Our experience has been truly wonderful from day one. All staff have shown so much love and care to our daughter and she loves her time spent at nursery. We think Kids Planet is amazing, super professional and the staff are just fantastic!

The nursery is excellent, the staff are very professional and nurturing. Our daughter loves nursery, and her development whilst there has been amazing. The staff are very supportive of our daughter's medical condition and I fully trust them with her care. I couldn't have chosen a better nursery.Thank you for every thing you do!

My son has attended nursery since he was 9 months old and has excelled. The environment helped him develop his speech and other skills and gave him confidence. The staff and children have felt like extended family. My son has made friendships which we intend to continue after he leaves for big school. As a single parent the staff have been very supportive and made nursery a happy and loving environment for us both.

The girls are so kind and welcoming. Our daughter feels very safe and supported and is always engaged in great activities.

Brilliant nursery Medina loves it. Always excited to go there and so many trip days are reassuring. Great updates about any accidents. Healthy food choices given.

Kids Planet have been fantastic with our daughter, they know her so well and always provide incredible activities. Our daughter has made amazing progress especially socially. The staff are always so happy to see her and she is genuinely excited to go. They've been so quick to react with our ever changing dietary needs too.

Our eldest daughter attended from roughly 10 months old until leaving for reception. Her smiles on the app show that she has loved attending here. All of the staff were amazing from day one. They took great care of her and put additional support in place as soon as it became apparent that it was needed, supporting us and adapting their methods to her needs. Our daughter has been given the best start to her education and we can never thank all involved enough. Jeanette (SENDCo) has gone above and beyond to ensure all available help was provided, and to help our little one progress. The impact she has had has been invaluable. Our girl will greatly miss all of the staff who she classes as friends.

Our youngest has loved her time in the baby room, where she settled quickly. All of the staff are fantastic, helping to bring her out of her shell and encourage her development. Their hard work and care for her really shows.

Overall a fabulous nursery and would recommend to all.

More photos would also be good, especially as LO has now moved into preschool - it would be great to see more of what they are learning.

The activities and pastoral care is great. Although my child has been there for 3 years I've had links with the nursery for over 10 years as nephews also attended, hence I didn't think twice when I had to choose a nursery for my child. Fantastic nursery, can't fault anything about it! My daughter loves going here and leaves soon to go to reception. She's been here for nearly 2 years now, and I don't have anything bad to say! fantastic staff; my daughter has made so much progress since starting here! She's made some strong bonds with staff as well as children! I'm gutted she's leaving! 100% recommend this nursery

All 3 of our children have been through the nursery from the age of 9 months to preschool. We have just had graduation for our final child, ready to start school, and it was very emotional, to say the least. The staff have been like family to us for the last 6 years and treat the children the same way. They are caring, loving, dedicated, professional and understanding. You could not ask for more from people you leave your child with, which is a daunting challenge, but the staff made us feel happy knowing the children were safe & cared for. All 3 of our kids adored everyone there and their time at Kids Planet. We I'll forever look for reasons to visit. I couldn't recommend them enough. An amazing 6 years at the best nursery!!

Fantastic Nursery! All of the staff are fantastic and the space inside is great and open planned so kids can be seen at all times. Great range of meals which are healthy and alternated regularly. My son enjoyed all of the activities that he did which helped him learn lots of skills and all about himself and his emotions. He's came on so much since going there and my daughter will also be going in September. It's not close to where I live but I'd travel a million miles for this nursery. As I said about, the staff are fantastic, keep you updated and treat all the children fairly and equally and with so much love! Can't recommend enough.

We will be sad to say goodbye to the nursery as my child moves to a school nursery setting.

My son has been attending Kids Planet, Monkseaton since he was about 14 months and we have always found it a safe, supportive and fun environment. Now he is turning two and in the Toddler room, access to the garden and outside spaces has provided an excellent outlet for all of his energy, the messy play and other activities provide him with lots of fun opportunities for learning. My daughter is very happy at the nursery and enjoys her days here. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. They keep the daily log on the app, which is lovely to see as a parent, so I know what she has been up to. They know her well, and it's comforting to know that when she is there, she is in good hands. She talks about the staff at home all the time! I'd happily recommend this nursery to other parents, and I will be truly sad when my child is eventually too old to attend!

Our daughter has been with the nursery in the baby room since January and had a really positive experience . She loves being in nursery , excitedly kicks her legs in her pram as we approach and giggles . She often has to be carried away literally kicking and screaming as she wants to stay so much . On weekends we now have to take detours so she won't be upset she's not in nursery . Loves the food , we appreciate the regular updates , photos and useful feedback . Everyone is so welcoming and friendly at what can be a nervewracking time for parents and we look forward to the next few years of her developing in nursery . She often makes signs related to nursery rhymes which have been sung or animal noises she has picked up in learning and there are great outdoor facilities

Much love and care towards them and they've enjoyed it a lot. The staff are amazing and do everything they can to give them the best experience x

Fantastic nursery with caring, friendly staff who genuinely support every child's development. The communication is great, the activities are engaging, and it's reassuring knowing our toddler is happy and excited to go every week.
