Located on Woodlands Road East, Kids Planet Ashbourne House is a spacious nursery offering an engaging environment for children.

Set over three floors, the setting offers baby and toddler rooms on the ground floor, a nursery room on the first floor, and a pre-school room on the second floor. Outside, there is a spacious garden and the local library and park are only a short distance away, offering enjoyable outings for children.

The nursery offers a wide range of activities for children up to the age of 11 throughout the rooms.

Children can enjoy regular trips within the community to local nursing homes where the children will sing songs and put a smile on their faces. They also enjoy regular trips to the beach, community gardens and the local zoo.

Children also benefit from safe meals which are prepared by the team in the purpose-built kitchen.
                                                        
The nursery offers childcare offer for Wales 30 hours funding and also has Flying Start sessions available in the AM and PM.

My little boy attended Kids Planet Ashbourne House in Flying Start and is now back in the preschool room, and he absolutely loves it! He especially adores Auntie Holly, who always makes his days so much fun. Everyone at the nursery is so warm and welcoming, and it really feels like such a caring, happy
environment. We always get lots of lovely keepsakes and crafts sent home with Elias, which I treasure. it's so special to see how much he's learning and enjoying his time there. I couldn't recommend Ashbourne House enough!

I recently enrolled my child at Kids Planet and had initial concerns about the transition as she was used to being with a child minder. However, the nursery staff have been exceptional in providing reassurance and keeping me informed about my child's daily activities. Their attentiveness and regular

We love Ashbourne House.
Both my girls (3 & 18months) attend and have since they were tiny.
The place is always clean and tidy. Facilities are superb. Food must be great as even my fussy eater loves her food there!
Last but most certainly not least is the staff, they are all just wonderful. Helpful
and kind, understanding and patient. My girls love all of their aunties like family!

Nothing is too much trouble for staff in Ashbourne House. Kids Planet Ashbourne House is a wonderful, nurturing nursery. The staff are caring, kind and compassionate. The management have excellent family communication and go above and beyond to offer support and guidance to families.
My little one absolutely thrives in the setting and I'm so happy with how
her development has been supported by all members of staff at the setting.
The use of loose parts and the value that is placed on outdoor play was something that stood out to me when choosing kids planet as I wanted my child to be encouraged through open ended play opportunities and to experience nature daily. The opportunities the children are given to explore the local areas through regular visits is also something we love as parents. I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a home from home settings for their little one.

I was so nervous about putting my baby in nursery the staff went above and beyond to support me I rang them checking and they made me feel so welcome to do so, my little girl was 1 and she's gained confidence so quickly she's learnt amazing new things, the staff are wonderful with her when I take her
she runs up to one staff member in particular for a cuddle which shows me she's very comfortable. I'm given constant updates on the app about my daughters day, she is fed lovely things and always comes home happy and is happy going now.

Without debt, the best nursery. The staff are amazing and my grandson learns something everyday. The garden is a adventure of fun and learning. The meals are interesting and freshly made, which makes me happy to know he isn't eating frozen protest food.

I'd love to be allowed to mention names as this girl deserves to be recognised but I always get a friendly warm welcome and a 5-star service every single time. Most recently she went out of her way to bring my daughter to the car and strapped her into her car seat whilst I attended to my other daughter.
Not only this girl but all of the girls in nursery are so friendly and helpful and really make you feel welcome. There is nothing negative I can say about this nursery as a whole I think you are all brilliant.

All the staff at Ashbourne House make the effort to make every child that attends along with their family feel welcome. My daughter has difficulty with drop-off time at nursery, the staff are so patient and there is never any rush for me to leave when dropping her off, so that I can settle her. She
is always happy when in nursery. There are a variety of activities for the children to engage with along with nutritious and varied lunch/snacks. As a family we are very happy with Ashbourne House and would highly recommend.

My name is Rebecca, and I am the manager at Ashbourne House. I started working for the company in 2017 at the Llandudno site as an after-school assistant, then moved into a nursery nurse role and quickly into a supervisor role. I then moved to Ashbourne House as nursery room supervisor and have worked my way up to the position I am now. I have my Level 3 CCLD and Level 3 in supporting teaching and learning. I am currently working on my levels 4 and 5 in Leadership and Management. I enjoy all aspects of my role, but I most enjoy seeing all the children develop and grow.
