I honestly can not praise the staff at kids planet Conwy, my daughter has just started at the nursery and they have been so welcoming and helpful all questions I had were answered before I could even ask them! The outdoor facilities they have are next level. Highly recommend they really do treat you like family

Our daughter has attended Kids Planet Conwy for the last 15 months and has really thrived in the kind and welcoming environment the staff create there. They cannot do enough and are there for the parents as well as the children. We are so happy we chose Kids Planet Conwy!

have made the whole process so much easier. I especially love that they keep me updated throughout the day with pictures of the activities she's been enjoying. It's so lovely to see her having fun and settling in while I'm away. The outdoor play area is amazing and she absolutely loves spending time out there. She has settled in so well, she happily goes to the staff at drop-off, which is such a relief, and quite often wants to stay and play when I go collect her. A huge thank you to all the staff at kids planet for making her first few weeks so positive and enjoyable. We're so happy we chose Kids Planet Conwy!

Kids Planet Conwy is such a lovely nursery, all the staff are brilliant and so friendly. My little girl is very happy in the baby room. The nursery has excellent facilities and a big focus on outdoor play. I know my baby is well looked after!

My daughter has been attending nursery for just under 2 years now and has always been happy and well cared for there. The staff are all lovely, nothing is too much trouble and my daughter is always welcomed with smiles and cuddle from the aunties. It's very reassuring knowing that she's always in safe hands and that her days are still full of fun when I'm working.

My son has been in the Conwy Kids Planet since 11 months old and it's been incredible to see how far he's come with his development. You can tell how much he loves the staff and the activities and we love receiving photos of him having fun. Always very easy to speak to staff about anything and I know he is being well looked after. We will be sad when the day comes for him to move on to school!

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Our son has had a wonderful time there from day 1. The staff are so accommodating, they truly do make it a home away from home and our son is genuinely so excited to go and see his Aunties! The nursery unhold the values of fun, creativity and outdoor play as well as ensuring our son meets his educational markers and is fed well balanced meals. We love that he is outside in all weather throughout the day, engages in messy play and just has an absolute blast. We trust the staff to look after and care for him and we are so grateful to have this incredible place on our doorstep!

Both my children have attended this nursery. They have both absolutely loved coming here and are always so content on drop off and pick up. All the staff are so professional and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. The app is always kept up to date so I can see what they have been up to along with food and nap times. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Both my daughters have attended this nursery with my youngest currently in baby room and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The aunties are amazing, caring, attentive and genuinely interested in each child's wellbeing and development. She settled really well and goes in with a smile and is always happy at pick up which speaks volumes of the environment the staff create. We love hearing about the variety of activities even the young ones get involved in especially appreciating the amount of time they spend outdoors exploring. We would highly recommend this nursery to any parent

Lovely team who are kind, supportive and patient with the children. Kids Planet Conwy creates a safe nurturing environment for the children to learn and play within. The nursery has adopted a Udeskole with outdoor learning which our children have loved. The Aunties are very supportive and patient with potty training. Both children have enjoyed a variety of foods within nursery.

I cannot recommend Kids Planet Conwy enough. Always so welcoming, supportive & friendly. It really does feel like such a beautiful family unit that we send both our children too. The Aunties go above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much or too little for them. I love how the children get to learn through so many different ways of play. And every week after their time in nursery their confidence shines through at home.

My youngest child started in the Baby Room in October 2025 at the age of 1. She settled in quickly with the help of her Aunties. She is my 3rd child to attend this nursery. The staff were so understanding letting her siblings come to visit her when they returned from school. The holistic care of the children and their families is valued very much by us.

My child absolutely loves this nursery and all the aunties. Everyone is super kind and helpful. They do all the ordinary stuff like colouring and playing, but then loads of cool stuff like fire building, cooking porridge on the fire, sawing/hammering wood. He gets to spend loads of time outside and eats a more varied diet than I do! Haha I would highly recommend this nursery. Plus was voted top 10 of nurseries!

We cant speak highly enough of our experience with kids planet Conwy. Sending our first child to nursery was a scary experience and kids planet staff made it easy! They were so lovely and supportive, they always listen to any concerns we have and keep excellent contact with us while our daughter is there. Our daughter loves it there so much she jumps out of my arms to get to her favourite staff members! They do fun activities, take the kids out and they always encourage messy play which our child adores. She has developed and grown so much since attending. Staff always try to be flexible to help us out. Really highly recommend.

My daughter has been attending kids planet Conwy for a few months now , since starting she has come on amazingly. She has grown close to the aunties and now walks in with arms open ready for her day. The staff are caring, friendly and attentive, and we feel completely reassured knowing she is so well looked after. They do a wonderful job of making her feel comfortable, happy and included, and it's clear that she really enjoys her time there. The facilities are fantastic such a large safe space to explore & the food is also great a wide variety of healthy meals.

My child has recently started at Kids Planet Conwy and I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. I feel safe in the knowledge that my child is being loved, cared for and supported to develop when they are in nursery. I feel that the staff have made effort to build relationships with my child and get to know what works for them. As a parent, I also feel supported to help my child develop and thrive, setting them up with the foundations for the future. The toys are well thought out for age appropriate development and play, the food is fresh and nutritiously sound leaving me safe in the knowledge that every day my child is getting nutritious meals and snacks in nursery and the outdoor space is brilliant. It particularly fills me with confidence that not only are the staff looking after my child aware of how they are doing, but so too are the management, leaving me to feel that the staff are well supported to look after my child. I am really happy so far with my child's time at nursery.

We've had such a positive experience with Kids Planet Conwy and I'm genuinely so happy with the care both of my children receive. The staff are warm, caring and approachable, and it's clear that they really get to know each child as an individual. As a parent, it gives me so much reassurance knowing that my children are going somewhere they feel happy, comfortable and well looked after. Communication has always been really good, and whenever I've had a question or needed help with anything, the team have been approachable, patient and willing to help. I really appreciate the effort that goes into making the nursery feel welcoming and supportive, not just for the children but for parents too. Seeing them build relationships with the staff, grow in confidence and enjoy their time at nursery makes such a difference when leaving them in someone else's care. Both my youngest children have attended this nursery and both thoroughly enjoyed their time there. The staff in all rooms are great, very caring and feel invested in the children's wellbeing. The children always have a range of activities to do and keep their brains busy. Would highly recommend!

Kids Planet Conwy are fantastic, my child has been there for over a year and he loves it. As he's grown they have supported him all the time, through the various learning stages they have kept us up to date & helped support us with their knowledge.
