Kids Planet Denbigh

A wonderful childcare setting where children are made to feel safe, happy and settled. My child has now been attending for over 8 months and has settled in brilliantly, which is a real credit to the lovely staff and the nurturing environment they provide. The staff are always welcoming, approachable and happy to listen to any worries or concerns, offering reassurance and support whenever needed. I have complete confidence that my child is happy and well looked after, kept busy with engaging activities and supported in her learning and development. It is clear that the team genuinely care about the children and are committed to helping them grow, learn and thrive. A fantastic setting that I would highly recommend to any parent looking for childcare where their child will be loved, supported and encouraged every step of the way.

All of the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Drop off and pick are easy. Messages are replied to quickly. Staff genuinely care for the children in their care. Craft is brought home regularly and the learning bags are a great idea!!!

Our 3 year old loves going to Kids Planet Denbigh! He gets really excited when we arrive and cannot wait to get inside to start his day. This is a credit to staff and the environment they have created for the children. He is always happy when we see him after too. The facilities are fantastic and the activities they do the children are amazing - always different and provide great stimulation. We have regular updates in the day if what our child is doing and eating, the food looks amazing and he never goes hungry! We have had no issues whatsoever with Kids Planet Denbigh and all that they do for our child. Thank you

The staff are fantastic with him. They know his little likes and dislikes, understand his individual needs and are so attentive. It's reassuring knowing he is so well cared for, and the fact he absolutely LOVES going in every morning says it all!

I love seeing the daily updates and finding out what he's been up to. The variety of activities is brilliant - just this week he's been crafting, making crumble and ice cream, and even going on a Gruffalo hunt.

I especially love the outdoor education and how every day brings something different, giving the children so many opportunities to explore, learn and have fun.

Every child is treated as an individual, and the thought and effort that goes into their care and activities really shines through.

We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery. Thank you to everyone!!

I was very worried to send my little one to nursery as they have always been with me but I couldn't have had a better experience of the big milestone we was taking together. She always comes out with a smile on her face and is always excited to go in. She has become so gentle with her younger brother at home also which is a bonus.

My partner and I can't speak highly enough of Kids Planet in Denbigh. Our daughter has settled in so well there; she absolutely loves it. The staff in the Baby room are so welcoming and you can tell that there is genuine affection and care for the children. All staff, even those that aren't directly caring for our daughter, make an effort to say hello to us and our daughter, giving it a really lovely community feel. Communication from staff and managers is excellent and very professional. Throughout the experience we have felt that the safety and wellbeing of the children is paramount to staff but we are also impressed by the dedication to our daughter's social and emotional development and exposure to different experiences. The nursery is on the higher end when it comes to fees but it is absolutely worth it for the level of service that is provided.

Our daughter started at the nursery in July 2026, when she was just eight months old. From the very beginning, I felt completely reassured that she was in safe and caring hands. The staff in the baby room made her feel so welcome, and she is happy at every drop-off and still grinning when I collect her at the end of the day.

The staff are incredibly warm and attentive. They always make time to chat and tell us about her day, alongside the regular updates on the app. It is clear they take a genuine interest in every child and celebrate each little milestone with us.

I can't thank them enough for the loving and nurturing environment they create. They even made a birthday card for my eldest son from his baby sister - such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant so much to us.

We couldn't be happier with the care she receives and are so grateful to the whole team.

Wow where to start, kids planet denbigh are truly amazing my son has additional learning needs and all of the staff here have gone above and beyond to support him, they have also built a great relationship with them all and they are all very supportive and always work with us on how best to support my child. I cannot recommend them enough and urge people to use this place for child care as trust me they dont only support my child but also support us as a family

All the staff are very pleasant and any issues have been resolved and management are always happy to talk.

Brilliant nursery! My little girl goes once a day and loves it. Staff are very friendly and always do crafts and tasks with the children. Uploads pics and updates on the app which is lovely to see while I'm at work! Definitely recommend

My son has attended this nursery for roughly 22 months, he thoroughly enjoys going and has come on leaps and bounds. They are very imaginative and creative for the children and do something different everyday. He has built a good relationship with the staff and also the children too. I am so glad I chose this setting for my boy. All staff and management are helpful and approachable.

We are really happy with our choice to use Kids Planet Denbigh. The staff are fantastic, really professional and supportive of my child's development. We always find the staff to be very engaging with the children and super friendly. The setting is very welcoming and extremely well resourced. The outside areas and impressive and really support creativity and independence. My 3 year old is always happy to attend and is offered a wide variety of activities as well as lots of free play. We always recommend Kids Planet to other families in the local area.

Kids Planet Denbigh has been fantastic for my son who started at 9 months old, he is now 3 and you can see how nursery has shaped who he is. He is kind, smart, excellent with others and loves to learn. The staff have always been so kind, caring and professional. This is an absolutely amazing nursery, I was very anxious returning to work from maternity leave but Kids Planet Denbigh have taken away all of these anxieties! My little one loves going to nursery and that is thanks to the amazing staff! They have made us feel so welcome, all the staff always greet us, they keep me updated about everything that has happened throughout the day from feeding, activities, my child's feelings and nappy changes. I also love the app so I can see what my baby has been up to during the day on my breaks from work which is so nice to see my baby always having a lovely day. I can talk to our key worker and management about anything they are very open and approachable. I couldn't have picked a better nursery and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Kids Planet Denbigh for making my little ones experience so brilliant!
