Busy Bees at St Andrews Ridge recognises how important it is for children to have the space and time to develop in their own way. Offering a welcoming environment with spacious rooms tailored to suit each age group, each child is encouraged to reach their full potential as they take part in a range of exciting activities and fun-filled learning resources.

The fantastic team at Busy Bees plan, prepare and deliver a wide range of activities, all in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, to promote every child's development whilst also preparing them for their next key-stage, whether that be within the nursery or when the time comes to move on to school.

Through the ‘ParentZone’ app you need never miss a moment of your child's stay at nursery. The team will send over regular updates, letting you know what your little one is up to as well as details of all the achievements and milestones they reach.

My daughter has just finished to go to primary school having been with Busy Bees at St Andrew's Ridge for the last 4 years. She joined into babies and has been through all of the rooms and levels to preschool.
She has thrived in the care of the excellent staff and is more than ready for her next adventure
at school. Staff are caring and kind, they alter their approach to the individual child and tailor their approaches as needed. She has grown so much in character confidence and experience under their guidance. I would highly recommend it.

All staff members are very kind and always asking how my other half is feeling. It is really lovely, especially lately because my wife is pregnant and she's struggling a bit.

At first, we were worried our daughter would struggle to settle moving from another nursery to this. Two members o staff, in particular, have been fantastic and our daughter loves her teachers, all the staff and the environment.

The team really excelled in communication; feedback at every pick-up was extremely thorough and I could mention something to one member of staff; which then got distilled to the rest of the team instantaneously, which meant that everyone was on the same page. My daughter really took a liking to all
the staff, especially one staff member in particular. They were very gentle, never came across stressed or anxious, they always had time for my questions and and they always looked at supporting my daughter's development in a way that was akin to her. They were a lot more resilient and patient in potty training her than I was. I feel that due to the team literally being like a home away from home for my daughter, it helped with her immunity and she never got as seriously ill as she had done in previous settings. My daughter absolutely loved the outdoor space, there are so many opportunities for her to climb, balance and develop her physical ability. Thanks.

From the very start in the baby room all the way though to pre-school this nursery has been wonderful. The care she has received throughout has been exceptional. The staff are warm and friendly and always have a positive

My little boy has been going to this nursery since he was 10months old. He has loved each of the rooms he has been in (he’s now at preschool at this nursery).
The staff are wonderful, always greeting with a smile, explaining how the day has gone and updating on any areas required. A parent app allows
updates throughout the day on meal times (along with naps and nappy changes when relevant), which is great for knowing how the day has gone! The staff also regularly update with photos and observations, and activities we could try at home.
My little one has made so many wonderful friends in his key workers, along with great relationships with staff across all rooms in the nursery. He enjoys attending and regularly talks positively about what he’s been doing.
I have and will continue to recommend Busy Bees to friends and family.

My son came from another nursery in September 2018 and from day one he fell in love with everyone. All staff are approachable and treat children as individuals. Every problem/concern they or we have they would always address in a professional manner. Absolutely recommend this nursery.

My child has been present at this nursery from the age of 9 months to now when she is 2 years old. She attends 3.5 days a week.
My initial worries about her attending a nursery setting would be whether she’d make friends and enjoy her time. I'm glad to say these worries quickly went away, she has an
abundance of friends and is very quick to share the fun she has had.


I love the use of an app that allows me to access her day on a regular basis and see the progression in her development (observations etc.). Equally, I can add parts from her time outside of nursery too!
Staff are friendly and enthusiastic about their work and often provide good feedback regarding my daughter's day. There are excellent facilities (particularly the outside area). A great variety of food is available, this is also on a rota which allows for different experiences of differing foods.


The manager has a great open-door policy, is frequently seen in and around the nursery and is very happy to assist with any enquiries.

My granddaughter has been attending Busy Bees for a while now and is thriving. She has recently transitioned to the Toddler room and has settled really well. She loves going to nursery and talks about it non stop when she gets home. All the staff are very friendly and so helpful. They always have a

My 3-year-old daughter has been attending the nursery for a bit over a year now. She has been extremely happy and we have been very pleased with her overall growth and development; she's always happy when told it's time to go to nursery.
As with almost any nursery/establishment, there are the one-off/minor
concerns once in a while but overall we are quite pleased with Busy Bees and would not hesitate using the nursery again.

Busy Bees, St Andrew's Ridge is a wonderful nursery. We have two boys there, one in the babies room and one in the toddler room, and they always have a great day. All the staff are brilliant. They're attentive, encouraging and supportive. They take the time to ask how the boys are first thing in the
morning and tell us how they've been at the end of the day. The app is great and regularly updated throughout the day. Observations are uploaded at the end of the day and it's lovely for us to see pics of the boys enjoying themselves at nursery. Our boys are really happy at Busy Bees, St Andrew's and we are very happy parents.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees for a month now and she loves it. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.


The cook prepares gorgeous nutritional meals and snacks for the children and I love that she gets offered such a wide selection of foods at the nursery.

Words can’t describe how highly I rate this nursery with my son preieviously attending a different nursery for a year and then moving to this one he has developed so much since. He is baking every week and enjoys coming home and eating his tasty treat. The girls at the nursery supported him extremely
well when he was potty training. He seems to do a lot more activities here and their online portal is amazing for being able to see photos of what he’s doing during nursery. They also have a very secure entrance in and out of the nursery which makes me feel extremely safe to leave my son there. Everyone that works there is extremely polite and nothing is to much trouble. 5 star nursery with out a doubt!
