There seems to be good variety of meals and they cater well for all allergies

100% would recommend Hatch Warren Busy Bees!

We get daily updates on the app with regards to her food, nappies, sleep etc with the occasional photo and 'snapshot' of how she is getting on which is lovely to see. The weekly newsletter is great too and lets us know what the theme of the week was.

When she moves up to the next stage, I have no reservations or anxiety as I know she will be well looked after!

Our daughter has been with the nursery since September 2022 and I can honestly say, hand on heart, that choosing Busy Bees, Hatch Warren was one of the best decisions we’ve made as parents. Our daughter is absolutely thriving and learning so much from the staff and children at the nursery. The staff are the nicest, friendliest people who care so much for the children. It’s incredible knowing that our little girl is so cared for and loved in a place that she loves going to each and every day.

Our daughter runs into nursery every morning, she is so excited to see all her friends and her lovely key worker/room staff. She comes home most evenings and tells us everything she has done that day. We cannot get over her progression with what she learns at nursery, her speech and understanding is always commented on by others. We may only be four months in but the amount of care/time and effort they have put in with our daughter and us has been amazing. We will always be grateful for this!

Outstanding nursery and staff.

My oldest is now at school but had the best journey at the nursery which set her up very well to transition to school, my youngest still attends the nursery and loves spending time with the staff and children in her room. Both my girls were very different with settling in but both experiences were made easier by the care shown from the staff and regular updates from the app! The range of food at meal times, activities during the day and opportunities they are given to learn are amazing and show a dedication from the staff team! In each age group the staff are friendly and approachable and have strong relationships with all the children whether they are their key worker or not which is lovely to see!

My son has been at Busy Bees Hatch Warren since he turned 2, progressing from the 2-3 room into preschool. He loves attending the nursery, and we have always felt supported as a family with regards to any issues and also with our son's development. My son has slight hearing loss and his key worker made a support plan and we have definitely noticed how much it has helped. During COVID it was interesting, but the nursery made every effort to keep things 'normal' for the children and ensure that they were able to safely continue. We appreciate the handovers at the end of the day, and the app is really helpful in telling us what he has eaten and his development milestones. The food the children eat is amazing, and our son eats much more there than he does at home! The team make lots of efforts with planning and setting up activities and we are often invited to celebrations and events. When we move on to school in the Autumn we will all miss the staff and friends we have made at Busy Bees!

We instantly felt comfortable having our daughter here, the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to all of our requests. We get daily updates as to what our daughter is up to and are kept up to date with any development milestones she’s reached whilst there. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough, above and beyond our expectations.

Busy Bees at Basingstoke Hatch Warren Lane is a great nursery!! My son is coming close to leaving now to go to school and he has had such a great start, in part, due to the time and effort that the team at Busy Bees have spent with him. When I pick him up of an evening, all of the children are so happy and confident individuals and this is testament to the nursery and the work they put in to developing clever and confident little humans, ready for the next stage in their lives.

The manager has a great team of people who care, working for her, and she is a very hands-on nursery manager.

The facilities are great, a variety of healthy meals and it is always clean.

My daughter has attended Busy Bees at Basingstoke Hatch Warren Lane since she was 11 months old, and has grown through all the rooms there.

Every step of the way, the care and education she receives is second to none, to the point where most of her dollies are named after the nursery staff! She is, and has always been eager to go every day, which I think is a testament to how happy she is there.

Every key worker she has had over the 2 years, has been exceptional and bonded with both my daughter and also us as parents, which I also feel is equally important.

The garden has been redone recently to a really high standard, and I have NEVER ever seen anything that looked like it needed cleaning or tidying. All the staff take such pride in the environment and in the children.

We are very happy with the care provided by the nursery and feel that our son is learning and developing well.

The staff are a pleasure to deal with and we feel that he is in safe, caring hands.

My son absolutely loves the days he spends at Busy Bees at Basingstoke Hatch Warren Lane. He always enjoys the activities and eats like a king! As a parent, I love the regular updates on sleep, eating, nappies and observations of how he has been getting on. The staff are incredible and my son is thriving under their care. We are so pleased we chose Busy Bees and couldn’t ask for a better team of people to look after our little boy.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this nursery to other parents/carers and look forward to our new arrival joining when I return to work next year!

My son thoroughly enjoys his time in 2-3’s and always has lots of stories of all the fun things he has done each day. The staff are very friendly and patient and all of the children always look very happy.

Busy Bees Hatch Warren has provided excellent care to my little girl. She settled in extremely quickly and class room transitions when moving up are very well organised to cause minimum stress to the child. All staff are very polite and helpful and the iconnect tool really keeps you connected to your childs daily activities.

My daughter has been with Busy Bees now for almost a year and she is so happy there, she has come on so far with her learning since she started. The staff are all so caring for the children and provide daily updates at the end of each session. The food is great, plenty of varied meals that my child would have never tried if she wasn’t at Busy Bees. Best of all, the children are always so happy!
