Kids Planet West End

Lovely nursery and wonderful staff, they really do care about the children like their own. The choice of toys, education and outings are wonderful for my son, he eats well balanced meals and is always happy when we pick him up. We feel reassured he is good hands and the staff have always been so helpful to us when we have questions. Flexibility has been great for our working patterns and they always go up and above to assist you when needed.

My daughter loves attending nursery here. She always walks in excited to see everyone. I love that there is lots of outdoor learning. No where else have I seen a nursery that toasts marshmallows over a fire or uses saws. Teaching the kids skills in a safe environment! Theres no other nursery like this. My daughter will be sad to leave when she starts full time school next year. She will especially miss the gorgeous hair she comes home with =)

Overall, bringing her into nursery is a great experience, she genuinely looks forward to going, which says a lot, especially as she is naturally a quite clingy baby. I would highly recommend the nursery to any parent.

My child is thriving at Kids planet West End! We feel the children are so safe, nurtured and well cared for. From the moment we had our show around we have been impressed with everything. The staff & management team are supportive , kind and helpful. The environment is modern, always clean and welcoming. We find it comforting to receive updates throughout the day on the app and whenever we pick up we can see that the children are being engaged in structured and fun activities. The nursery follows a teaching method is a child-centered educational approach and also promotes outdoor education Scandinavian educational concept. The menu choices are fantastic & nutritious and the children's nappies are changed regularly. We recommend this nursery to anyone who asks!

This day nursery has been perfect so far for my little one, he's loved his first week and even gets excited when i say do you want to go to nursery. All the staff are so helpful with everything. Great place to introduce your little ones to new things and meet new people.

My boys love going to west end. I can't praise the staff enough they are so amazing with the kids. My boys always have the best day there and I feel confident in the team that my boys are safe and happy. Thank you for all your hard work.

My daughter loves going to her nursery she has lots of friends and thinks very highly on her aunties. She loves the day trips that they go on too. The staff are really good with her and super helpful for us when needed.

I feel the staff genuinely care for the children and always keep us updated through the parents app how there day goes, the activity they do and the meals they eat. My little boy has come along way since starting and his confidence has grown massively. He really does enjoy attending nursery. Thank you so much to all the staff for all you do! My 3 year old daughter is learning and experiencing so much at Kids Planet West End. She's not only being looked after by the caring and attentive staff but she is developing early years skills in preparation for school. The nursery follows an outdoor based curriculum which allows my daughter to take some measured risk and grow her confidence. I also love the Montessori style of the indoor environment and how the staff promote her independence at every opportunity. Not to mention the trips they take into the local area! I am confident there is no better setting for my daughter and our family.

My daughter absolutely loves Kids Planet West End - she skips in every morning! The range of enriching activities they offer goes far beyond anything I could organise at home. One of the things I love most is how much time the children spend outdoors during the warmer months. She's also enjoyed trips to the beach, the park, a local nursing home, and even had the incredible experience of seeing a member of the royal family during his visit!

As an only child, being around other children has been amazing for her social development. The nursery also help by dropping her off and picking her up from her primary school's nursery class, which has made my life as a working mum so much easier.

Every member of staff is friendly, supportive and genuinely caring. Molly, the manager, is really accommodating and approachable, and parents get daily updates on what the kids have been up to via the app. I have already recommended the nursery to my friends, and will continue to do so!

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. From the very first visit, it felt like such a warm, welcoming place where children can truly thrive. The atmosphere is always cheerful and calm, and you can tell the children feel safe and comfortable as soon as you walk through the door.

A brilliant nursery with strong leadership and dedicated staff throughout all rooms. The activities are fantastic and our child especially loves the outdoor adventures! My child eats all meals provided and finds them very delicious, would recommend to any parent.

A wonderful nursery with great management and really nurturing staff. The activities are engaging and they spend lots of time outside, which our child absolutely loves. From the moment you walk through the doors, there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts both parents and children at ease. The team clearly takes the time to get to know each child as an individual, supporting their confidence, independence, and development in a thoughtful and caring way.

The Aunties have shown happiness, kindness and understanding towards my child. I trust he is in good hands and feel comfortable to leave him even when he's upset to be dropped off at nursery, he always has a good experience and is smiling by the time I collect him.

My little one settled so quickly as the staff were just amazing with him - you can tell every single member of the team cares so much about every child. Lovely outdoor space too!

The nursery is clean, bright, and filled with engaging activities and encourage creativity and learning communication with parents is excellent, we always feel involved and informed. My daughter aged 2 started at nursery in October and the staff have been so amazing at supporting her and me to settle in! She had a few emotional weeks but each day the staff had her happy and engaged in play within minutes of me leaving. Aunty Emily and Aunty Sarah especially have given my daughter so much care and loving attention. All the staff have been so kind and made her nursery mornings fun. My daughter is now skipping into nursery and wants to stay when I pick her up! A total success!

My little one started in March 2025 when he was 15months old, he took around 5/6 weeks to settle fully as it wasn't used to that environment, he absolutely loves it. The staff are always lovely, keep you up to date on the app with nappy changes, food, naps & activities. I highly recommend this nursery to others.

My baby has been coming here since he was 6 months old - he's now 18 months, and he absolutely loves it! The girls are all so friendly, and he definitely has his favourites who look after him

The staff are always planning fun, engaging activities for the babies, and they often take them outdoors for walks, which my little one really enjoys. He also loves playing in the garden - it's one of his favourite things to do!

We're truly grateful to the team for the love and dedication they show every day. It's such a relief to know our child is happy.
