My wife and I decided to enroll our boy at Busy Bees in Warndon, Worcester. He started aged 16 months and the process initially was very difficult for us as he had never been looked after independently of either of us. The whole team at Busy Bees were incredibly empathetic with us, patient with the
process and overall fantastic with our boy. It took a few weeks but he settled down and it soon became one of his favourite places to be. We always collected him with a big smile on his face and glowing reports of what he had been doing. The app is fantastic and keeps you updated in real time as to what they are eating and doing. It has been so heartwarming to see him build strong connections with several of the staff, who have helped him progress with his physical abilities, speech, creativity and emotional side of things. We would never choose anywhere else to send our children. Thank you for everything :)

My son has attended this nursery since January, in the preschool room. He has already settled in really well. He is coming out of his shell wonderfully at nursery, and making new friends. The staff are always lovely and clearly care about getting to know each child as an individual. They also use the
childrens own interests, to aid in getting them engaging with other children, and getting involved in activities. Which is lovely to see, and makes sure the quieter children will still be catered for and made to feel just as important and heard. We are also provided regular updates and observations through the app, with photos. Which enables to see how he is getting on, what hes been up to during the day, and allows us to continue learning at home in line with what he has been focusing on during the week.

We have two kids. My first child went to Busy Bees nursery Worcester and so we decided to use Busy Bees again with our second child. He has been at Busy Bees from Toddler group and is now in pre school :) Firstly I would like to say the staff at Busy Bees Worcester are always very kind, helpful and
nice to me and my husband. They are always very helpful! The kindness and smiles they spread around the different rooms and nursery just makes you and your child feel secure. Thank you so much for looking after our little one. We can see how he has developed since going to Busy Bees! Would definitely recommend the nursery to other moms out there. Big Thank You!

I can't recommend Busy Bees in Worcester highly enough. My daughter Rosie has been attending for over 1.5 years now and the difference I've seen in her confidence, happiness, and development has been amazing.
The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and professional. They make my daughter Rosie feel
safe, supported, and valued. Communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel informed and reassured about Rosie's day.
The environment is warm, welcoming, and well organised, with lots of engaging activities that help children learn through play. It's clear that the team genuinely love what they do, and it shows in everything.
I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery and would recommend it to any parent looking for high-quality childcare.

I highly recommend Busy Bees Nursery. My son has been at Busy Bees since he was 18 months old and he is now 4. He has experienced all the rooms available at Busy Bees, Babies, Toddlers and now Pre-School. The staff are all hard working and always provide feedback with regards to how his day has been.
They are also very good at giving advice with regards to how we can support with his development at home. He is always so happy to go into nursery which I always think reflects the homely nursery environment.

A nurturing environment where my child has thrived. The staff are so caring and take the time to get to know each and every child. I will be forever grateful to them for giving both of my girls the best possible start. Loving, nurturing, safe and an enriching curriculum based on stories, language and
inquisitive play.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was around 10 months old, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the care he's received.
From the very beginning, the staff made such a genuine effort to get to know him as an individual. As a first-time mum, leaving him was a big step, but I've always
felt reassured knowing how well he's looked after. The team are warm, patient, and incredibly caring, and it's clear how much they genuinely enjoy what they do.
My son has settled so well and absolutely loves his time there. He's turning into a right little character and makes everyone laugh, which is lovely to see and really shows how comfortable and happy he feels. It's been amazing to watch his confidence, independence, and development grow since starting.
The activities are engaging and well thought out, and I really appreciate the regular updates and communication. I feel very lucky to have found a nursery where I can leave my son knowing he is happy, safe, and supported. I woul

My daughter has been at Busy bees for almost 2,5 years. She started when she was 9 months old and she's almost 3! I had nothing but positive things to say about this place. All the kids are looked after and to see how much they are cared for is beyond words. My little girl loves going to nursery. When
it comes to adding extra days, changing days or dropping days, they will always try and accommodate you as soon as possible, no matter what. I would highly recommend for any child to go here! Amazing staff!

This is my second child to attend Busy Bees and both experiences have been exceptional. My youngest daughter started attending just before Christmas and I was apprehensive as she had not had much time away from me prior to starting. I needn't have worried, she has settled so well with the help of the
phenomenal staff. She is more independent in her play and calmer when away from me at home, too. This is thanks to her key worker Carrie, Katie and staff in the baby room.
The staff at Busy Bees are amazing, they are always friendly and helpful and genuinely want the best for the children they care for. Shelley and Amber are great managers and happy to answer any questions we have.
I couldn't be happier with my daughter's care at Busy Bees and would recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional childcare in Worcester.

My son started at nursery when he was 4 months old and he cant be happier. He loves going to nursery and he cant wait to see the ladies that look after him during the day. They are fantastic with him and it is a lot easier to drop him off there every morning knowing he is happy to be there. They are
great with updating us on his progress and achievements. They are always helpful.

