We absolutely love Torwood for our 12 month old son. The staff were so helpful with the transition to nursery and we feel that our son is thriving here. The team in the baby room really get to know each baby and plan lovely activities for them each day. The babies spend lots of time outside in the wonderful garden.

Our boy loves the nursery. He started over a year ago, so he's been to 3 out of 4 rooms so far (from babies to toddlers!) and they're all equally great. The staff is so supportive and friendly, and the updates are a joy to receive. I can't recommend them enough!

My child has attended this nursery for over two years now. She has made lots of friends, grown in confidence and really benefitted from the caring and supportive staff and all the fun activities they get to do every day. Can't speak highly enough of all of the staff who work there.

The activities are thoughtfully planned and engaging, helping to build confidence, creativity, and social skills. We've seen such a positive difference in our child's communication, independence, and overall happiness since starting here.

The level of care they give my child is outstanding the time and the patience that they put into him with his medication is beyond amazing. They are always willing to help. There's no better nursery than this one.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery. From the moment we first visited, it was clear that it is a really special place. The staff are absolutely fantastic-warm, welcoming and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can see how much they care about the children, and that makes a huge difference.

The nursery is run exceptionally well, with a great balance of structure, learning and fun. Communication with parents is excellent, and it's clear that a lot of thought goes into everything from the daily activities to the overall development and wellbeing of the children.

Most importantly, our child absolutely loves going, which says everything. It gives us real peace of mind knowing they are in such a safe, caring and positive environment each day.

The nursery have been brilliant with our baby. Kirsty and the team in the Tots room have been incredibly supportive helping them to settle in and they are now thriving. The outside space is really wonderful at Torwood with so many toys for the children to play with.

We love Torwood Kids Planet for our two year old son. The building and outside space are very roomy and the staff are lovely and seem to have been in post for a long time. They go outside (in all weather!) every day and my son is always extremely happy to go to nursery. The food is great and we've never had any grumbles with the nursery in the 1.5 years our boy has been attending. Thank you to the fabulous Torwood staff!

Kids planet in St Andrews Bristol have been brilliant since the day we found them for a viewing back when my baby was 1 week old. They gave all the information when asked and managed to book a place for my baby girl to start a year later.Fast forward a year, we was contacted for stay and plays days 1 day a week for 6 weeks, where we stayed with our child seeing them playing and being involved with the other children already in the setting, this helped my child get used to the nursery and staff before her start date. All the teams are brilliant with all the children and their needs. We have daily updates of the meals, nappys and what my child has been up to in the day with pictures. My 14 month old has been going for 6 weeks by herself and she has settled in nicely and showing her achievements at home also what she has learnt while in nursery. They go on outings 1 day a week and have a lovely garden , Im super happy with our choice for our youngest to be attending Kids Planet St Andrew.

Sending our first baby to nursery was a lot of anxiety for both of us as parents - would he be happy and safe there? Would he feel like we were abandoning him? Would the staff be able to keep a close enough eye on him as a very active and curious child?

Thankfully, the baby & tots team at Kids Planet St Andrews are absolutely fantastic. They are so positive and so caring, so thoughtful and supportive - it's been a dream. They're always pleased to see our child, always enthusiastic about the work they're putting in - even when babies are screaming across the room - with boundless energy and conscientiousness. The team put in extra work and time to ensure we were comfortable leaving him with them, and their daily updates are very reassuring. I genuinely have no idea how they manage to play so many games and activities, get everyone to nap, and keep a record of our child's day with them. They all really deserve to be celebrated and appreciated and we're so incredibly grateful for them.

We absolutely adore Kids Planet St Andrews Park and it has been such a huge and important part of our family life. There are so many (in fact there are only) positive things to say which in itself something to celebrate. We have always felt like every single staff member has had our child's interest at heart and it feels like we are all part of the same team. The staff genuinely love their jobs and their enthusiasm and love for the kids is palpable.

As first time parents we could not have been looked after any better and the level of trust and appreciation we have felt since day one has been incredibly strong. the team should be so proud of what they do and the nurturing and fun nursery they have built.

We feel lucky to now be sending our second child to Kids Planet.

Kids Planet St Andrew's Park is such a lovely nursery. The staff is very kind and attentive and our son adapted very quickly - he now seems to genuinely want to go to nursery! They keep us updated every day which is incredibly reassuring. We're very happy we chose them.

St Andrew's Park is a very welcoming and nurturing place. Both of my children currently attend, and the staff have created such a nurturing environment that they both love being there. I would recommend St Andrew's Park to any parent.

Our experience of Kids Planet St Andrews is incredibly positive. The team are kind, enthusiastic and have created such a fun and friendly atmosphere for the kids. Our daughter is very happy here, each of the team have taken time and care to get to know her individual personality and encourage her confidence. Whether it's on one of their regular trips out or exploring new experiences at nursery, it always sounds like they are always having a great time in a safe and supportive way. We highly recommend!

Our experience with the nursery could not be more positive. Our girls absolutely adore the staff and each morning are happy to go to nursery. You can tell from miles away that the staff are passionate about their jobs and teaching! We always recommend the nursery to all our friends and neighbours.

We are very lucky to have Kids Planet St Andrew's so close to where we live. The nursery manager does an incredible job keeping on top of all the admin particularly this year while things have been very challenging with the nursery moving into Kids Planet ownership. The staff in preschool and the baby room are all lovely and our kids are always happy when they arrive and having fun when we pick them up. Only slight issue is the Kids Planet central office have made a few errors with invoices but we get them sorted quite quickly and hopefully will improve as systems bed in. But still giving five stars as everyone working in Kids Planet St Andrew's is great.
