We've been sending our two sons to Busy Bees for the last year and honestly can't thank the staff enough for the time, energy, nurture and support they have given us in the last twelve months. We honestly don't know how we would have coped without the care they've provided for our sons and they have
thrived in that time into confident little boys. The centre director has shown us unwavering support, especially as we have gone through a very difficult time in the last twelve months. I can't recommend Busy Bees Worcester enough!

Sending our daughter to Busy Bees was one of the best decisions we made for her. She has developed so much in confidence and independence. The manager was so welcoming and professional. All the key workers have been invaluable.
The app keeps us updated in terms of how she has eaten that day, how long
she slept and some pictures of what she is up to.
I cannot recommend Busy Bees enough!

Busy Bees have been great at keeping me updated with my son's progress, not only when collecting our son from Busy Bees in an evening, but also on the app. It gives us insight into what happens in the room (preschool room) and activities in the day. I would recommend Busy Bees to anyone with children.
We as parents are amazed at our son's development since attending Busy Bees and are thankful to all staff towards his ever-growing imagination (not forgetting the hard work of the chefs). He has the confidence to start school in September, that is priceless.

Both of my girls have settled really well at nursery and I firmly believe that’s because of the love and care that they have been show. All of the staff are so kind and really get to know the children. The meals they eat are really varied and the learning activities they do, are fantastic.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees in Worchester for 18 months now, since starting at 6 months old. It is obvious that she loves the days she is at nursery and has a very strong relationship with all the staff members that care for her. The amount of different activities that she does is incredible
and has no doubt helped her develop more than she would have being just at home.
The staff are amazing and are always happy and detailed about the days activities, often showing true enjoyment and amusement when talking about specific moments of the day.
I cannot praise the staff enough for the time they have spent with my daughter and the environment they have created at the nursery.

My daughter started at nursery in January and has settled in really well thanks to the wonderful staff in her room. They’ve been so supportive as I was worried about leaving her with everything going on with Covid-19. They’ve been very professional and created a safe environment for my daughter to learn
and grow in.

I can't praise the nursery and staff enough. I was very anxious about my son starting nursery as we'd been shielding for months prior. He's settled in so well, we can see how much the staff care about all of the children through their enthusiasm when we get a daily handover. We appreciate how hard things
have been for everyone recently, including nursery staff who have worked throughout this pandemic. Without which we wouldn't be able to go to work and care for our patients, so a huge thank you all! Keeping fingers crossed that they will be prioritised for the vaccine as soon as possible. The only difference we'd like to see is a little more information on what meals my sons eating in the day, via the app. Although, the staff are more than willing to go through this at the end of the day and we do understand it would mean it would be more time consuming on the already busy staff, so maybe just an update via the app every now and then.

Both of my boys have been to this nursery from a very early age over the past four years. The first and most important thing is that they love it. They are happy to go every day, I trust the team and I am confident that my boys are well looked after. I have one boy with CMPA and the team have been great
ensuring that his dietary requirements are met. Busy Bees in Worcester have helped my boys to walk, talk and with potty training! They bring home brilliant art work and learn in fabulous ways! The communication is great with the parent app and also from the handovers with the team every day. It’s such a hard decision choosing a nursery and I’m so pleased I chose Busy Bees in Worcester.

My twin boys attended the nursery and it wasn't long before I could see the positive difference in their emotional and social development. The staff helped them settle in very well and put me at ease. The management was very accommodating in the short notice and placing of the boys as we had just moved
to the area. The teachers were very creative in how they taught the boys and the activities that the boys brought home. I also liked that they had a small outdoor woodland area where they could explore nature and the insects they could see. I loved that the management organized a trip to the Safari Park which the boys absolutely loved. During the time that the boys attended the nursery, I felt like management and staff were like a second family.

Busy Bees have done amazing for my 18-month-old son, he started nursery last July and with having been on maternity straight into lockdown I found my son became clingy and didn’t like strangers, they helped him overcome this and I’ve seen such a great difference in him as he’s becoming more independent
and seeing his personality grow more and more every day! I want to thank the staff so much because he goes in and comes home so happy and there’s always great reports about him which is amazing to see, if I could ask for anything more from them it would be just to see more pictures of my happy son!

My Son has been attending Busy Bees for 5 months now and the difference in his confidence and social skills has been amazing. The staff are all amazing, they are always so helpful and polite and as a new mummy, it is nice to feel at ease when dropping him off, confident he is going to have a lovely
day. He comes home with lots of artwork and his pictures and observations on parent zone are so lovely to see. Putting my child into nursery is something I always worried about but I genuinely trust the staff I leave him with and can't thank them enough.

My son always comes back home with a smile on his face. The nursery does a wonderful job and I am quite happy with the work that is done. My son is developing in his rhythm and everyone always makes sure he is taken care of in every respect of his development. All is tracked and obviously there is time
put in all of this.

Busy Bees has excellent facilities from babies, toddlers through to preschool and have provided excellent care to our little one.
Great support was provided when we needed a little extra help with speech and since moving into preschool our little one have thrived and excelled in all areas.
I would
highly recommend this nursery setting to any prospective parents looking for care and support for their children!

Daughter has been going to Busy Bees for the last 2 years. Staff are always friendly and do a great hand over when I do pick up.
They are always doing plenty of activities indoors and outside in the large play area e.g sports days, making cakes, painting.
She gets plenty of healthy food and snacks
throughout the day, highly recommended.

My second child is now going to this nursery and is in the first steps room. She is loving it and the staff are so friendly and caring. Nappies and food are included in the price and they do plenty of activities with the children and keep them busy throughout the day. Would highly recommend this nursery

The meals offered sound great. My child has been introduced to a variety of food that she would never have tried at home. The staff are lovely and there’s always a detailed handover after each session. My daughter loves attending and always goes straight for cuddles with the staff each morning.
The
only thing I would like extra is a monthly emailed newsletter to help remember the fun dress up days and any other news etc.

Current Review Score: 8.0 (8.045)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.0 (8.045) out of 10 for Busy Bees Worcester is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 1 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.0 out of 5 from 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 5.000 for Busy Bees Worcester is calculated as follows: ( (12 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 12 Ratings = 5
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 3.045 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busy Bees Worcester is based on 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 = 3
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 112 number of registered child places is 22.4. 1 Positive Reviews ÷ 22.4 = 0.045
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
