Staff have been amazing and so supportive during our son's time at nursery. Every effort has been made to accommodate his dietary requirements and after a difficult start to life, with the help of the amazing staff, he is really flourishing. Thank you.

Three days a week we collect our daughter from Busy Bees pre-school room where she's had a day of fun activity with friends, thoughtful guidance from her teachers and good nourishment from their kitchen. It is reassuring to know that she is in good hands on those days while we parents are at work.

You are all fantastic! Both my children have loved coming to Busy Bees! They have thrived in this setting and it's been a lovely experience for all. All the staff are superb, friendly and really care. Recently the team, were fantastic and patient when my daughter was having meltdowns on the morning drop off, always managing to distract her attention to something worth going inside for. You are all worth your weight in gold! I think I'll miss you more when my daughter leaves in August this year!

Absolutely amazing. Every single one of you are truly amazing. I couldn't think of a better place to send my son. He has learned so much being in the babies room and the care and attention You provide him is truly outstanding. I feel so at ease when he is with you.

My daughter started some settling in days in December and then full time from January after never having been left with anyone and I cannot put in to words how incredible the nursery managed her transition. She now arrives in the morning with her arms out ready to go for a cuddle and a play with the staff member that collects her and I regularly get photo updates of her smiling away with the staff and other babies. I always get a full handover of how she's been, things she's enjoyed, what she's eaten and even how many nappies she's had changed! My daughter is absolutely thriving at busy bees and I'd highly recommended it to all parents.

Superb Nursery! What a well run, safe, happy place for my child! The staff are really helpful, caring and understanding. I have a child in baby room, knowing my child is going into a place where they'll be safe and well looked after is such a blessing. The staff are amazing! Your child has a keyworker who keeps you updated through out the day to assure you there having a fun, being fed and looked after! Cannot say a bad word about a place that's so well run! Would happily recommend this nursery to anyone!

We have been impressed with the communication between nursery and home. We love receiving pictures of him enjoying his day and it's helpful to keep informed of all elements of his care each day. When our little boy had a health concern, we were really impressed with how nursery managed this. His personal care plan reassures us of his safety while he's at nursery.

I would recommend Busy Bees to anyone.

Just to add, funding at this nursery is stretched over the entire year, which suits us, but may not suit others that have school-age children.

I currently have two children at the nursery in separate rooms, toddler room and preschool room. My eldest has been there since he was 9 months old and the nursery has created a fantastic bond with him in all three rooms he has transitioned to. All staff know them so well! The staff are very efficient at informing me or my husband of any issues and dealing with any queries I may have. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel at ease leaving my children in their care and how they help my children when I’m leaving them too! The staff are fantastic and we couldn’t ask for any more from a nursery.

We have had a fantastic experience at Busy Bees in Trowbridge! Our daughter initially found settling in hard as she struggles to separate from us in the mornings, but the Baby Room team have all been so helpful and put in so much effort to get her settled. She’s grown in so much confidence since being there and has learnt so many new skills. She has such a great time there playing with the other children, and is well looked after by all the staff! We are very thankful for all their support and would definitely recommend the nursery to others!

Both my children have been incredibly happy at Busy Bees in Trowbridge. It is lovely to be able to drop them off knowing they're going to be happy, well cared for and will have lots of fun while I am working. The staff are amazing.

Our son thoroughly enjoys his days and his move from babies to toddlers was seamless - no doubt due to the exemplary levels of all staff members.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was 8 months old. As a very nervous parent, they ensured I was happy and informed on everything that was happening with my child there, they updated the app throughout the day to keep me up to date. The staff within the whole building are lovely and really take the time and effort to get to know my child as well as us, as a family, to ensure we’re getting all the support we need. My daughter is about to move up to the next room and her current keyworker as well as her new one is checking in with me, helping me with my worries and they all go above and beyond to help. Management is lovely and helpful and answers any questions that I have. My second child is due to start in November and already the girls are supportive and helpful with it all.

Couldn’t be any happier with having my baby go to nursery when I’m at work as if, like me, you find it hard to leave them but they are phenomenal, I can’t rate them enough.
