My 2 year old little boy is thriving since starting Kids Planet Rope Green Farm. He absolutely loves going to nursery & loves all the staff. His communication is developing well and he always comes home telling me what he's been up to.

Really happy with the care my little one has received at this nursery. The staff are so friendly, caring and supportive, and it's lovely to see how much they nurture and look after my child. They're always happy to help and answer any questions we have. We've had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend them.

Our son has been at Kids Planet for several years and is due to leave in the coming weeks to start school, and our overall experience has been great. The staff are always attentive and provide a great learning environment, and there is plenty of outdoor space. The new management structure is in place, and the nursery is in a far better position.

Every single member of staff is friendly, encouraging and supportive and my son has loved each room he's been in. He's made some lovely friends there and he's grown so much in confidence. Thank you so much for helping him to grow.

My daughter has settled in brilliantly at this nursery after struggling to settle elsewhere. The caring staff, smaller class sizes and great outdoor space have made all the difference. She particularly loves the forest school activities and recently went on a lovely trip to a nature reserve. She now loves going to nursery, we are so glad we decided to move her here and would highly recommend Kids Planet Prestbury to anyone.

Since attending an open day here back in 2024, we have not looked back! The nursery is set in a lovely old vicarage with a huge back garden giving the children plenty of space to run around in and explore! Throughout the years, all the staff that we have had the pleasure of coming into contact with have been friendly, enthusiastic and attentive to our daughter's needs. Particularly in the toddler room where it was picked up early that she may have some speech delay. Lots of advice and support was given to us at the time and their SENDCO set aside time each week to help bring on her speech which we really appreciated. By the time we saw a speech and language therapist (which the nursery organised for us) our daughter had improved a great deal and needed little intervention from them. Without hesitation, we would recommend this nursery and will be very sad to leave when the time comes.

I cannot recommend the nursery highly enough. From the moment we first walked through the doors, the genuine warmth and dedication of the staff put us at ease. Every single member of the team that has looked after our child has shown incredible care, patience, and love for the children, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. The new Nursery Manager is exceptional; her passion, approachability, and commitment to the highest standards of childcare shine through in everything they do. It is obvious that our child's wellbeing and development are their top priorities. Thank you to the management and staff for going above and beyond to make the early years so special and stress-free for our family.

I honestly haven't had any issues with Kids planet at all. My now 9 year old went to the Warrington branch from babies to before starting school. My 4 year old has been at the Appleton Thorn branch since babies and due to start reception in September! Everyone is so helpful, caring and friendly. Some even feel like family now. Their job is so difficult at times, I am in awe of them. So many fun activities and teaching sessions, building confidence and individuality. And we all know, as parents, we may be quite difficult to deal with at times, but they just seem to take it all in their stride, on a daily basis. Well done to all teams involved.

My child has been attending the nursery since she was 1yrs, and due to leave nursery for big school in September. The first few years were amazing for her. Her confidence and all round learning has come on so much! Unfortunately the last 12 months has been an unsettling time for alot of children at the nursery, with alot of changes with staffing and managers. My child particularly was telling me that they didn't want to go in to nursery and that they didn't know the staff in the room. Fortunately over the last 2 months things have settled down; a new manager has been appointed and staffing has become more stable, my child is thriving again.

Every day his nursery room comes up with a new fun activity to do, which always captures his interest. They really do go the extra mile. Facilities at the nursery are great with Montessori-style toys, fresh nutritional meals and a large garden setting outside with plenty of space to play. My child thoroughly loves coming into nursery and doesn't look back when I hand him over, which truly makes all the difference. I would recommend Appleton Thorn to anyone

When my little one first joined, it was great! No issues.

However, over the last 6 months the nursery has severely declined. This all started happening when the nursery manager left, the new one was great however we got the impression that staff were not happy. All the staff started leaving one by one, children are now being allocated new key workers like every week, and as you can imagine this is very unsettling for the little ones. Bare in mind, parents are just left in the unknown, we only get notified that the staff are leaving through the app, there is no verbal communication.

I feel so let down and disappointed with the nursery now and I'm sure I'm not the only parent who feels like this.

Excellent nursery, all of the staff are amazing and friendly they go above and beyond! My child has loved their time here and I will definitely miss bringing them here. Staff are extremely patient and very caring and the relationship they build with my child is lovely. Highly recommend

Everything about this nursery is amazing! There is not one member of staff who doesn't go above and beyond, whether that is supporting the children or the parents. Every member of staff at this nursery clearly love their job and it shows with the care they provide to the children. Both of my children have additional needs and the amount of support that this nursery provide, not just for my two children, but for me also, is unbelievable. Also, the sendco here is absolutely brilliant and nothing is ever too much trouble for her, as is the case with all the staff here, including the nursery manager. You can clearly see that they all work well as one big team, helping each other out where needed. I can honestly relax after dropping my children off in a morning as I know my children are in the most caring and safest hands. I viewed a few nurseries in the area and I know I definitely made the right choice in choosing this one for my children.

We have been with kids planet for both our daughters. They are the best nursery ever. The staff are so lovely and helpfull and very supportive. The management is great too. So polite and kind. Iv really enjoying being part of this nursery. Will be really sad once my youngest leaves. I would definatly reccomend to every one with little ones. The staff are really nice and really make an effort with the kids and the parents. They do have some fun activities and some special days for the parents which is really nice. Everytime i have had any issues the management have gone above and beyond to help. Great place and mainly due to all the staff. Keep up the good work xx thank you for everything

We are very happy with the nursery and the care our son receives. Communication is excellent, and we really appreciate the regular updates throughout the day, which help us feel involved and reassured. The staff are always friendly, approachable, and helpful, and it's clear they genuinely care about the children. Our son is happy, settled, and enjoys his time there, which gives us great confidence in the nursery. We are grateful for all the hard work and support the team provides and would happily recommend the nursery to other families.

My daughter is thriving at Kids Planet Haslington. She has been going there for over 2 years now and she has learnt so much. She is always taking part in different activities with her friends, and the staff are great at providing updates and sharing pictures of her day. The staff are really caring and go above and beyond to make the children feel at ease and enjoy their time there. There is so much great outdoor space for the children to explore too, which is a huge bonus! Definitely recommend.

What an amazing nursery! I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. They show compassion, care and patience. Regular updates and photos keep an anxious Mum feeling so happy! My son has developed so much since attending here. The staff are a credit to Kids Planet, Middlewich.
