Kids Planet Austhorpe

Kids Planet Austhorpe, is a wonderful nursery. They go above and beyond for my son. He has been attending for 3 years since he was a baby and whilst there it was picked up that he has autism. The nursery staff have been fantastic with my son and understanding his needs. He is so happy to go to nursery and has such a lovely bond with all the staff that interact with him. The management staff (Shauna and Dom) have been really helpful with any queries and advice needed navigating the SEN system. The SEN staff (Vicki, Georgia and Amy) have really helped my son develop his skills and thrive in a happy and safe environment. I would recommend this nursery to anyone who wants to feel confident when leaving their child for the day, knowing they are well cared for and have an absolutely brilliant time.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, they seem to really love their job and that makes a difference when you are trusting them with your child. He seems to really enjoy going to the nursery and always happy and well fed when I come to pick him up. They have lots of activities to keep the children occupied throughout the day and have outside play whatever the weather which is important to us.

We've been really happy with the nursery since my little boy started aged 2. He loves coming in and has come on so much since starting over a year ago. It's been lovely to see how much he's grown in confidence and developed, and the staff are absolutely brilliant with him. They're always so friendly, caring and supportive, which makes us feel happy and reassured leaving him in their care. We're really grateful for everything they do and couldn't be happier with the progress he's made!

Kids Planet Austhorpe is an excellent nursery and both ourselves and our daughter love it. The staff are fantastic and have been in every room from babies up to pre-school. The activities provided are diverse and highly engaging, and we love the updates that are sent regularly via the app. If there is any room for improvement it would be the food variety as the menu can sometimes feel a bit repetitive with a lot of pasta dishes. However, this is a minor detail compared to the outstanding care, brilliant staff and fantastic environment! We would recommend this nursery to any family!

We have had nothing but a positive experience with Kids Planet Austhorpe. The staff are absolutely amazing, so caring, friendly and supportive. The management team (Shauna and Dom) are also fantastic and really make a difference. They are approachable and clearly committed to creating a happy environment for both the children and parents. It's clear how much all the staff genuinely care about the children, and we always feel confident knowing our daughter is in such wonderful hands. We couldn't be happier with the care and support she receives and we have recommended it to so many of our friends.

Both of my daughters have attended, and my eldest recently made the transition to primary school. The time, thought, and dedicated care the staff put into preparing her were absolutely essential to her having such an extraordinarily positive start to school. Meanwhile, my youngest daughter is absolutely thriving here, and the team never fails to keep me updated on her progress and daily wins. The staff at Austhorpe are hands down some of the most amazing people I have ever met. The setting feels so far beyond just a business-it gives you complete reassurance that caring for your children is never just a transaction to them. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they have personally helped me through some challenging times and made everything feel so manageable. I cannot thank the entire team enough for everything they do. You really are our village

My daughter attends the nursery full time and truly enjoys every moment. The staff are incredibly welcoming, and the new manager is approachable, making it easy to discuss any concerns. The team in the tots room always greets her warmly, and she happily goes to them. They keep us regularly updated through the app and provide detailed, personalised feedback during pickup. My little girl loves her nursery experience and has learned so much here. I wouldn't choose any other place to support her growth and development!

We couldn't be happier with the nursery and the care our daughter has received since joining. All of the staff are so friendly, welcoming and approachable, and they always make us feel completely at ease. The development we have seen since joining has been incredible. She has grown so much in confidence, independence and her overall development, and it's clear how much effort the staff put into helping each child learn and thrive. One of the things we love most is how personal the care feels. They genuinely make you feel like your child is the only one they are looking after, and we always feel that our child is known, cared for and valued as an individual. Overall, we feel so reassured knowing our daughter is in such a caring and nurturing environment. We're incredibly happy with the nursery and would definitely recommend it to other parents.

My children have grown into thoughtful & caring little people while under the care of kids planet Austhorpe. My daughter went to school this year but still has a great relationship with the staff as we come to pick up my youngest. The management have done a lot to support my family during difficult times and always made space when they could for extra sessions as and when needed.

I couldn't be happier with the nursery and have recommended it to numerous friends who have all enrolled their children. The nursery gives you a warm feeling as a parent and you know that your child is happy and safe there whilst you are at work and that was the most important thing for us when finding a nursery.

All of the staff are lovely, friendly and caring. It's clear that they have a genuine interest in the children and really get to know them as individuals. We feel very comfortable leaving our son in their care and would happily recommend the nursery to other parents.

I honestly don't think I could put into words how grateful we are to everyone at Kids Planet Austhorpe particularly the ladies working in rising 3s and Shauna! Since starting he has absolutely THRIVED He has made amazing new friends grown even more in confidence & comes home so happy full of stories about his day. It genuinely feels like he has found his little community.The love and care the staff show him is so special. You can see that they genuinely adore him & as a parent, knowing your child is somewhere they are truly loved is priceless. They have also supported him brilliantly with potty training, showing so much patience, encouragement & kindness. It has been such a huge milestone for him and we are so grateful for their support. You may see it as your job but to us you are a huge part of Tayo's childhood. You are helping shape his confidence, independence, friendships and memories. Thank you for loving our little boy, believing in him and giving him such a happy place to grow!

My son attends Austhorpe kids planet two days a week and since joining rising 3's, he looks forward to going and throughout enjoys his time spent there. The staff are always friendly and approachable. Would recommend this lovely nursery to other parents.

Fantastic nursery. We feel so lucky our daughter got a place here and are excited for our son to join the nursery family in February. Staff are professional and friendly. They know their children well and are excited, alongside the children, when informing us about the fun they have had during the day! The management team are amazing and are completely on top of everything they need to be!

My son has attended Austhorpe Kids Planet for just over a year and started when he was 1. The nursery is quite simply amazing! The staff care for my son so well and build relationships. They communicate really well with us as parents about his day. My son has been in the babies room, tots and now toddlers and all 3 have been fan! His speech, manners, confidence etc has all been shaped massively by him attending. They encourage his independence loads. It was a scary thing for me to leave my son after being off with him on maternity leave but the staff here made the transition so smooth. My son shouts bye mummy with a big smile on his face each morning and then tells me all the fun things he's done when I collect him at the end of the day.

It's friendly and child centric and I am so happy we chose to send our son here. I highly recommend!

My little girl has recently started at Kids Planet Austhorpe, she has come on so much in a short space of time, the staff are so welcoming and friendly and you feel reassured when you drop them off that they are in safe hands.

I am so pleased we choose Austhorpe for my little boys nursery. Settled in brilliantly in January and had made so much progress. He gets so excited in a morning when we arrive and it settles me knowing he is happy and enjoys he his days. The staff are fantastic.

Lovely nursery and friendly, competent staff! Our daughter has just started at Kids Planet, Austhorpe and we couldn't be happier with our journey so far; from initially viewing the nursery nearly 18 months ago to revisiting more recently for her settling in sessions and starting her full days over the last week, the staff have made the transition as seamless as possible for us so far. There has always been someone on hand to answer any questions we have had, which hugely reassures us we have made a great choice. Our daughters key workers are brilliant and are quickly getting to know her, showing the care, time and attention spent with each child. Really happy with our nursery journey so far and can't wait to see how she grows and develops!

My daughter has recently started attending the nursery and I am pleased with how she has settled. I feel this is due to warm and friendly staff. My daughter seems happy to talk to the staff about worries. She seems to have had fun when I collect her and tells me about what she has learnt. I was impressed to hear that they had a visitor to the nursery to teach her about African culture.
