We will always look back on our nursery journey with fond memories thanks to the amazing team.

My Daughter started a few months ago and the staff have been so welcoming and caring. My Daughter has settled in really well and has formed lovely bonds with the staff in the baby room and now enjoys going into nursery.

The staff have always been amazing with my daughter and since starting in April have helped her come leap and bounds find and growing her own personality, also helping her eat food she won't eat at home, teaching her to walk and letting her go at her own pace with everything

Cannot fault the nursery at all- always looked after my little girl like their own and she's developed so well. She's been there since Jan 2026 and is now 18 months old she's thriving! The girls in the baby room are a credit to what they do!

Overall, such a wonderful, caring and dedicated team. I couldn't be happier with the care my baby receives.

A reason I chose this nursery is that the setting is purpose built for kids and they offer cooked meals/hot dinners. Highly recommended!

My daughter always comes out happy. Plenty of activities for her to do.The staff are all lovely and pleasant. Everyone is friendly.

My children absolutely love their nursery. The staff are friendly, welcoming and so caring. They have cared for my children as though they are family for the past two years and I would not have it any other way. I feel so comfortable dropping them off, usually munching on some form of fruit, knowing that they will have a fun, interesting day playing with everyone there. They are served amazing, nutritious food every day and my brother regularly asks if he can visit just to share! Nothing is ever too much for them and they run lovely sessions where I get to visit and spend time seeing how my children spend their day. My son loves coming home and telling me what a wonderful day he has had and I can tell from how exhausted my daughter is that her day has been great too. The staff really care about them and I am so lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery.

A pleasant environment for children to play and learn. Comfortable and clean with facilities for the children to enjoy both indoor and outdoor space. Staff always very friendly and accommodating. Children appear happy and content whilst there. Never had any concerns about the care my child receives.

My daughter has been attending Turnbridge for quite some time now after failing to settle at numerous other settings, incident childminders and nursery's. I couldn't have been more surprised when she took to the staff at Turnbridge immediately, and has absolutely no issues or worries about going. She has made some lovely friends and some fantastic relationships with the staff in her room and genuinely cannot believe how much she has developed. She's gone from a very shy little girl with severe separation anxiety to a social butterfly and I thank all the amazing staff at Turnbridge

I cannot recommend Kids Planet Bricknell highly enough, all of the wonderful staff have gone above and beyond all expectations to care for our little boy. They have supported our family through his health concerns with such care and have helped us all to feel hopeful for the future. All of the staff do an incredible job and we feel so lucky to be a part of the Kids Planet family

Our son attends the baby room and our daughter attends the pre school and both children settled very quickly in to the setting. Every staff member is lovely and you can see the children all have great relationships with them.

The nursery provide such varied activities, with lots of outside time and updates through the app. At least every couple of weeks they will organise activities relevant to that day such as world book day and they will also arrange events for parents to attend such as Valentine's Day or a sports day which is so lovely to see your child engaged at nursery.

Any potential future concerns raised, staff address straight away and provide feedback on.

For a comparison, our daughter previously went to another nursery, which is a highly regarded nursery with a large waitlist that reflects this and I would definitely say that both nurseries are on par for standard of care, activities and learning.

Our child has been fortunate to have had outstanding key workers at every stage of his journey through Turnbridge, however every staff member fills us with confidence and reassurance that our child will always have an enjoyable day. Staff always speak in a positive and engaging way, even when discussing difficult or sensitive topics. We are made to feel our child is highly valued and they have a genuine interest in him.

It's been a real home from home and she thrives in the environment created there but what really makes it special is the people. I feel safe in the knowledge that she is in their care.

The staff are always friendly and approachable. They know my child well and always welcome both parents and children with a smile. The activities they do in the rooms are fun and educational, I love it when my child comes home with new facts and songs. Brilliant staff and brilliant setting.

We've had a really positive experience at Kids Planet Bricknell. The app gives a helpful daily overview, and staff always take time at drop-off and pick-up to chat about how the day has gone. It's a warm, welcoming setting where children feel happy and settled. Our eldest attended for three years before moving on and really flourished during that time. Staff supported their learning, emotional development and behaviour with engaging activities and clear strategies that were easy to continue at home. Our youngest has attended since infancy and continues to thrive. They love coming in each morning and enjoy a wide range of activities, including tuff trays, baby yoga and outdoor play. Staff have also been very supportive with transitions and early speech development. Overall, it's a caring, well-run nursery with excellent communication and a strong focus on each child.

For someone who has always struggled with nurseries and separating from my baby, my daughter instantly took to the place on our first taster session and 5 months later has improved and learned so much more. The staff have always been amazing and accommodating.

I'd highly recommend Kids Planet Turnbridge to anyone. It's a beautiful nursery with fantastic staff-and having the cafe next door is a lovely bonus for a quick coffee and cake before heading home!

My little boy love going to nursery. His development has progressed rapidly during the time he has been there. He comes home every week with a new word! I am very happy with the kind and caring staff. I would 100% recommend.
