I changed her nursery. Speech and development staff told me I made the best choice and within eight weeks my daughter is much confident, happier, and can say some words!

I am so happy with the care that my child receives at this nursery. They have adapted incredibly well to the demands that are now placed upon them during the pandemic and they have worked so hard to make life as normal as possible for the children during this challenging time. My child always looks forward to going to the nursery and I love to hear about what they have been up to during the day, well done Busy Bees at Crawley.

My little one has been at Busy Bees at Crawley for a year and a half now. The staff have made me feel so at ease with her being away from me. I feel she is in safe hands and well looked after. They know my little one really well and from their communication, with me, I know they spend a lot of time working on her development and learning. It the little details of what she likes playing with or doesn't like eating, that show how much interest they take in each child. I am so pleased with how they have handled the pandemic and adapted nursery life so that the children still get the most 'normal' day whilst also maintaining a high level of hygiene and safety to help prevent the spread of the virus. I feel I can communicate my feelings with any staff member and have often used the nursery for advice on how to help in situations in the home environment, for example, better sleeping and potty training. It is lovely that now my child is older that I get to hear her talk about how she loves nursery and the staff.

Our daughter has thrived since attending Busy Bees at Crawley. She tells us stories of things she has done that day and the friends she has made. Along with improving her speech and communication, her problem solving and cognitive skills have really come along due to the attention and support she receives from her carers. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. Also, they give regular updates about what my daughter has done in the day and share observations and photos. The office staff are also really helpful and always happy to answer any question, no matter how simple. I’m so pleased we send our daughter to Busy Bees at Crawley, I know she loves going as she’s asks to go every day, even at the weekend!

Love this nursery. Constantly kept up to date with activities and pictures throughout the day. The staff are extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Love the different rooms including the indoor playground. Great cleanliness and regulations especially during Covid-19. My daughter is always exhausted and happy when being picked up. I am so glad I was recommended this nursery.

My daughter has loved coming to Busy Bees, ever since she was 10 month's old. All the staff are so welcoming and are always on hand to ensure the children are getting the best care possible. My daughter has always had a fantastic bond with her key people, who have all taken a great interest in her as an individual. They have worked activities around her interests and likes but have also taken into account her needs to make sure that she develops to her full potential. She has made some lovely friendships at nursery which are always encouraged. The nursery environment allows children to have fun and thrive while always feeling safe and cared for. She will definitely miss Busy Bees when she leaves. Thank you to all the staff.

My son has attended Busy Bees for 3 years and is now leaving for school. They have been tremendous. Supportive, caring and kind. They have guided my son through his milestones and encouraged him all the way. We are sad to be leaving- he has many happy memories from nursery. Hopefully, my daughter will be able to go soon which we are looking forward to. They have been incredibly supportive of me and my working hours and been extremely flexible. Good value for money too in terms of meals, nappies, sun cream, and flexibility with holidays and moving days around. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Busy Bees. Thank you so much Busy Bees!

My daughter has really enjoyed her time here. She will be leaving at the end of July to start school but has been with Busy Bees since she was 1. I can't fault the level of care she has received and the friendliness and approachability of all the staff. She always looks forward to her nursery days and comes home with lots of things to tell us about her day. My son was also at Busy Bees having started after we were let down by a childminder. We were worried that he would find it difficult to settle but this was not the case. The staff were excellent and he quickly adjusted. His confidence improved and he came on leaps and bounds during his time there. He left 4 years ago to start school but still remembers his time and gets to see lots of the same staff when we pick his sister up. We will all be sad when my daughter leaves and I know she will miss all the staff, especially her key worker. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for excellent childcare.

This nursery has been amazing ever since my little boy was 18 months old. He now leaves this year to start school. The staff are so welcoming and always willing to help and are very supportive.

My son is leaving soon to start school after 3 years at Busy Bees and we'll both be sad to say our final goodbye.

My son has been attending for four years, each stage they have all been amazing. I can't recommend this place enough, sad for him to be leaving for school.

We are sad to be leaving Busy Bees but this is purely because we are moving abroad. Both our children love it there and I would highly recommend Busy Bees at Crawley to any parent. Staff are very friendly and caring and whenever we've had an issue it has been very easy to resolve. They really listen to you. Thank you Busy Bees at Crawley for all you've done for our children over the past 3 and half years.

My daughter has never been so happy in a setting until settling here at Busy Bees, her key worker was AMAZING, she was hands-on, was always giving me daily updates on the progress of my daughter and making sure she knew I was away "collecting the pennies" from work. I had nothing but faith with the team when they were looking after her, they knew about my anxieties and leaving my daughter whilst I'm so far away and both the manager and admin officers were always able to email me at work to keep me abreast of how she was getting on.

It is a real shame that my daughter and I could not continue our journey at the Busy Bees in Crawley and I really do feel especially her key worker deserves an OUTSTANDING rating for childcare. As a new mummy, it is very strenuous leaving your child however they were able to put me at ease!

The first reason we chose this nursery was their flexibility to work with our complicated booking pattern due to my partner working shifts, but I'm so glad we ended up here.

I've had two children go to this nursery from babies to preschool, and I love the quality of care and attention my children have received. The excellent staff ranging from the cooks catering for a milk allergy to the friendships my kids made with their key person has been wonderful. I can't recommend this nursery highly enough!

My son has been in Busy Bees since he was 18 months and settled in very quickly despite having some separation anxiety. The staff have always been so supportive and recognise that he needs a bit more TLC and reassurance at drop off. I have full confidence in all of the staff that my son is well looked after and cared for in my absence, it makes my job as Mum so much easier knowing that he is in safe and loving hands when he is at nursery. The staff really do go the extra mile and he has built some really special bonds with the key workers he has had. The surroundings and equipment are always well thought out and maintained and I love that all of their food is homemade on site by the chef. I couldn’t be happier with the nursery and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I am very happy with the care my son receives at this nursery. I know I can go to work safe in the knowledge he is being well looked after. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, it’s clean and spacious and the kids all seem genuinely happy to be there.

My daughter has been coming to this nursery for her whole life and is just about to start school. She has moved up through every room and has really enjoyed her time in each one, each key worker and all the members of staff making it feel like a home for her. All the staff are very supportive and accommodating and have really helped her to come on leaps and bounds. We have really enjoyed her time here and will be sad to leave.
