Our daughter is loving being in the toddler room and her nursery experience overall. The staff are excellent, updates are regular and our daughter is really happy, confidence is increasing every day which is lovely to see :)

My child has been at the nursery since 9months old and has developed so much in this time. Always well looked after and cared for, especially by her key workers. The outside space is also great and an amazing asset.

Ultimately, as a parent, you want to feel that your child is safe and well cared for and to have trust in the people that look after them. Topsham have always lived up to this expectation and more, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

A lovely nursery, my grandson has come on in leaps and bounds, especially since moving down to the toddler room! The staff put regular observations on which is lovely to see how hes getting on during the day.

Fantastic nursery with caring, friendly staff who really support each child's development. Our pre-school child has grown in confidence, independence, and social skills, and always enjoys attending. Great communication with parents and a safe, welcoming environment. Highly recommend.

Reggie started here in September and from the reports and conversations with staff at pick up, Reggie has gained in confidence. He is very happy playing with others, which you can see when it comes to pick up he seems very happy to be within that environment. The staff members are very good at keeping you informed and updated how your child is doing. Very good with listening and understanding if you have any concerns. Love seeing the photos they upload of your child showing what they've done that day or that week.

Kids Planet Lutterworth is a fantastic nursery. The staff are so warm and welcoming and they've made our experience of childcare for our child amazing. A huge shout out to Sophie -and Abby in the baby room and Sarah N. In the toddler room who've shown nothing but care and love for our boy. The nursery spaces are clean and tidy, Jude eats all the food (plus extras!) and the activities look like a lot of fun. There is lots of communication and photos using the app. Thanks so much! I've been using the nursery for 16 months now for my little boy and I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and their policies. It can be hard leaving your baby for the first time but I was quickly put at ease by the staffs clear love and care of the children. In particular Adele and Kat in the baby room, and Rhianna and Harry in Toddlers. They all have such expertise on children, milestones, supporting them to learn. I feel like they've got to know my child really well and he looks forward to going in and seeing them and playing with his friends every week. My childs key worker, Rhianna, in particular has been excellent with communication and supporting my child with his learning. I feel confident in leaving my boy with them weekly. I would recommend this nursery and this team to anyone!

I've been using this nursery since 2019 and couldn't praise it more! The staff are absolutely phenomenal, their kind nurturing attitude towards the children encourages them to flourish and develop so they're ready to start school full of confidence. The staff turn over is very small so the faces remain familiar to children and their siblings going through the various aged rooms. They also take time to familiarise themselves with the families so it feels like you're truly leaving your children with long life friends. All 3 of my children have been at the nursery from 2019 to present day and I can honestly say I've never had an issue, in fact they go above and beyond to support me in many many ways. Forever grateful for all the staff.

What a wonderful start to our child's nursery journey. The staff have been so friendly and really made us feel assured that our star is in really good hands. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. We have seen our little boy come on leaps and bounds since he has been going there. 10/10 highly recommend

My little boy started in the baby room 3 weeks ago and has already come on in leaps and bounds! Everyday he comes home having learnt something new! I can't praise enough how wonderful the staff have been so far, you can tell they're all passionate about what they do and it shows in the hard work they put in with the children. We get regular updates throughout the day with everything you need to know and pictures of what he's up to which is greatly appreciated.

Getting started & signing up to nursery can be daunting, but from the day of our walk around to now, the manager has been extremely helpful answering any questions that we've had!

Extremely impressed so far and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good nursery!

The nursery have been very accommodating with my numerous emails and phone calls when I'm having a panic about my children starting and how they will settle. They have accommodated additional settling in sessions and at short notice! They have also provided us with a home kit with photos of the nursery and staff, and books, so my children can feel familiar with the setting. I've looked at numerous nurseries and this is the only one I've felt comfortable sending my children too.

What a fantastic nursery! My grandson attends here and I get regular updates via the app on a daily basis. Its so wonderful to see what he has been up to and the lovely activities that are set up for him to explore. His language development has come on in leaps and bounds since attending the setting too.

A wonderful nursery with amazing staff. I would highly recommend this nursery for supporting young people in building their confidence within themselves and with peers to prepare them for their future lifes.

He has food allergies and I love that he gets to enjoy the same food as the other children, just with alternative ingredients. The food is incredible and he eats like a horse when at nursery. It's definitely the best nursery to help him grow and flourish.

I absolutely love the nursery my child has been going since he was 4 months old now 16 months old and thriving. I wish I was keeping him there but having to move him in September due to opening times and it's our of the way. Otherwise I love the forest school element and that it is a smaller setting. It means all the staff know my little boy and myself

My son started his settling in sessions at 7 months old, I was worried because he was so young how he would get on, but he absolutely loved it. The build up of sessions was enough for me to feel confident leaving him when he came to start full days. The staff working with my son are all so friendly and answer any questions I may have and make me feel at ease. It's also nice how staff who work in different rooms pay attention to him. I am so happy I chose kids planet.
