The nursery in Stokenchurch opened in December 2004 and is situated locally in Stokenchurch near High Wycombe. Stokenchurch has a lovely village environment and is close to good commuter links. The nursery accommodates the differing needs of children from 6 weeks to 5 years.

The nursery has specifically designed rooms to encourage child development and meet the needs of the individual age groups, as well as providing a large outdoor play area for the children to explore and learn. Children are cared for within the nursery by friendly and dedicated staff.

The nursery has a large outdoor area and a separate baby garden designed to inspire a child's imagination. Pirate boats, climbing apparatus, trikes and ride on toys, along with a good selection of specialist outdoor play equipment, all incorporating a variety of materials and safety surfacing, allowing children to play in a challenging, safe and stimulating environment.

A minibeast and digging area, along with purpose-built raised beds, allow opportunities for children to grow their own fresh vegetables and herbs evoking a natural curiosity in the world around them. A variety of trees and plants surround the garden, allowing children to observe the changing of seasons.

The nursery serves the village by encouraging social interaction with others in the community, with regular visits to the library and maintains strong links with the village school.

The nursery is a bright and modern building providing a warm welcoming atmosphere and is open from 7.30am - 6.15pm Monday-Friday. The building has state of the art CCTV system covering all rooms and the outdoor area, together with a secure door entry system.

Since joining Busy Bees, Stokenchurch our son has come on leaps and bounds. His development over the last 15 months has been remarkable and a key factor of that has had to do with his nursery. The whole team have been excellent in getting to know and understand our little one. Their caring, friendly,
welcoming and professional approach to his care and education has been more than we could have wished for and they clearly know our little man very well. It’s also been great to see investment into the nursery during our time here and with the planned future investments, the nursery will only go from strength to strength, creating greater opportunities for the children. We would highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a solid foundation from which their child’s education and personal development can build upon.

We love Busy Bees, Stokenchurch and our daughter goes every day happy to nursery, which is the best sign we could have. She enjoys the activities, her friends and the staff, who make learning fun and ensure the specific needs of children are worked and developed. Staff is amazing, caring and communicative.
Am always amazed by the diversity of food given to the children, great chef! Thank you for taking such good care of our daughter!

My son absolutely loves the carers and environment at Busy Bees, Stokenchurch. The communication is great and the team are really supportive during challenging times, working with the parents to achieve a positive outcome. They were great at supporting us through toilet training (something which lots
of nurseries do not help with).
Big shout out to the senior room manager who is like an auntie to our boy - he loves her so much and her approach is fun and nurturing, but also assertive with strict boundaries. He will miss his Busy Bees family after the summer.

We have used Busy Bees at Stokenchurch from the baby room to the preschool room and have always felt the children were well looked after and received personalised care. The nursery staff are kind and communicative, very flexible and accommodating. The children had a lovely time at Busy Bees at Stokenchurch
and we were sad to leave when we moved away from the area. I would definitely recommend the nursery.

My son has been with Busy Bees since he was 8 months. The setting has been extremely helpful and helped him settle so quickly. He continues to learn so much every day. The staff are very friendly and understanding. The education and learning are amazing, especially the app that provides so many ideas

I am so happy with how the staff have supported my little boy's start to nursery. All of the staff are friendly, approachable and are able to tell me about his progress.

Busy Bees have been great. Our little boy took a while to settle but the team we so patient and supportive especially during covid times. Our little boy has been enjoying exploring new activities and toys. All the staff have been so friendly.

My daughter really enjoys her days at this nursery and happily goes in in the mornings. They did a great job of getting her settled back in after the 5 month lockdown closure period and she is attached to the staff members that she interacts with. They provide a good range of activities both indoors
and outdoors, as well as healthy food and a calm napping environment. This is my second child to attend this nursery and I would definitely recommend it to any prospective parents.
