Busy Bees Bromsgrove

My two-year-old daughter has been attending her nursery since she was one, and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff are always personable, welcoming, and genuinely invested in the children's development. They consistently plan thoughtful, educational activities that help progress the children's skills while still making learning fun. I really value how open and clear their communication is, as it gives me great reassurance as a parent. They also spend a lot of time outdoors, which my daughter loves, and she has always eaten well while in their care. Overall, it is a nurturing, stimulating, and supportive environment that I trust completely.

My little one has been at Busy Bees Bromsgrove for just over a year and is thriving. They have a lovely relationship with the staff, and their confidence grows daily. They get so excited when it is a nursery day, they love the activities, the food and seeing their friends. As parents, we get updates and each month we are told what the "topic" is so we can work on it at home. The food and facilities are all excellent, and the whole staff team are wonderful to work with.

Absolutely brilliant nursery, the staff are all lovely. My daughter started at the end of October and has really settled in well. I love being able to see what's she's eaten, how longed she has slept on the app. I highly recommend.

Our daughter has been going to busy bees since July 24, when she was 9 months. We absolutely love busy bees and all the team. They really do care about all the children and my daughter has grown so much since coming here. With allergies we were worried about nursery settings but busy bees take it so seriously, with close monitoring, dedicated staff and seperate eating areas which was a massive tick for me! The app we use is easy to navigate and great for updates. All the team are truly so lovely and wonderful. Any child would be lucky to go here

Our son started at Busy Bees In Bromsgrove in November aged 9 months and we wouldn't be happier with the team and the nursery in general. From reassurances that he was settling in well, to the happy and positive handovers at the end of the day. From day one he has loved attending. He gets to do so many different activities and try lots of new foods. All activities are regularly logged on the Parentzone app and we are kept informed of his progress with lovely photos, comments and next steps. The care that he receives is outstanding. We wouldn't want for any more and really feel like Busy Bees in Bromsgrove is a home from home for him.

All the nursery staff are incredible but special mention must go to the nursery manager. She cares just as much about the parents as the children, sometimes I wish she could look after me as well. She always takes time to talk to me, especially when she can see my struggling with my three-year-olds behaviour. All through the pandemic, they have been wonderful. I could not be more pleased with our nursery.

I feel happy and comfortable leaving my child at nursery with the staff knowing he will be looked after. The staff are excellent and great at communication with myself on the progress of my child and make me feel at ease especially when he was settling in.

My son has attended Busy Bees in Bromsgrove since he was 14 weeks old, he is now nearly three, and both he and I have been happy throughout. The staff are fantastic and genuinely care about the children in their care. They support every stage of development and are happy to chat with parents to ensure we share the same goals and strategies. The nursery itself is lovely, the recent redesign looks fantastic and very natural. Finally, the measures put in place post-lockdown have worked really well - well done to all involved.

My son has been attending the nursery for two years. In all that time, I have not had a single complaint about the service provided. The staff are friendly, well-trained, professional and competent. Administration and management is top-notch. Throughout the recent chaos of COVID-19, the nursery staff have been consistently reassuring and well-prepared. The nursery adopted reasonable rules and guidelines and communicated clearly with parents at all times. The nursery location is very convenient, with the train station on its doorstep. I can recommend it without reservation.

They definitely spend time working on skills like counting and learning songs.

We cannot recommend Busy Bees Bromsgrove enough. As new parents choosing a nursery was a nerve-racking experience, however, we can rest easy knowing that our baby is in safe, caring loving hands. He is fed healthy and hearty foods and his development is made a top priority. The nursery really feels like a part of our family and we could not wish for a better team for him to spend his days with.

Busy Bee's have really helped develop my daughter in all aspects. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Since starting in January 2020 our boys have been very settled, happy and clearly thriving at Busy Bees Bromsgrove. We love the positive and friendly ethos here, where our children are always at the heart of the centre. The levels of care that all staff give the children is amazing. There is always a lovely, warm welcome for us in the morning and a thorough de-brief at the end of the day. We are delighted that our boys are so happy at this wonderful nursery.

I was very anxious putting my son into nursery but Busy Bees have been fantastic from the get go. Every step and milestone, they have been great. I couldn't recommend them more.

We think it's a fantastic nursery the team members and management are all very friendly and cater to every child on an individual basis. Our son loves coming to nursery/preschool, enjoys himself and has learnt a lot. He is always fed well and looked after and he loves every member of staff. Clothes do go missing occasionally which is a downfall but usually found.

The staff have been really supportive and understanding during my daughter's recent health difficulties.The nursery has enabled her to continue with normal life and has given her the environment to flourish and to continue to grow. The manager of the nursery is exceptional.

Busy Bees is an excellent nursery. My daughter has thrived in pre-school and I am confident she will be ready for school.
