The team are incredibly kind and supportive - nothing is ever too much trouble. They take the time to truly understand each child, offering encouragement, comfort and guidance in all the right moments. Their nurturing approach has helped our child grow in confidence, independence and happiness. Management are equally fantastic. They are approachable, organised and genuinely invested in creating the best possible environment for families. Communication is always clear and helpful, and any questions or requests are handled quickly and thoughtfully. Overall, this nursery is a wonderful place where children thrive, staff shine, and families feel supported.

We are now in Baby Room 2 and the transition has been incredibly smooth. We have been welcomed by a fantastic team who provide so many stimulating activities. The daily handovers are also excellent, with plenty of information shared about our child.

My son has enjoyed this nursery so much that Ive already signed up my currently unborn baby as well.

I have had a horrible experience with this nursery which has resulted in pulling my children out after 14 months with them after a safeguarding breach. I have also sent numerous emails about retrieving our children's property and paperwork which are being ignored. I have asked for a meeting with their director which has also been ignored. I have reported them to Ofsted and am in the process of reporting them to the council.
