The environment really allows for open and honest communication and they are always providing excellent activities that also tailor to the development of the children. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough and my children's development has really come on leaps and bounds thanks to the staff.

currently in the Tots & Toddlers room, and she is so happy at drop off & pick up that we feel really happy and confident with her time at Kids Planet Heddon. The bond she has developed with her key worker, Fran, is very special, and you can tell she means a lot to Sienna. A huge thank you to Fran and all the team for creating a safe environment for our children to enjoy.

confident leaving my child although he gets upset the staff provide cuddles and reassurance to ensure he settles. When I pick him up he is always happy and a thorough handover is given, there are lots of activities and often they visit the local area and park which my son enjoys. Would recommend to anyone.

on one care until he calmed down and their big enthusiastic smiles soon had him smiling. This excellent level of care is also evident when it comes to nap times. My son likes to fall asleep in a quiet dark room which is not an environment you will find in a nursery. Regardless the staff manage to get him to sleep every day for at least 2hrs which is a mammoth achievement.
However, the best thing I've found about our experience is the care our son receives when he is sick. The staff will do as much as possible to keep him in nursery which is a massive help as a working parent.

been amazing, making such a difference in her confidence. Her speech has come on leaps and bounds since starting, and it's been so lovely to see her growing and developing. She always comes home happy, and it's great to see all the fun things they do. Can't recommend it enough!

first minute, the staff were so kind, asked what he liked to do and immediately got him things out to suit his interests.

He has been in all the rooms
Each time he's moved rooms, I have been introduced to his new key worker who has made me feel that his needs will be looked after and cared for. All the staff are approachable and I wouldn't hesitate getting in touch with anyone if we had any problems.

It has been so lovely to see a particular staff member in the kitchen receiving a 5 out of 5 in his food hygiene rating, the food always smells lovely, and my little boy always eats it all. It's reassuring to know that he's getting healthy balanced meals, prepared in a clean kitchen

her development and confidence have came on so much since starting here and that is honestly down to the amazing staff and the genuine care they have for my daughter. She has made the best relationships with the staff here, even the staff who have never worked with my daughter always stop to speak to her and make so much effort. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

be a very picky eater, but the chef always remembers this and will have an alternative on standby ready for him.
In short, would I recommend this nursery to other families? Absolutely, yes!
