Busy Bees Swindon Broome offers children a supportive and nurturing setting where they are encouraged to become confident learners whilst having lots of fun during their time at the nursery.

With a spacious interior, the nursery provides a wide range of age-appropriate learning equipment and educational toys designed to ensure children are engaged and stimulated. From drawing and painting tables for aspiring little artists, to fancy dress costumes and fine motor toys, there is something to cater for every child’s needs and interests.

The team at the nursery strive to create an environment where children can develop their natural curiosity and learning and creativity is at the core of everything they do. As a single and working dad, I had various options and bringing my son to the team in Broome has been a great decision. The staffs are super friendly and they treat every child equally and they are happy to see them daily.
You know they are doing something right if a child wants to be at nursery each
day.

We changed our son from a childminder to Busy Bees at the age of 7 months old and from the moment we called to see if Broome had a place, to this day, we couldn't be happier with the care our little man and we've received. The team at Broome are just so welcoming and friendly, while also looking after
the needs of our son. He started as quite needy and in need of a lot of attention, but thanks to the team, his confidence has grown and he is thriving. We receive a daily update on how the day has been and with the app we get to keep track of all his activities and photos. Thank you.

Since joining Busy Bees, my son's confidence has grown so much. With their support, his language skills and behaviours have come on leaps and bounds (listening ears and walking feet) the phrases used at nursery, have really helped us be consistent with him at home, which has helped so much. We love
having him here and I know he’s a well-loved little boy by all the staff, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

A fantastic day nursery. Warm friendly staff members. I have no issues and love the connection between the staff and my child. Any concerns I have had have been dealt with in a timely manner and in full detail.

The nursery has had a full garden refurbishment which looks amazing.

Food is a good

variety of hot and cold meals and is a well-balanced diet.

Couldn't ask for a better nursery to look after my child.

My daughter has been going to Broome Nursery since June 2017. We looked at a number of nurseries at the time and found Broome to be the best. The setting is lovely. The nursery and nice size and most importantly the staff are fantastic. We have always had a good experience and have a lot of confidence
in each staff member who cares/looks after our little girl. We have since recommended the nursery to friends.

Our daughter has been attending Broome Manor Busy Bees since she was 9 months old. From the introduction day until now we are still very happy. Our daughter has learnt to walk, potty trained and now looking forward to starting foundation class. The team/staff are excellent, very helpful, more like family
if anything! The nursery activities are brilliant they always make an effort. Vey happy parents, thank you!

My son always receives a kind, warm welcome. The staff take time to ask myself how he's been and to ask him how he's been and what he's been up to. They try to incorporate interests at home to activities they do with him in Foundation class.

He is always happy and speaks lovingly about his key person.

I was really impressed how much care and attention my daughter had when she started nursery and I was never worried about her during the start - the Assitant Room Manager is fab and my daughter loves spending time with her.

Both my girls have developed so well and know how to write their names and can count.
The staff are attentive, friendly and very engaged. They try so hard to make the nursery an active and friendly environment.
The staff are always smiling and are so excited to feedback on my girl's achievements.
They are also good at dealing with my daughter's ill health and 'difficult' behaviour days.
They seem to have the right amount of discipline without being too over the top.
I think the Broome nursery is excellent and would definitely recommend it to others.

My daughter has been with Busy Bees at Broome Manor for the last couple of years and the place is like a second home for her.
The teachers are fantastic and each one of them I have come across genuinely care for the children. I have seen relationships blossom between the kids and teachers.
The values
they imbibe in children is excellent. The foundation class setting is conducive for the kids learning, encouraging curiosity and inquisitiveness. I work peacefully, knowing fully well that my daughter is in caring, capable hands and for that, I am forever grateful.
Thank you!

We joined this nursery in March 2017, I have two children aged 7 & 2, until now they have been with a childminder so we were very nervous about how they would adjust to a busier environment.
I have to say all the staff at Busy Bees at Swindon Broome are simply wonderful. The care and attention they
have provided to both my children and the consideration they have shown to us as parents is highly commendable. Thank you!

Current Review Score: 8.0 (7.986)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.0 (7.986) out of 10 for Busy Bees Swindon Broome is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 1 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.1 out of 5 from 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.917 for Busy Bees Swindon Broome is calculated as follows: ( (11 Excellents x 5) + (1 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 12 Ratings = 4.917
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 3.069 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busy Bees Swindon Broome is based on 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 = 3
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 72 number of registered child places is 14.4. 1 Positive Reviews ÷ 14.4 = 0.069
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
