Kids Planet Conwy

Lovely nursery for which we have been part of the family for 3 years. Caring staff who go above and beyond to create fun learning activities for the children. Great facilities inside and outside and they always seem to be trying to improve their nursery environment. It's lovely getting regular updates and pictures about what the children have been up to in their day. The children always seem to enjoy the food -often asking for seconds.

Her development has come in leaps and bounds since she's started nursery and I can't thank everyone enough for that, so thank you for making my little girls days the very best! X

My granddaughter has attended Kids planet since she was 9 months old so mum could return to work. I must admit I was sceptical about sending her to any nursery as she was so little, but I have to admit it has done her a world of good and is thriving. She is now 17 months and has learnt so much. The staff are experienced and supportive and my granddaughter has such a good bond with certain ones but all are really lovely.

The staff are always calm and kind. It is clear that they prioritise the children's learning and are passionate about facilitating variable activities every week. I am always confident that he is safe and secure at the nursery.

They have been flexible with us and always informed us of anything that is going on with my little boy. They are observant, fun & caring. The facilities are great and we are so happy that we have been able to find such a great place & people for my son to spend time with. Thank you!

Both my eldest and my youngest have attended nursery here, although my eldest is now in high school my youngest is still so excited when it's a nursery day! He idolises the managers who work there and the staff and they treat him like their own. I don't have anything but praise for the staff and managers! They welcome him with open arms and I don't ever have to wonder if he's ok as I know that being in nursery is a home away from home to him.

I couldn't be happier with kids planet in Conwy. The staff and management are always so friendly and welcoming, and it's clear they genuinely care about the children. They know both of my children so well, which makes such a difference, it really feels like a home away from home.

Communication is always excellent; I'm kept informed and involved, and I always feel confident my children are in great hands. They come home happy, healthy, and full of stories about their day, which gives me such peace of mind. I'm so grateful for everything the team does, I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I can't thank the amazing staff at Kids Planet they have been fantastic with my daughter. She started attending at 10 months and is now 3, her development has come on leaps and bounds in Kids Planet. I can go to work with complete peace of mind that she is happy, well cared for and stimulated all day.

I've had two children attend this nursery and both have loved / are loving their experience. The staff are fantastic, they put so much thought in to their activities and the rooms are always decorated beautifully with great resources. Correspondence is always excellent and the school bus system is convenient and reliable. I have no hesitation to recommend this nursery.

Staff are lovely and very helpful. Always have the children's best interests in mind. There is a wide range of activities for the kids and loads of outdoor time. Very happy with the quality of this daycare

I couldn't be happier with our son's experience at this nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and always full of energy. It's clear they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in how happy and settled the children are.

Our little one has made amazing progress with his confidence, communication, and social skills since starting here. He always comes home with a smile on his face and something new to share. The activities are so thoughtful and varied, and it's lovely to see how much care goes into planning a fun, safe, and stimulating environment. They really encourage outdoor play and positive routines.

I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery it gives real peace of mind knowing he's in such good hands. Highly recommend.

My son started Springfield's in Conwy back in August 2024. He has settled so well and this is all thanks to the fantastic staff that has looked after him. They are brilliant with all the children and I'm delighted that I chose Springfield's as his nursery. Well done to all!

Kids Planet Conwy has just been fantastic for my little boy. I was so worried about having to put him in Nursery, but I shouldn't have been as the care & love he has had here have been second to none. He was very unsure to start with & would initially cry being left, but now goes in with open arms & usually a smile for the Aunties. This is a real credit to them, it is the work they have done with him to make him feel happy & safe there. The Aunties are pure gold, no question is ever a problem, they explain everything & share any concern. They get to know your child & that really does make all the difference. I can't thank them enough, they have made the heartwrenching task of having to leave him whilst I work so much easier knowing he is happy. He eats so well when he is there & they have been great with his dietary requirement! He loves getting fully involved in all the activities. Plus the photos (which are just the best) & updates during the day let me know how he is getting on too.

My daughter first started this nursery back in 2016 they are all lovely staff and a brilliant nursery, feel very comfortable sending my two other babies here now, and I recommend this nursery to everyone.

Springfield/Kids Planet is a great daycare for our little one, who has been going since he was 10 months old and is nearly 2! We are always greeted enthusiastically which makes him excited for the day ahead (on the odd day when he is sad I know the Aunties will always try to make him feel better when I have to leave him for work). I believe he is safe and as parents, we are comfortable in the knowledge that he is well cared for, as if they're a big happy family. We enjoy the updates they add onto the app which includes a care diary where they add meal times (a good variety of food too) and when they have changed his nappies, and there are many activities with photographs which show him enjoying his time at nursery with his aunties and friends. Wholly recommend this nursery, everyone is wonderful; Managers and Staff are all very lovely and friendly and they genuinely have the best interests of the children at heart. Thank you Springfield/Kids Planet!

My son loves going to nursary. All the staff are polite and pleasant. I am kept informed of my son's daily activities and behaviours. All daily care is documented. I am extremely happy with the care my son receives.

I would highly recommend it.
