff are just fantastic!

The nursery is excellent, the staff are very professional and nurturing. Our daughter loves nursery, and her development whilst there has been amazing. The staff are very supportive of our daughter's medical condition and I fully trust them with her care. I couldn't have chosen a better nursery.Thank you for every thing you do!

My son has attended nursery since he was 9 months old and has excelled. The environment helped him develop his speech and other skills and gave him confidence. The staff and children have felt like extended family. My son has made friendships which we intend to continue after he leaves for big school. As a single parent the staff have been very supportive and made nursery a happy and loving environment for us both.

The girls are so kind and welcoming. Our daughter feels very safe and supported and is always engaged in great activities.

Brilliant nursery Medina loves it. Always excited to go there and so many trip days are reassuring. Great updates about any accidents. Healthy food choices given.

Kids Planet have been fantastic with our daughter, they know her so well and always provide incredible activities. Our daughter has made amazing progress especially socially. The staff are always so happy to see her and she is genuinely excited to go. They've been so quick to react with our ever changing dietary needs too.

Our eldest daughter attended from roughly 10 months old until leaving for reception. Her smiles on the app show that she has loved attending here. All of the staff were amazing from day one. They took great care of her and put additional support in place as soon as it became apparent that it was needed, supporting us and adapting their methods to her needs. Our daughter has been given the best start to her education and we can never thank all involved enough. Jeanette (SENDCo) has gone above and beyond to ensure all available help was provided, and to help our little one progress. The impact she has had has been invaluable. Our girl will greatly miss all of the staff who she classes as friends.

Our youngest has loved her time in the baby room, where she settled quickly. All of the staff are fantastic, helping to bring her out of her shell and encourage her development. Their hard work and care for her really shows.
