Kids Planet Leigh

My little boy transferred to Kids Planet from a different nursery. The staff made the transition so easy and supported Raphael so well. Raphael absolutely loves his new nursery and his care team and has so much fun. His key worker Sonya is absolutely fantastic and shows genuine care. All the staff are excellent and seem to go above and beyond. Thank you.

All the staff have been amazing with my daughter, Amelia loves going to nursery and tells me all about her day when she gets home. They're always friendly and chatty when dropping off and picking up.

Really attentive, caring staff who take excellent care of my little girl 2.5 years old). They also provide a variety of nutritious meals and snacks, a very stimulating environment and lots of outdoor play.

The chef cooks amazing food and my child loves eating her food and always talk about the 'broccoli soup'.

Kid going to todlers now started from 1year old. She seems to enjoy the time in nursery, sometimes even need to ask her to come to us. While in nursery she learned a lot of new words like to ask for more food. There is good variety of food offered to kids, and some fruits for snacking. They also use an app to tell parents what the kid ate and how much. Todlers also go to nearby park or even nearby retail park. Staff are nice and will accommodate your kid need like no screen time, dont let kid sleep more than x amount, dietary needa etc.

Staff friendly and helpful, they look after children very well. My daughter enjoys going there and she seems overall happy. Wish more photos would be taken and included in the app, so parents can have some memories to keep, but I am very pleased with the setting as a whole. Recommend!

Our son has been attending kids planet for 2 years now and we have been so impressed. He runs in and doesn't look back and is always happy when we pick him up. Initially, he didn't like the food provided so after a conversation, the staff made sure he was given something he liked. He is non verbal and the staff are amazing with tending to his needs. In the 2 years he's attended, the SEND CO has been great with applying for additional help and has also helped us with the next steps regarding his future. If we ever have any concerns or questions, they're usually dealt with fast. Communication from the staff is great after every pick up and we're updated on the app during the day. He has learnt lots since starting and is coming on so much. We feel very comfortable leaving him there and feel we chose a great nursery to send him to.

The manager is so loving and welcoming-she greets us every single morning at reception, which instantly sets such a positive tone for the day. The staff are incredibly caring, not only with my girls but also with me. You can truly feel that they go above and beyond in everything they do.

My daughters are always happy at the end of the day, and that gives me so much reassurance that they're being well looked after while I'm at work. The nursery app is brilliant, I receive daily updates and pictures, so I can see exactly what they've been up to and how they're getting on. Recently, they've been taking the children out more for park trips and community visits, which I absolutely love.

The nursery is amazing, and I would highly recommend it to any parent, it's a wonderful place

My little boy has just started this nursery, all staff have been amazing and helpful, I love how I get all the updates, communication is very good, nice and clean with good facilities. Am so glad I choose this nursery, I will recommend to others.

Staff are friendly however since my twin daughters have been in nursery for the past 3 months no one has bothered to set me up on the security system to have access into the building. I have asked multiple times and no one including managment know how to do this. Very frustrating when I'm having to drop my 2 babies off up on the top floor and I'm left standing around waiting by the door with one in my arms whilst her sister is left crying in the car.

Managment here is very poor, useless Infact. They were the reason for my problems and then were unable to help resolve any of my issues I was having. Every time I would speak to them it was reflected by saying "phone head office". I've finally taken them out off nursery but unfortunately with my experience I wouldn't recommend this nursery to anyone.

The range of activities they do with the children is fantastic, they are not only educational but fun too.

The management team is amazing

The app is regularly updated throughout the day so that we as parents are kept informed of their day which is great. The menu is varied and freshly prepared and it is also very clean. The preschool children have sports sessions, dance classes, Spanish lessons etc. And lots of outdoor time. The nursery has a very warm feeling and I'll be sad to see my children leave when the time comes!

I look forward to my daughter starting this September knowing she will be in the best caring hands a mother could ask for.

My little one loves coming to nursery! He has a great bond with all of his teachers in the toddler room! He has come on so much with his development and speech recently that we can't stop him talking now! Which is a credit to the nursery.

My son absolutely loves his time at Kids Planet Leigh he is in the preschool room. All the staff are so attentive, friendly and caring. My son has been diagnosed with autism and his development has benefited so much by his wonderful SEND co-worker and also his key worker. We as parents have been so supported during our son’s journey with his special educational needs. The nursery has such great spaces aimed for the children to play and learn in their room, sensory playroom and also their outdoor area!! I highly recommend Kids Planet Leigh!