My son has just recently started at the nursery but I couldn't be more grateful for the staff and management. They have been so accommodating helping my little one settle in offering extra settling in sessions and adjusting the plan when it didn't seem to be helping him! Every child is different but
they have been amazing with him and giving us advice on what we could do at home to help too! He's already formed such an amazing bond with the his key worker and the handovers are so informative about his day whilst also getting updates through the app whilst he's there. The staff have been nothing but kind and compassionate to us both throughout this emotional process and I can't wait to see how much he develops during his time there.

My child has been at Busy Bees Worcester for 18 months now and it is the best nursery in the area! They have shown so much care and attention to my daughter that she become confident in walking in. I was so nervous about finding childcare as I needed to return to work after maternity leave and hesitant
to leave my child with anyone but seeing how she has flourished at Busy Bees has put my mind at ease.
They are a caring and loving team towards the children and would highly recommend!

We've been sending our two sons to Busy Bees for the last year and honestly can't thank the staff enough for the time, energy, nurture and support they have given us in the last twelve months. We honestly don't know how we would have coped without the care they've provided for our sons and they have
thrived in that time into confident little boys. The centre director has shown us unwavering support, especially as we have gone through a very difficult time in the last twelve months. I can't recommend Busy Bees Worcester enough!

Sending our daughter to Busy Bees was one of the best decisions we made for her. She has developed so much in confidence and independence. The manager was so welcoming and professional. All the key workers have been invaluable.
The app keeps us updated in terms of how she has eaten that day, how long
she slept and some pictures of what she is up to.
I cannot recommend Busy Bees enough!

Busy Bees have been great at keeping me updated with my son's progress, not only when collecting our son from Busy Bees in an evening, but also on the app. It gives us insight into what happens in the room (preschool room) and activities in the day. I would recommend Busy Bees to anyone with children.
We as parents are amazed at our son's development since attending Busy Bees and are thankful to all staff towards his ever-growing imagination (not forgetting the hard work of the chefs). He has the confidence to start school in September, that is priceless.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees in Worchester for 18 months now, since starting at 6 months old. It is obvious that she loves the days she is at nursery and has a very strong relationship with all the staff members that care for her. The amount of different activities that she does is incredible
and has no doubt helped her develop more than she would have being just at home.
The staff are amazing and are always happy and detailed about the days activities, often showing true enjoyment and amusement when talking about specific moments of the day.
I cannot praise the staff enough for the time they have spent with my daughter and the environment they have created at the nursery.

I can't praise the nursery and staff enough. I was very anxious about my son starting nursery as we'd been shielding for months prior. He's settled in so well, we can see how much the staff care about all of the children through their enthusiasm when we get a daily handover. We appreciate how hard things
have been for everyone recently, including nursery staff who have worked throughout this pandemic. Without which we wouldn't be able to go to work and care for our patients, so a huge thank you all! Keeping fingers crossed that they will be prioritised for the vaccine as soon as possible. The only difference we'd like to see is a little more information on what meals my sons eating in the day, via the app. Although, the staff are more than willing to go through this at the end of the day and we do understand it would mean it would be more time consuming on the already busy staff, so maybe just an update via the app every now and then.

Both of my boys have been to this nursery from a very early age over the past four years. The first and most important thing is that they love it. They are happy to go every day, I trust the team and I am confident that my boys are well looked after. I have one boy with CMPA and the team have been great
ensuring that his dietary requirements are met. Busy Bees in Worcester have helped my boys to walk, talk and with potty training! They bring home brilliant art work and learn in fabulous ways! The communication is great with the parent app and also from the handovers with the team every day. It’s such a hard decision choosing a nursery and I’m so pleased I chose Busy Bees in Worcester.

My twin boys attended the nursery and it wasn't long before I could see the positive difference in their emotional and social development. The staff helped them settle in very well and put me at ease. The management was very accommodating in the short notice and placing of the boys as we had just moved
to the area. The teachers were very creative in how they taught the boys and the activities that the boys brought home. I also liked that they had a small outdoor woodland area where they could explore nature and the insects they could see. I loved that the management organized a trip to the Safari Park which the boys absolutely loved. During the time that the boys attended the nursery, I felt like management and staff were like a second family.

Current Review Score: 9.4 (9.399)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.4 (9.399) out of 10 for Busy Bees Worcester is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 13 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.4 out of 5 from 13 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.994 for Busy Bees Worcester is calculated as follows: ( (154 Excellents x 5) + (1 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 155 Ratings = 4.994
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.405 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busy Bees Worcester is based on 13 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 3.825
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 112 number of registered child places is 22.4. 13 Positive Reviews ÷ 22.4 = 0.58
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
