My overall experience at Kids Planet Eccles as a parent has been very welcoming, the manager has done so much to help me out with the funding form, settling in forms and making sure my child has a very good experience within her time at nursery. The staff in the baby room, have made sure my child has settled into nursery so they are also updating the app. They provide a different range of activities through the day to help support my child development. My child absolutely loves coming to nursery!

My daughter has been coming for a long time now and she really has come on since starting. She loves going to nursery and the staff are always so kind and caring. I get daily updates through the app about what she has been up to with lovely pictures.

My little girl has been coming here since she just turned one (now 3) and the team have just got better and better! Their outdoor space is fantastic now that they have their forestry leads and I love seeing all the brilliant activities she gets up to. She's even been on a day trip to the garden centre and a walk in the woods next door and had a visit from the Police and sat in the back of the police van! The team really care about all the children and helped us feel so comfortable having her there as you can tell she loves it and is well looked after. They mix the children from different classes together a lot which I think is great for their development but then also do tailored activities for their age range! I would recommend this nursery to anyone!

The team are incredibly kind and supportive - nothing is ever too much trouble. They take the time to truly understand each child, offering encouragement, comfort and guidance in all the right moments. Their nurturing approach has helped our child grow in confidence, independence and happiness. Management are equally fantastic. They are approachable, organised and genuinely invested in creating the best possible environment for families. Communication is always clear and helpful, and any questions or requests are handled quickly and thoughtfully. Overall, this nursery is a wonderful place where children thrive, staff shine, and families feel supported.

My child loves going to nursery the staff are very polite and helpful at all times, facilities and care have always been on point. I feel management is doing a great job and would be happy to recommend going to this nursery

My grandson has spend the last two years at Kids Planet and I cannot recommend this particular nursery enough. The support, teaching and encouragement have been excellent. He is autistic and was practically non verbal but has flourished so much. All the staff are a credit to the organisation and we have felt that the care he received was outstanding. We all felt very secure leaving him in their care.

My daughter joined Kids Planet Chorley this September and our experience has been nothing short of amazing! The Tots room team has been extremely supportive and caring to the needs of my daughter as well as very accommodating to our requests. Thank you very much to the team..

We are now in Baby Room 2 and the transition has been incredibly smooth. We have been welcomed by a fantastic team who provide so many stimulating activities. The daily handovers are also excellent, with plenty of information shared about our child.

We will always look back on our nursery journey with fond memories thanks to the amazing team.

Our daughter started at the nursery in July 2026, when she was just eight months old. From the very beginning, I felt completely reassured that she was in safe and caring hands. The staff in the baby room made her feel so welcome, and she is happy at every drop-off and still grinning when I collect her at the end of the day.

The staff are incredibly warm and attentive. They always make time to chat and tell us about her day, alongside the regular updates on the app. It is clear they take a genuine interest in every child and celebrate each little milestone with us.

I can't thank them enough for the loving and nurturing environment they create. They even made a birthday card for my eldest son from his baby sister - such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant so much to us.

We have been delighted with our child's experience at Kids Planet Warwick over the past two years. The relationships they have built with the staff have been so important and it is clear how genuinely caring, nurturing and supportive the whole team is. From the very first day, we have also felt warmly welcomed as parents, and we as well as our child has been greeted with such friendliness and care each morning. The staff know the children so well and create an environment where they feel safe, valued and happy to be themselves. One thing that has particularly stood out to us is how thoughtfully the team welcomes the children back after holidays. Returning to nursery after a break can sometimes be difficult, particularly after a longer holiday, but the staff are so understanding and reassuring. They make such an effort to reconnect with the children and help them settle back into their routine with warmth and patience. We can't recommend the team highly enough.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Kids planet Gables. The staff have been absolutely amazing from the very beginning, showing so much patience, care and understanding while helping our daughter settle in.

Their persistence and hard work have really stood out to us. Even when settling in was difficult, they never gave up and continued trying different ways to help her feel safe, comfortable and happy. It is clear that they genuinely care about every child and take the time to understand their individual needs.

We have been really happy with this nursery the care our child receives is amazing. I honestly cannot recommend this nursery enough! From the moment my child started, I have felt completely welcomed, supported and reassured. The staff are absolutely beautiful and genuinely care about every child. You can see how much time, effort and love they put into creating a happy, safe and nurturing environment. The children settle incredibly well, and it is clear that the staff take the time to build strong, trusting relationships with each individual child. There are so many positive learning opportunities throughout the day, and I have seen such an incredible impact on my child's learning, development and confidence. What means the most to me as a parent is knowing that I can trust the people caring for my niece. I feel completely comfortable and confident leaving my child at the nursery, knowing they are safe, happy, cared for and being encouraged to learn and explore every day. I couldn't be happier with the setting or the wonderful staff.

An absolutely lovely Nursery! All of the staff unit are constantly positive from the start to the end of the day - even when our child is feeling under the weather or tired, they try so hard to make her day as enjoyable as possible. Her face lights up with a smile when we mention the names of any of the staff who support her during her day. We have always found communication to be excellent, whether it be updates on what the classes are learning and experiencing in a day, or procedural elements such as important updates around pick-ups and drop-offs, or ways they are improving their safeguarding.

Our experience has been truly wonderful from day one. All staff have shown so much love and care to our daughter and she loves her time spent at nursery. We think Kids Planet is amazing, super professional and the staff are just fantastic!
