There always doing something different everyday. The meals that my son have seem great and ive found out other foods that he likes.

My daughter has been coming to the nursery since around April 2025. We we're very nervous about sending her as she has a significant speech delay but we honestly had nothing to worry about. All the staff has been amazing with her!! They are all so patient and understanding and make sure she gets included even though she struggles due to her delay!

She's always so happy when she goes; she even pushes me out the door to leave her there! Then there's always updates on the famly app where they send photos and update on her day!

I honestly can't praise this nursery and the staff enough, they have made what could be a very difficult time for us so easy! Thank you for everything you do!

Took a while for us to choose the right nursery for our little girl. We checked lots of venues out and as soon as we entered kids planet we knew it was the right one. Our little girl has made incredible progress and has learnt so much in her time at nursery. The staff are super friendly and super helpful and the place itself is spotlessly clean. They get a good well balanced meal and often do lots of crafting and learning. My little girl looks forward to going to nursery each day.

I've had both of my children attend this nursery, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff are so caring, friendly, and always full of cheer - it really makes such a difference knowing your little ones are in such warm hands. The facilities are brilliant too, far better than any of the other nurseries I looked at when deciding where to send my first child. I'd highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and happy environment.

The staff at Kids Planet Llandudno are kind, welcoming and very helpful in my child's development. Our children have been attending this nursery for the last few years and the staff are very supportive and patient. They always make sure they are happy and have a fun time. The communication with myself is excellent and we always feel informed of incidents, progressions and fun experiences. Would definitely recommend.

We as parents can not fault this nursery and all the staff. Always have a warm and friendly greeting and we feel safe to leave our little boy in the best hands. Our little boy always has the best time here even when he has days when he isn't really feeling it, he comes out having enjoyed himself. He always looks engaged and happy in photos of him learning new skills and playing.

My daughter absolutely loves nursery, she has been going for 3 years and still goes in as happy as her first day. All the aunties are brilliant and I can see my daughter has a great relationship with every one of them (as well as uncle Allan) .Couldn't fault kids planet, and would 100% recommend.

My son didn't like attending the nursery at the start as he's always used to being with family and only attends one day a week so not enough for him to get used to but once he had settled he had a great day. Now when I take him he doesn't cry he thoroughly enjoys going. The girls are amazing and so loving and caring for him. I can go to work feeling relaxed knowing he's being cared for properly which is a huge thing leaving a young child under someone else's care. Can't thank them enough for all they do. So thank you all and keep up the good work the kids there are lucky to have you all, it's like a home from home atmosphere and nothing is too much. Thank you

My son used to go to this nursery and now my daughter goes there. The staff are lovely and very welcoming towards myself and my daughter. The minute you walk through the door it's just a lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Great nursery and the staff. If I have any worries I know I can talk to them and have support. My son loves going to nursery and seeing all his friends. The outdoor play is amazing. My son loves the pirate ship. I couldn't recommend a better nursery.

My daughter has been here for the last 3 and a half years. She absolutely loves it. The staff have always gone above and beyond to provide the best care for her. Since being here she has gone from strength to strength. She has come on so much in her development and communication skills. She loves the craft activities she is involved in daily and the outdoor area. The atmosphere when I'm there is always a positive one with all the children happy, smiling and playing. The communication between myself and staff is excellent, with handovers daily. The building itself is lovely, clean and always decorated with children's work, photos, and themed decorations. The online portal is great and regularly updated with photos that I really enjoy looking through. I'd like to thank everyone who has been involved in caring for my daughter and helping me bring up a confident, independent, caring and happy little girl. She was well equipped to face going to school because of her experiences here.

The most amazing childcare setting. Every single person that works there is not only amazing with my boys but amazing with me! Recently moved my eldest to preschool as I have received such excellent care with my baby. My youngest has been there since December 2023 and is such a happy joyful soul! After another setting said he was demanding. I was so worried about taking him anywhere else. He loves the staff at Springfield. Kis key worker has been incredible! She has been his key worker and provided so much support since day 1. She has always made me feel like my little boy is thought of so highly at nursery! She gave me so much reassurance when he started. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He is such a joy and coming on so much. 100% Springfield have played a huge role in this. He had amazing support to settle and thrive. The manager has been amazing with me, gives me so much advice and she made me instantly relaxed from the show around. I am so so relieved that we found you!

My son has been going to this nursery for almost 2 years and we have never had a bad word to say about their services. The staff are welcoming, warm and always happy to help. They are very accommodating and made the initial settling in process a lot less stressful.

Brilliant helpful staff. My child loves going in the morning plus they come home very tired after all the activities they get up to during the day and with a full tummy. They have come along so much in development since being part of the nursery.

Our little boy has been going to nursery here for just under two years. He always comes home happy. The aunties make us feel welcome when we arrive, greet our boy by name and take time to talk. Care feels personalised. The online diary/journal is brilliant and again, is tailored - we love the little notes. Our boy is usually enjoying an activity; the photos sent are lovely to see. Food is freshly prepared. Our little boy has made friends and his development has come on very well. The two managers who run the setting are excellent. They are warm, professional and approachable and couldn't be more helpful.

This facility is incredible! My son (3 years old) attends this nursery after having a negative experience at a previous nursery and the difference in him is night and day. His key worker is absolutely fantastic, constantly goes out of her way for him, understanding him and how to react to him. It's very clear that not every child is treated the same but in the best possible way. All the staff here make so much effort to learn each child's individual personality, how best to engage with them and the best way to reward them. The nursery provides different experiences daily, with lots of free play, outside time and creative outlets. My son has never been happier or more confident in expressing himself and has such a safe environment to do so without fear of judgement or harsh discipline. As a parent, I've never felt as comfortable knowing that his needs are being met and fulfilled. The management here are fantastic, helpful and are so open to engaging with parents to do whatever they can to help.
