Kids Planet Woodlands in Rochdale provides a caring, stimulating environment for children

Situated in the Children’s centre and part of Woodland’s Community School, the nursery fosters confidence, independence, kindness amongst children and boosts their social skills and physical development.   

Children are independent and eager to learn. They serve their own meals, help to clear plates and wash their hands and faces.

The layout of the nursery allows children to self-select resources and direct their own play.

Children's physical skills are well promoted in the outdoor area and they have lots of opportunities to run, climb, and exercise while having lots of fun.

Amazing nursery. Very good work with my Isaac. Kind staff and my son has learnt a lot. Thank you so much. I think with his education element too they have been amazing. He's picked up on loads. He knows shapes colours, numbers ! He can identify objects and things! Absolutely amazing. Staff kind as anything

As always my daughters nursery exceed all expectations. They're caring and compassionate about each individual child and their needs. Provide fun and engaging activities to support their development and most importantly my daughter always comes home happy. The staff are always professional whilst also
giving a personal experience. My child always eats what she's given and expresses that she enjoys the food and the management are always fantastic at handling any issues promptly.

My son is always happy and has fun at nursery. He loves the staff and all the different activities they do on the different days. My son has made good freinds at nursery which has been facilitated by the nursery so again we are happy for that.

Lovely nursery with a welcoming setting. Staff are always happy and act on any concerns you may have.
My child is happy to come to nursery and has thrived in the setting since being here.

Both my daughters have attended Woodlands, my youngest is nearly 3 and loves coming here. The aunties are attentive and friendly. My daughter is a keen learner and she is showing great growth in all aspects of learning. Thank you Woodlands.

Both my children have attended the nursery over the course of the past 6 years. All of the staff members are excellent with the children and really support their ongoing development. I would highly recommend the nursery.

My little girl loves coming to Kids Planet Woodlands! All the staff are extremely welcoming, her key worker is she is brilliant with her and a key role in her development. The Deputy Manager is also brilliant and she loves seeing her every time she comes in!

I am extremely pleased with the care my son receives at Kids Planet Woodlands. The staff's dedication to the children's development is outstanding. In just six months my son has made incredible progress in his social, cognitive, and emotional skills. The daycare provides a safe, nurturing environment
that encourages learning and exploration. The staff are kind, supportive and always willing to help, including organising extra activities for parents, which I find incredibly valuable. I highly recommend Kids Planet Woodlands to any parent looking for a pace where their child will thrive and feel cared for.
