The team at Busy Bees always make us feel that they really care for our son's wellbeing and development and the team are so friendly. Our son has come on leaps and bounds in his development and that is all thanks to Busy Bees and the activities they create each day. When your child is at nursery 10 hours day, you want to feel confident they are in goods hands, and we definitely feel that way!
Always been pleased with the setting. My final child is due to graduate come August 2026 but I would recommend the nursery to anyone. Staff are great and the rooms are great, food choices are excellent too.
I cannot recommend Busy Bees Haywards Heath enough. My daughter started when she turned one and will be leaving to go to school in September. She has had the most incredible 3 years. Despite moving to Hassocks and us having a longer commute to nursery, my second daughter will be starting at the nursery in August as well, as I cannot imagine sending her to any other nursery. Natalie and all her team do an absolutely incredible job, I cannot thank you all enough.
Definitely would recommend.
His speech and vocabulary have been commented on by family members and others and we know much of that can be attributed to the team.
The staff looks well after the children, and are sure to be with the children throughout their evolution.
The staff guide the children so they can learn with fun and independence. They prepare the children for the future like school and make sure that the parents are aware of all the progress their kids are doing
She looks forward to going to nursery and has such a fabulous time there.
The updates on the app are always prompt handover on collection is always through and not rushed time is always given.
The staff are all amazing I couldn't speak highly enough of them, they honestly go above and beyond we had a diagnosis were weren't expecting and means our daughter needs more help and their extra passion, support, care and attention couldn't go unnoticed or mentioned they have become like a extended family and I couldn't be more grateful for it all.
Being a first time mum also I have always been made to feel at ease nothing is ever to much, I truely couldn't of picked a better Nursey our experience here has been nothing but exceptional
My child loves attending this nursery! The staff are so kind, helpful and supportive. Excellent setting for learning, play and care. Any concerns or issues are addressed straight away. Updates are prompt on the app and communication is excellent
Our children walk in happily every day. Mornings are filled with excitement rather than reluctance, which speaks volumes about the atmosphere they've cultivated. The engaging activities not only educate but also bring immense joy to our kids.
The staff prioritise the safety and well-being of every child, creating an environment where parents can feel completely at ease.
The staff are also exceptionally supportive and caring. They take the time to understand each child's unique personality and needs, fostering a sense of belonging and confidence and their open communication with parents keeps us informed and involved.
Our daughter has been at Busy Bees for nearly a year and we don't have a bad word to say about our experience so far. We are so happy with the love and care she has been shown since day one. The staff are amazing and really helped her to settle into nursery life quickly, providing regular updates and communication making the transition much easier for us as well. Our daughter always has a big smile on her face at drop off and pick up and though she is a bit too young to tell us, she seems to enjoy all of the activities too. What more could we ask for?
There is a wonderful balance of structured learning and creative play that keeps them engaged and excited to attend each day. I also appreciate the communication from the team-whether it's daily updates on their progress or special events and activities.
The nursery's facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, with plenty of outdoor space for play. Knowing that my children are in such a caring, positive environment gives me peace of mind, and I would highly recommend Busy Bees to any parents looking for a fantastic early learning experience.
Incredible team in the baby rooms. My son has been there now almost a year and has come so far and so many signs point to nursery in regards to his amazing development. Very informative, both in person and on the app, and I really feel that his needs are being met.
Genuinely cannot fault the team at Busy Bees!
Our little one joined Busy Bees at 5 months old and settled in instantly! The staff have been amazing, they love and care for him in a way that's evident in his big smiles when we drop him off. He does lots of sensory and interactive play, all which have enhanced his development.
Generally well-meaning and friendly personal contact with staff. Face-to-face staff are caring to children. Excessive staffing changes and management changes in 2022 - difficult to keep up with who is working there and who has left. Very rigid in their adherence to corporate policy no matter what. Good examples: arriving 4 mins early for a meet and greet event and being told to wait outside in the rain because the event has not started yet. If you work Mondays, you will be penalised by being made to pay for every bank holiday including unusual ones like the Queen's funeral - so this is really a waste of money.
We take care to ensure all our Policies, Terms and Conditions are clearly communicated to our parents from the point of...
My son has been at the nursery since around 1 year old and having settled in straight away, has loved it ever since. He has made friends with the other children and staff and we love seeing the range of activities they get up to via the app. Daily updates on food, naps etc are very useful and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a wonderful review! We're glad you're giving your little one the best start in life with us.
Best wishes, Busy Bees
We are happy with the Busy Bees, Haywards Heath so far. Going really well for almost 2 months now. The only thing to mention is the updates on the parent zone app which was good in June, but for almost a month it's not up to expectation. I don't get any update until 1-2pm and again next set of updates after I almost pick up the kid. I would like to know about the state more frequently. Also, the updates are not very clear as before. Was not aware of other apps until now.
My daughter loves Busy Bees and literally drags me out of the house to go there in the mornings. The staff are so kind and thoughtful and always take the time to talk about how my daughter is progressing and what she's been up to. I even get pictures of her put together in a little scrapbook, which is lovely and it makes me feel like I'm there with her. For me, it wouldn't make sense to send my daughter anywhere else, especially during these uncertain times. I've looked at a lot of nurseries before deciding on taking my daughter to Busy Bees and other nurseries have been extremely bossy with everything from mandatory school uniforms by the age of 2 (!) to not allowing settling in sessions due to the pandemic... which would be straight up traumatic for most babies or children in a new environment. Busy Bees went out of their way to make sure my family was always comfortable with how to move forward and that is the reassurance you really want as a parent. Both my husband and I are pleased.
The staff are absolutely amazing, finding the right nursery is so important and we believe we found it.
Busy Bees is a wonderful nursery and I feel very fortunate to be able to send my daughter there. The staff are excellent, attentive and genuinely care. I have been extremely impressed with all of the activities they provide. One of the other reasons we love the nursery is their amazing catering!
