All the staff of The Kids Planet Nursery at Waterfront are genuinely passionate about working with children, providing them a safe and secure environment where children can grow, explore and develop.

Staff at this nursery are stalwart with effective communication, showing patience, empathy and dedication. They put lots of effort in taking care of children which can be seen. As a parent I know my little one is in safe hands. My little ones enjoy going to nursery and it was surprising for me to see him settled in just a week of starting the nursery. All this is because of the dedication of the staff working at this nursery.

My little girl started in April 2026 and I was very nervous about her start as she was only 1 year old. She settled in so well and held her arms out for staff at drop off on the mornings! She has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery. The meals are varied and I would recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for a nursery for their little one. Messages are answered quickly on the App and staff are friendly and welcoming. Thankyou for helping settle my little one and supporting us x

She has now been at the nursery for a few months and we are still just as impressed as day one. She is so happy when she realizes where she is and all of the staff know her so well. Each day we are given a full run down of what she has been up to both via the app and from the staff on pick up. She has come on leaps and bounds with her eating and development. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the nursery setting is always clean and tidy. I highly recommend Kids Planet!

My middle child first attending this nursery around 2-3 years ago, and never had any issues the nursery picked up that he did need additional needs and are proved right as he now under the SEN at school, after having my 3rd son I knew I would be sending him back to kids planet all the girls are lovely great with my little one he loves it everyday and I never have to worry about his care. Would highly recommended if your looking for childcare for your little ones.

My daughter has absolutely thrived since joining this nursery she was always a little nervous and scared of things and wouldn't speak that much and ever since she has been there she is a completely different girl she is confident and not shy and will say her mind and her speach is incredible I can't praise up this nursery enough they also make parents feel so involved and we know our child is always safe she loves it here xx

First impressions go a long way with me, especially given the known situation I have been going through with my Daughters custody it was safe to say I had my concerns about her coming to nursery full stop. Emma and Hannah, out of all the nurseries I went to see (6 in total) instantly striked me as 'Real People'. They have been nothing but supportive towards myself and my little one from day dot and I couldn't be more thankful. They are both professional, yet friendly in their work ethic and this reflects in the other postive reviews left on this thread. All of the other staff throughout the nursery are always polite, informative, and friendly in their approach.

The nursery itself is well equipped, and rather than just being over run with generic 'toys', Kids Planet Waterfront shone above the alternate nurseries I considered due to the hands on approach they have with the kids If this be playing with paints, water, Drawing, Outdoor physical activities, or even in their nature zone. 5*

My son has been going to kids planet for 9 months now and he absolutely loves it. He always comes home happy and telling me and his dad about his day!

All teachers are fab and my son always has great things to say about them all.

My sons development has progressed a lot in the time he has been at the nursery.

Kids planet waterfront is amazing. All the staff are great and our children love going there. We have children in both babies and toddler rooms, our eldest has been going there since he was 5 months old and it's been lovely to see him grow and develop with the support of the key workers. The children do a range of activities and learning, and the meals are healthy and varied. Everyone is friendly and I am happy knowing my children are in safe hands. The all inclusive nature of kids planet means we also don't have to worry about sending in various items for the children, it is all catered for which is perfect.

The girls at kids planet are outstanding!!! Both my kids have been to this nursery and our experience has been second to none. My kids have been supported and nurtured to learn and achieve the most they can. They have developed lovely relationships with staff and children a like. Were going to miss you all so much.

My children love being with the staff and their friends. They come out from their day so happy and excited to tell me about everything they've done. Everyone is so kind and caring and really take the time to do things with the children.

The ladies are truly wonderful inside and out and go over and above to make sure my daughter is cared for and educated. My daughter's speech, writing, drawing, numbers and general confidence is advanced and that's thanks to this nursery. I can recommended them enough!!!

Both my daughter and son attend this nursery. The whole team at this nursery are fantastic, each and every single member of the team are so welcoming & lovely. My daughter has moved up from toddlers to preschool & has loved every second of it. Her development and confidence has improved so much since being here & is now ready for her big step into big school. My son is in the babies room & the care they provide for my little boy and all of the other babies is outstanding. I genuinely would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Everyone at Kids Planet are amazing. They treat our daughter with the best care, time, and attention. Everyone is so caring, nothing is too much trouble and we truly feel our daughter is safe and well looked after. They always put our daughter's needs first and we feel it is a truly wonderful nursery. The staff work so hard and are always smiling. Thank you for looking after our daughter so well.

Very pleased with the nursery, the staff are pleasant and patient. Happy with facilities. Good communication. The app is playing up at times.

Overall really happy experience!

The nursery are fantastic not just with me but with my daughter too. They always keep in touch and help with things when they can. The staff are all lovely. I couldn't fault the nursery, facilities, staff, or anything in that fact.

This is the first nursery I've used for my 10-month-old, and they've given me so much confidence in leaving my baby with them. They take amazing care of him and has made great relationships with the staff.
