Is such a nice place. Staff is always happy and it looks like they enjoy working there. When my child is there I don't have to worry much, I know it will be well look after. Staff is helping and encouraging kids to learn new things, working well with the parents and helping kids to develop and be independent.
Since my child start Kids Planet I have no issues in the morning - my child happy enjoying every session. I'm very happy, I have a little time for myself knowing that my child is in a good hands. Thank you you do a lot!

My son started at Turnbridge Nursery in September, and as he was only 9 months old, I was naturally a little nervous. However, from the moment I walked through the doors, I knew he was in safe hands. Every member of staff I've met has been incredibly kind, caring, and supportive - not just towards my
son, but towards me as well. It's clear that they put their hearts into what they do, creating such a positive and nurturing environment for the children. I couldn't be happier with the care he's receiving.

My children have attended turnbridge for 7 years. It is all down to turnbridge, as to how my son recieved his much needed autism diagnosis. This is in most part down to sam and rachel.
The staff at turnbridge have provided my children with love and care, and allowed them to progress in their own time
and space.
They still attend the out of school club and enjoy it still as much in a safe and comforting environment.

I love this nursery. My boys went to another nursery before this and it was awful. This one is completely different. I feel like I'm dropping them off with family. I couldn't be any happier. The staff are lovely and I get updated all day. They both love going to nursery and are thriving thanks to everyone
there. I tell everyone how amazing it is. I couldn't ask for more.

My little boy has been attending the baby room at Turnbridge since the beginning of September, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the care and support we've received. The practitioners have been absolutely wonderful - they've made my transition back to work after maternity leave so much easier.
Knowing he is in such kind and capable hands brings me so much peace of mind each day.
It's been amazing to watch how much he is thriving in their care. He's clearly developing those vital, secure attachments with the team, which is such an important part of his early development. The practitioners are warm, attentive, and truly dedicated to the children's well-being.
I'm especially grateful for the strong foundation they're helping to build in his early learning and development. The nursery app is also a fantastic addition - it allows my partner and I to stay connected with his day through regular photos and updates, which always brighten our day.

What an amazing nursery. Kids planet turnbridge really do go above and beyond with the opportunities they provide for children and the multiple perks for parents. The staff have such an amazing connection with the children and know them all individually. I have been a parent to 2 children at kids planet
turnbridge for over 5 years now and my children have always been loved and respected by all member of staff. I cannot reccomend this place enough, management are so easy to talk to and as a parent I've always felt listened to by all staff. The new app they use is very informative and staff are very proactive in updating this and providing photos of the children's highlights of the day. Although a large setting it really feels home from home and my kids have loved it and always felt supported no matter what their needs.

My son has been at Kids Planet Turnbridge since June 2024, starting in the baby room and now happily settled in the toddler room. From day one, the staff have been absolutely fantastic - caring, friendly, and genuinely invested in his wellbeing and development.


Every one of his key workers has been

wonderful. They take the time to get to know him, understand his personality, and support him as he grows. It's so reassuring as a parent to know he's in such good hands each day.


The communication from the team is great, and it's lovely to see how much fun he has through the updates and photos we receive. He's come on so much since starting at Kids Planet - more confident, independent, and always excited to go in.


I couldn't ask for a better nursery experience - the whole team are amazing and it really shows how much they care about the children. Highly recommend Kids Planet Turnbridge!

We are so grateful for how wonderfully our baby has been cared for since joining Turnbridge Nursery. The team in the baby room have made what could have been an emotional experience our first baby starting nursery such a positive one. Our little one absolutely loves going, and there are never any tears
at drop-off, which says it all!
The staff have built such lovely relationships with him and it really shows in how happy and settled he is. We love receiving the photos and updates it's amazing to see all the fun, creative activities he's involved in and how much he's developing each week.
A special thank you to the chef, who does an incredible job catering for multiple allergies it gives us such peace of mind knowing he's so well looked after.
Thank you to everyone at Turnbridge for supporting our baby so brilliantly on his eating and development journey. We couldn't be happier with the care he receives

Can't recommend Turnbridge nursery enough.
My boy has thrived since starting in the baby room and now into Tots.
He loves all the staff, holds his arms to go in and waves me goodbye.
I know he's in great hands which puts my mind at ease while I'm working.

We moved to this nursery with hesitation due to a house move and loving our previous nursery. However, I needn't have worried. My children are so unbelievably happy at this nursery. Before my son would every day say 'I not go to nursery today' - not once has he said that since being here. The spaces
are large, the meals are nutritious, the staff caring. The setting for a nursery is stunning. They have so many opportunities to access things like hatching eggs to baby chickens and supporting all different celebrations, festivities and cultures.
We are very happy with our choice of nursery and pleased that it will give our children a fantastic start in life.

The staff at Kids Planet Turnbridge are truly exceptional. Our daughter absolutely loves attending nursery and spending time with the wonderful team. Nothing is ever too much trouble-they're always approachable, supportive, and ready to offer help or advice whenever needed.


The activities and play

environments are thoughtfully designed and incredibly engaging. They encourage learning through a variety of approaches, from arts and crafts to reading and imaginative play.


We're confident that choosing the Turnbridge team for our daughter was the best decision we could have made.


If I had one critique, it would be the car park. It could really benefit from some improvement, especially in wet weather-our car often ends up covered in muddy footprints. It's a minor issue compared to the outstanding care provided, but worth mentioning.

Our little boy had attended this amazing nursery since he was 9months old and we have felt nothing but reassurance since the second we dropped off. The staff go above and beyond every single day and you couldn't wish for a nicer set of girls to look after our baby. They are always doing a variety of
activities that are matched with what the children are interested in and have access to an individual outdoor space as they move through each room. We recommend to everyone!!

Our child has developed so much whilst being at Turnbridge. The staff are very caring and generally want to help the children grow. The activities are varied which helps to develop different skills. Our child is always excited to go in the morning and can't wait to talk about the day or show us what

Job Title: Nursery Manager

My Name is Rachel and I am the manager at Kids Planet Turnbridge. I have been working here for the past 10 years and have supported a number of families, children and staff throughout my roles. I have progressed my way through nursery, starting as a nursery practitioner, room lead and my most recent role as deputy manager.


I hold a BTEC National Diploma in children’s care and development and have experience of being a SEND
lead, Behaviour Management lead, Safeguarding Lead as well as a first aider. I am keen to share my
knowledge with others and develop my own knowledge and skills along the way.


I specialise in supporting children with additional needs (SENDCo) and helping all children develop
throughout their time at nursery, I will continue to deliver a high standard of care and quality teaching to all of the children and incorporate the Kids Planet CARE principles alongside my wonderful team. I am
passionate about supporting staff, parents and children throughout the nursery.


I am a mummy to my little boy Oscar who keeps me very busy. We enjoy spending time together as a
family and love being outside.
