My children are very happy at Kids Planet Meadows, and it shows. The outdoor facilities are excellent, giving him plenty of space to explore and be active every day. Beyond the academics, the staff put huge effort into teaching real life skills, not just early education. Every member of the team is caring, passionate, and genuinely enthusiastic about the children in their care. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

My son has been at Meadows for over 2 years, currently with Charlotte who is wonderful. We have been amazed at the independent, confident and happy person the team at Meadows have helped him become. From table manners, sporting development, and learning to write and read, he is always so happy to go and has the greatest adventures with his pals. As our son also has a medical condition, the team have been super caring and ensured his needs are specifically catered for and I leave him for the day with absolute peace of mind. The children are spoilt by the most amazing food by Jane who not only serves a menu to make the parents jealous, but teaches the children the processes of the cooking too. The communication from the team at the end of the day is consistently engaging and helpful to understand how development and progress is being made and the overall environment is super welcoming. I can't imagine a better place for children to be safe, nurtured and prepared for school life.

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet Heddon-on-the-wall since she was 11 months old & she turned 3 in March. I can't recommend this nursery enough! The bonds my daughter has made with other children & the staff are so lovely to see - In particular her previous key worker Eve & current key worker Brooke! Both girls take the time to provide thorough updates of her day each day & they know her inside out. They have supported her through every milestone & are an extended part of her "family". We are even splitting her time next year between school nursery & this setting as we know how much of a comfort it is for her to still be there. Looking forward to hearing more about her time as a "preschooler" & watching her thrive there even more!

Kids Planet Heddon are fantastic. My little boy has been coming to this nursery since he was 1. The girls have helped massively with his toilet training too. The team at this nursery are truly amazing. They take on such a huge responsibility every day with care, patience, and dedication, and it never goes unnoticed. It's an incredibly important role that deserves far more recognition for the impact they have on both children and families. Knowing my child is in such safe, capable hands gives me real peace of mind and allows me to work without worry. I'll be forever grateful for everything they do. My little boy loves everyone there including his sports coach..thank you xx

My son has attended this nursery for just under 2 years now. I cannot fault them. He runs in because he loves it that much. All staff are great but would like to especially mention Abbie, Fran, Hannah, Fay and Caitlyn who I feel have went above and beyond for my son and making me feel at ease since the day I first left him there when he was 9 months old. Couldn't recommend a better nursery.

Our baby started here at around 10 months old and we were and still are impressed with how amazing they treat our girl. In particular, Hannah and Faye have been so attentive. Hannah is always so organised in the mornings and always asks how everything is. Faye was our daughters key worker and she built up an incredible rapport with her. Our daughter will jump into her arms in the mornings. Anyone would be lucky to have this team.

Our son has been attending this nursery since September 2025. Being first time parents we were initially apprehensive but we had absolutely no reason to be. The staff completely put our minds at ease and always provide regular and in depth updates both via the app and at pick up/drop off. Our son absolutely loves going to nursery and it's very clear he has comes on miles developmentally from being in this environment. The food served is fresh and well balanced nutritionally and he really enjoys all of the outdoor activities/excursions into the village!

It is evident every single staff member truly cares for all of the children which is lovely. He has recently transitioned up a room but his key worker from the baby room Faye deserves a special mention. Her enthusiasm and care for not only our son but all the children is evident and our son absolutely loved her.

Overall we couldn't have chosen a better setting for our son!

My son has been attending Kids Planet Heddon on the wall since September 2025 when he was 9 months old. He is now 15 months old and I'm glad I chose this nursery for my son. Im a first time mam so was worried and apprehensive about my son starting nursery so young but the staff were lovely with my son and he settled in very well. He loves going now and is well fed there. He has learnt loads and nursery has contributed towards his development greatly. His key worker Hannah is great, all the staff are lovely. I would recommend this nursery.

Our 15 month old has been attending kids planet Heddon on the wall since August and he has settled so well. The transition was well organised and staff are very professional, kind and communicative. We are confident our son is getting excellent care and he loves going. He gets to experience a wide range of activities, is well fed with nutritious home made food, gets consistent naps and always come home happy. Are so pleased with our choice of nursery.

Both of my children have attended this nursery. My daughter is in year 1 and still talks about wanting to go back to nursery. My son is still here. all of the girls have been lovely and supported them both really well. I love the activities set out, very creative and beneficial for learning. All staff have been so pleasant with us and I'm so glad I've chose this nursery.

The staff at this nursery have created a safe, nurturing space where my daughter has truly flourished. They have been brilliant at fostering her development across the breadth of the Early Years curriculum - from managing emotions and building vocabulary to early reading, mathematics, physical and social development. The daily social interaction here has meant the world to her; she is now confident, well-rounded, and talented. The phonics scheme in particular has been a great match for her interests. I firmly believe that without the dedication and hard work of the staff, she wouldn't be doing so well or thriving in the way she is. We are incredibly grateful.

After having bad experiences with previous nurseries I was apprehensive when choosing a new nursery for my children. Kids planet Southfield has been a breath of fresh air. The staff know each child extremely well and take time to make sure all of their needs are individually met. I know my children are safe when they are there and the staff are extremely friendly. The environment really allows for open and honest communication and they are always providing excellent activities that also tailor to the development of the children. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough and my children's development has really come on leaps and bounds thanks to the staff.

Kids Planet has provided a fantastic setting for our children to thrive. They got to experience a range of activities, have social interactions and care and nurturing from the team. When joining primary school, the skills my son developed at nursery have set him up brilliantly. Our daughter Sienna is currently in the Tots & Toddlers room, and she is so happy at drop off & pick up that we feel really happy and confident with her time at Kids Planet Heddon. The bond she has developed with her key worker, Fran, is very special, and you can tell she means a lot to Sienna. A huge thank you to Fran and all the team for creating a safe environment for our children to enjoy.

He is in the toddler/tots room At the moment, The staff Abbie, Fran, Charlotte & Adriana are amazing and always are so enthusiastic and seem so happy to see each child when they arrive, I feel confident leaving my child although he gets upset the staff provide cuddles and reassurance to ensure he settles. When I pick him up he is always happy and a thorough handover is given, there are lots of activities and often they visit the local area and park which my son enjoys. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff are always very friendly, they haven't changed since we started 5 months ago and every time he sees the ladies who look after him there's a big smile on his face. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

My son has really settled into Kids Planet baby room, he has made lovely relationships with the staff and is excited when I mention certain staff members names, I can tell how much they care about him and know him when they tell me the things he has been doing, playing with and enjoying. The girls in the baby room are kind and nurturing and my son is always happy to see them which is what is really important to me.

Management are very open & approachable. Overall I think the nursery is very well managed & I look forward to watching my little boy continue to thrive. Highly recommend.

We needed a nursery last minute and Kids Planet made sure to accommodate us which was excellent. My little girl was very attached to myself and the baby room has helped her flourish in so many ways. She comes away with a big smile everyday and gets to experience so many new things. The staff genuinely seem to care about my child, and the manager was in touch regularly when we were off for a long illness. Due my second little one later this year and they're already registered!

Our daughter has been very happy at nursery, since starting at 9 months. The staff work hard and know what is going on with every child; both at home and in nursery. We love getting the updates during the day, of what she is doing, eating and how she is sleeping. We are so impressed with the team and glad we chose Southfield as her nursery.
