Overall Experience

Our 15 month old has been attending kids planet Heddon on the wall since August and he has settled so well. The transition was well organised and staff are very professional, kind and communicative. We are confident our son is getting excellent care and he loves going. He gets to experience a wide range

of activities, is well fed with nutritious home made food, gets consistent naps and always come home happy. Are so pleased with our choice of nursery.

Overall Experience

Both of my children have attended this nursery. My daughter is in year 1 and still talks about wanting to go back to nursery. My son is still here. all of the girls have been lovely and supported them both really well. I love the activities set out, very creative and beneficial for learning. All staff

have been so pleasant with us and I'm so glad I've chose this nursery.

Overall Experience

The staff at this nursery have created a safe, nurturing space where my daughter has truly flourished. They have been brilliant at fostering her development across the breadth of the Early Years curriculum - from managing emotions and building vocabulary to early reading, mathematics, physical and social

development. The daily social interaction here has meant the world to her; she is now confident, well-rounded, and talented. The phonics scheme in particular has been a great match for her interests. I firmly believe that without the dedication and hard work of the staff, she wouldn't be doing so well or thriving in the way she is. We are incredibly grateful.

Overall Experience

After having bad experiences with previous nurseries I was apprehensive when choosing a new nursery for my children. Kids planet Southfield has been a breath of fresh air. The staff know each child extremely well and take time to make sure all of their needs are individually met. I know my children

are safe when they are there and the staff are extremely friendly. The environment really allows for open and honest communication and they are always providing excellent activities that also tailor to the development of the children. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough and my children's development has really come on leaps and bounds thanks to the staff.

Overall Experience

Kids Planet has provided a fantastic setting for our children to thrive. They got to experience a range of activities, have social interactions and care and nurturing from the team. When joining primary school, the skills my son developed at nursery have set him up brilliantly. Our daughter Sienna is

currently in the Tots & Toddlers room, and she is so happy at drop off & pick up that we feel really happy and confident with her time at Kids Planet Heddon. The bond she has developed with her key worker, Fran, is very special, and you can tell she means a lot to Sienna. A huge thank you to Fran and all the team for creating a safe environment for our children to enjoy.

Overall Experience

My son has been attending the nursery since September 2024 and I am really pleased I opted for this nursery.
He is in the toddler/tots room At the moment, The staff Abbie, Fran, Charlotte & Adriana are amazing and always are so enthusiastic and seem so happy to see each child when they arrive, I feel

confident leaving my child although he gets upset the staff provide cuddles and reassurance to ensure he settles. When I pick him up he is always happy and a thorough handover is given, there are lots of activities and often they visit the local area and park which my son enjoys. Would recommend to anyone.

Overall Experience

Our son has been attending the nursery 3 days a week and it's been really good. He is in the baby room and has really enjoyed his time there. He always looks very happy when we pick him up.
The staff are always very friendly, they haven't changed since we started 5 months ago and every time he sees

the ladies who look after him there's a big smile on his face. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

My son has really settled into Kids Planet baby room, he has made lovely relationships with the staff and is excited when I mention certain staff members names, I can tell how much they care about him and know him when they tell me the things he has been doing, playing with and enjoying. Overall Experience

My son loves attending Southfield Kids Planet. He started at 12 months old and has settled in really well. The staff are lovely, welcoming & excellent at their job. They are very attentive & nurturing. I feel my son has made strong bonds with staff members,making drop-offs much easier.
The chef is

great,my little boy loves the variety of food & likes extra portions! He is always smiling when I collect him after a day of activities & plenty of outdoor play.
Excellent communication,updates provided daily through the app.
Management are very open & approachable. Overall I think the nursery is very well managed & I look forward to watching my little boy continue to thrive. Highly recommend.

We needed a nursery last minute and Kids Planet made sure to accommodate us which was excellent. My little girl was very attached to myself and the baby room has helped her flourish in so many ways. She comes away with a big smile everyday and gets to experience so many new things. The staff genuinely

seem to care about my child, and the manager was in touch regularly when we were off for a long illness. Due my second little one later this year and they're already registered!

I'm very happy with all aspects of care at Kids Planet Southfield.
My 8 month old absolutely loves going in; he gets excited at the gate and is always happy to be handed over to the girls in the baby room.

Overall Experience

My little girl started at 10 months old in the baby room. She has absolutely loved attending Kids Planet Southfield. She took to it easier than I thought. Recently she has moved up to the next room, again taking it all in her stride.

I put that down to the friendly staff and engaging activities.

She absolutely loves the food. The communication is second to none which has been a great peace of mind whilst working full time.

My little girl has been going to this nursery since she just turned 1 and she's nearly 4 now. The staff are all so welcoming and really care about your child. My daughter is leaving for 'big school' in September and I know she's going to miss going here so much. She has come on leaps and bounds since

joining and I always feel like she is in safe hands when I drop her off each morning. We already have her little sister signed up for when I return to work from maternity leave.

Overall Experience

Our son joined Kids Planet Heddon in November 2024. His settling in days went great and the staff were super friendly and informative. Unfortunately our son started to experience separation anxiety soon after joining and would burst into tears every morning. The staff were amazing. They gave him one

on one care until he calmed down and their big enthusiastic smiles soon had him smiling. This excellent level of care is also evident when it comes to nap times. My son likes to fall asleep in a quiet dark room which is not an environment you will find in a nursery. Regardless the staff manage to get him to sleep every day for at least 2hrs which is a mammoth achievement.
However, the best thing I've found about our experience is the care our son receives when he is sick. The staff will do as much as possible to keep him in nursery which is a massive help as a working parent.

My little girl has been going to Kids Planet Heddon on the Wall since she was 10 months old (she's now 20 months), and we honestly love it. She's quite shy, but the staff have been so kind and patient with her - she's really come out of her shell. She's had two key workers since starting, and both have

been amazing, making such a difference in her confidence. Her speech has come on leaps and bounds since starting, and it's been so lovely to see her growing and developing. She always comes home happy, and it's great to see all the fun things they do. Can't recommend it enough!

Overall Experience

I enrolled my little boy, when he was 18 months after having a negative experience at a previous nursery.

The settling in experience was fantastic, he had 3 settling in sessions, one with me, one where he was picked up before lunch time and one where he stayed for his lunch. He loved it from the

first minute, the staff were so kind, asked what he liked to do and immediately got him things out to suit his interests.

He has been in all the rooms
Each time he's moved rooms, I have been introduced to his new key worker who has made me feel that his needs will be looked after and cared for. All the staff are approachable and I wouldn't hesitate getting in touch with anyone if we had any problems.

It has been so lovely to see a particular staff member in the kitchen receiving a 5 out of 5 in his food hygiene rating, the food always smells lovely, and my little boy always eats it all. It's reassuring to know that he's getting healthy balanced meals, prepared in a clean kitchen

Overall Experience

Southfield nursery has been amazing for my little girl who has been there just over a year now. From starting here at 9 months old the staff here have been amazing with her, the reassurance and communication I get to know she is ok throughout the day is great. My little girl absolutely loves it here,

her development and confidence have came on so much since starting here and that is honestly down to the amazing staff and the genuine care they have for my daughter. She has made the best relationships with the staff here, even the staff who have never worked with my daughter always stop to speak to her and make so much effort. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough.
