Day Nurseries Owned by Kids Planet Day Nurseries in Shropshire

This is the second nursery our son has been in and our experience here has by far exceeded our experience in the previous nursery. Staff provide good feedback on how the day went, food is freshly prepared on site and children are given plenty of opportunities to play outside. The nursery is also decorated in a way that feels homely celebrating the kids that attend there and the app used makes it easy to communicate with the nursery.

Since my daughter has joined the nursery it's been absolutely amazing, she loves going every morning and the staff seem lovely with her. The food seems to be pretty nice and she seems to love it too. Thank you

Otis absolutely loves going to Kids Planet, and it's so lovely to see how happy and excited he is to be there! The staff are amazing, especially Abi and Chloe Mann, who have made such a positive impact on his nursery experience. They are so caring, supportive and encouraging, and it really shows in how much Otis has grown in confidence.

Since attending Kids Planet, we've seen such a difference in his confidence, learning and overall development. He is constantly learning new things, developing new skills and growing into such a confident little boy. It's so reassuring knowing he is in a safe, happy and nurturing environment where he is encouraged to thrive.

A huge thank you to all the staff at Kids Planet for everything you do. We really appreciate all the love, care and support you give Otis. We couldn't be happier with his nursery experience!

We couldn't be happier with this nursery! My daughter has been attending since April and absolutely loves it. The staff are so warm, caring and attentive, and the whole environment is filled with love, kindness and genuine care. It's such a lovely feeling knowing your little one is happy, settled and so well looked after. We're so grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery and would wholeheartedly recommend them to all our friends and family. Thank you for everything you do!

I honestly couldn't be happier with the care my son receives at this nursery. The staff are absolutely wonderful, caring, kind and attentive, and it is clear how much love and dedication they put into looking after the children.

As a parent, knowing that your child is happy, safe, loved and well looked after while you're at work means absolutely everything. I feel completely reassured knowing my son is in such good hands. The team make him feel welcome, supported and valued, and I can see how much he enjoys his time there.

I am so grateful for everything they do, from the little everyday things to all the activities and experiences they provide. Their commitment, patience and genuine affection for the children really shine through.

A huge thank you to the whole team for all your hard work. You do an amazing job, and I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough. We are incredibly lucky to have you looking after our little boy!

Our son has been with Kids Planet since he was around 15 months old and we havent had a bad thing to say about the nursery during this time. We have been truly blessed to have had some wonderful members of staff in each of his rooms. It is so warming to hear of highly he is spoken of at pick ups, and I'm sure that is as much of your doing as it is ours. Our son always gladly goes into his room so this must be a reflection of how much he enjoys attending.

Management has always been more than helpful for us. Last year we were due to be on holiday/getting married during the week of the child review meetings with their key worker, and I had asked if there were any other dates that were to be scheduled as I was concerned around his speech. Management got back to us in a couple of days with a separate date so we could meet our key worker, we were very grateful for this being organised.

We can't recommend the nursery enough!!

Our little one has been attending Kids Planet since he was one. Unfortunately, we weren't overly happy with our experience in the Baby Room and Tots Room, as we often picked him up with a soiled nappy and felt his general cleanliness wasn't always up to standard. Since he has been potty trained, we haven't had any issues

It's worth mentioning that there has since been a change of manager, and our experience has improved. The staff in his current Toddler 3 Room are lovely, and he absolutely adores them! Overall, Kids Planet is a great place for little ones, and we're pleased to see positive changes, although our experience at the beginning wasn't the best.

Lovely nursery staff are All lovely and Ivy has done so well since starting here only feedback I would give was to have some more photos and updates through out the day of what she's been up too at nursery

Otherwise, I am happy with the care provided and feel my daughter is well taken care of at this nursery.

My daughter loves attending nursery. Kids Planet staff are wonderful and though we were so nervous to have her go, they have given us so many updates and the smile on my daughter's face says it all for us. She loves all the staff and they make every child seem so special. When it comes to pick up time all the children are happy and the staff have so much to say about how the little ones day has been.

We love the app that they share the updates on, it's such a piece of mind. Couldn't have wished for a better place, little one has learnt so much and she is encouraged at nursery to explore and enjoy life. Couldn't recommend enough.

This is the first nursery whose services I've used and I'm altogether pleased with it. The staff are friendly and seem to care for the children well. Staffing numbers are good. The environment is generally clean (the room can sometimes be messy at pick-up but that is to be expected after a full day of children playing in the room. It is always spotless in the morning) and the outdoor resources are great. Communication via the app is good, and staff are usually quick to respond to messages. Food options and timings seem to be good and my child is reported to be eating it all, which is great. Security is good on the site.

Minor improvements that could be made are better usage of the named pegs (items have been muddled a few times) and wiping of snotty noses (my child has sometimes come home with snot all over their sleeve and an inflamed cheek as they've been wiping their nose themselves).

But overall a lovely nursery :)

I couldn't recommend this nursery enough! The staff are all so lovely, caring and welcoming, and it's clear how much they genuinely care about the children. My son is so happy here, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing he is in a safe, nurturing environment where he is loved and looked after so well. The team do an amazing job of helping the children learn, grow and have fun every day. I'm so grateful for everything they do and couldn't ask for a better nursery for my little boy. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do!

:-D

Brilliant with our little girl, she has settled in great. She has been attending for 5-6 weeks now. Started at the age of 1. Lovely facilities for the children and the App is fantastic for updates and photos

My daughter has been going to Kids Planet Lawley for the last 2 years and she absolutely loves it. She has come on so much being here. She is now 3 and a half and her speech is amazing and she is so smart. I'm always being told how polite and good she is and I have to give some credit to this nursery. They are a lovely staff team and you can really tell how much they love the children they look after. I would recommend this nursery through and through.

The staff are lovely and take really good care of care and alway tell us how our little one got on with in the day, and any little incident that happens we get a call and told what's happend what they have done to rectify the situation, our little girl love it here and is more then happy to walk in an make her self at home staff are really good and helping with accommodation like our daughter struggles to just drink water and likes juice but are more then happy to give her juice, but are trying to make her drink water out of her bottle which make me feel better that a healthy option is given first she also love out doors and is frequently aloud to go out door if she wants and is safe to do so

Our daughter adores every moment she spends in the nursery. She is currently in the baby room and the experiences and activities she has are second to none. From a parental perspective, the staff in the office have been efficient and helpful and the adults in the baby room are truly wonderful. They're thoughtful, communicative and you really get the feeling they are truly invested in your child, both emotionally and developmentally. In her time with them, our daughter has built an incredible bond with her primary and secondary key workers. We're extremely fortunate to work with the staff in the baby room, both for their abilities as professionals but also because they're just lovely people!

we are happy with our nursery experience. My kid is learning new things and becoming more confident and independent. We appreciate the staff for taking care of her. We hope she continues to learn, enjoy her time and feel happy at nursery. We are always happy to share feedback and work together to support her development.

Kids planet lawley have been professional and considerate throughout the entire time our son has been present, as parents sending your first child to nursery at the age of 9 months is such a huge milestone both one that can be worrying and upsetting at the same time. The baby room in particular has been by far the best experience for us yet. The staff in this room looked after our son like he was our own, and as parents that's what you want and expect. Nothing never seems to be much trouble and the management are very open to you going into the office and expressing your thoughts regarding the nursery and your child.

The staff in toddlers two are excellent and my child is always happy to see their favourite staff members. The toddlers 2 team have worked with us when we have experienced difficulties with development milestones and made suggestions/adjustments to nappy changes to assist when issues arise. They always try to accommodate our specific requests, surrounding meals, nap times and appointments during the day.
