The best nursery In Newcastle. My child was so loved and well looked after. Lauren was amazing teacher. So sad I moved far away from it and couldn't place my other child later on it. My daughter thrived here.

As a first time parent I was very nervous about my then 8 month old starting Nursery.

We originally went on an open day where the staff were super friendly, outgoing and answered any questions I had putting my mind at ease instantly.

This was exactly the same when he had his settling in days and again I felt completley at ease.

He's been there now for only just over a month but the difference from May to now is mind blowing.

He was very nervous around new people/babies but now loves meeting/interacting with new people.

His development with social skills, food, sitting unaided has just taken off and after the first few weeks it was like we'd received a completley different baby in the best way possible.

I can't wait to see how he develops further the longer he is with them.

My son has struggled getting used to a nursery environment from first starting mid April and I feel the staff have done a brilliant job ensuring he eases into being away from me and taking there time to comfort him as much as possible during the process this is very reassuring to me as a parent.

A fab and supportive nursery team. My little girl is always excited to go in and chats confidently about her day on her way home. She particularly enjoys being outside and playing on the pirate ship as well as the yoga and dance parties. The team know her well and give us updates everyday at pickup. She also gets to try and eat a range of fab food and her knife and fork skills and eating habits have come on leaps and bounds since joining. We are extremely happy with Kids Planet and have enrolled our newborn in to start when I go back to work next year! Would definitely recommend Mandy and the Team xx

My child has recently joined and appears to be settling in quite well (besides the nursery freshers bugs). I get regular updates on his progress & the activities he has been up to. The staff all appear to be really lovely and caring. Only negative is the pricing (I get it isn't their fault as they need to be able to pay staff, etc), just the cost is a shock and a struggle each month but I don't want my child to miss out on new meals & activities, etc so I feel a bit stuck in a loop of paying it but having to work more to be able to afford it (again, I understand it isn't their fault, but was a shock as a first time parent as I wasn't expecting it to be that high with funded hours on top).

My son has an absolute blast at nursery, he always has a big smile on his face in his photos and when I pick him up. The carers are lovely and are clearly interested in my son and helping him develop. The play all sorts of games, sing and dance and the carers are always keen to tell me what he really enjoys during his days there.

We couldn't have been more happy for choosing this nursery for our 2 daughters. The staff is amazing and caring. Through the app we receive regular updates which is very handy, as well as photos of their daily activities. They both seem so happy and engaged! I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

Kids Planet has been a great experience for my daughter. They have helped her grow in confidence and make friends. She shows keen interest in all the activities, and I feel she has been well-prepped for reception.

Overall Kids Planet Longbenton is a great environment, the staff are very personable and have a great relationship with the children, including my older child who has left and started school. Communication is fantastic. The facilities are great for a child's development.

Excellent nursery my child has adjusted to the nursery really really well all staff are lovely and so welcoming, my child has fitted into the nursery so well. My child absolutely loves going to nursery it's bringing her on so much too.

My little boy is having a great time at Kids Planet Ashbrook nursery! I'm so pleased with the wonderful staff who are taking such good care of him. It's truly heartwarming that he's in such a supportive and nurturing environment.

All staff in the tots room are so kind and caring - they always greet us with a smile! They know our child so well and always have her best interests at heart! We feel extremely comfortable leaving our child with them - they are fantastic!
