Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons Epsom Waltham House since she was 7 months old, she is now nearly 3. From the day we enrolled we have had 1st class care. The team are dedicated and love the children. Any issues are dealt with efficiently. We always have clear communication and all staff are approachable. The environment is fun and educational whilst being clean and safe . The food is amazing, varied and balanced. We love BHEWH

Under 2. Bright Horizon Nursery has been a wonderful experience for our family. From day one, the staff showed a genuine personal touch, making our baby feel safe and loved. We were amazed that after just three weeks, our 1yo child was happily going to the nursery without tears - a true testament to the care and emotional support provided. The team supports us on every level, offering advice and regular updates. We love receiving daily photos and seeing the variety of activities designed to support our baby's development. Most importantly, our child is always smiling and happy. Highly recommended!

After 3 incredible years at the nursery, my son is preparing to start primary school, and while we're excited for his next adventure, leaving this place feels like saying goodbye to family. From the start, I was struck by how welcoming and professional the staff were. My son has always been known, understood, and supported as an individual. It really highlights the incredible management and team culture. The outdoor space is an absolute gem! It has offered opportunities for adventure and learning. My son's best stories come from afternoons spent exploring the garden or activities like cooking, yoga, and imaginative play. Communication has been exceptional. The app's updates, daily photos, and the staff's responsiveness helped us feel like we were right there with him. It always felt like a fantastic partnership between the nursery and us as parents. I wholeheartedly recommend the nursery to any parent looking for a place where their child will be nurtured, challenged and celebrated.

There has never been a moment where my child has been at this nursery that I haven't felt he was safe, happy and been well taken care of. We get updates through an app with lovely photos, he loves going to nursery everyday, and I regularly have talks with nursery staff where they are as excited about his development and milestones as we are.

Would highly recommend, our son thoroughly enjoyed his time at the preschool and we believe that it has given him the best start to his education. All the team were kind and caring, the activities he did each day were excellent and he loved the wonderful outside space that is rare to have. We will all miss the preschool a lot and seeing everyone there each week.

We moved to Epsom in January 2024. Since this is a new location to us, we were worried about finding an ideal nursery for our daughter. But we are so glad we selected Bright Horizons Epsom Waltham House Day Nursery and Preschool. From the very first day, our daughter felt welcomed, cared for and she made so many friends. She looks forward to going back to nursery the next day which made us realise she really does enjoy her day. There is a huge positive shift in her learning, creativity and personality. The entire staff has been amazing. Special thanks to 6 members of staff in particular for taking good care of our daughter. Also thank you to another member of staff for the lovely greetings every single day. We highly recommend Bright Horizon to any parent.

We are so impressed with this nursery! The staff are brilliant - caring, personable and have made such an effort to get to know our daughter. The updates provided are excellent, photos every day and lovely observations. There are also pets in preschool and nursery, which is such a lovely touch.

Fantastic nursery. My 2-year-old loves going in every day. She has the opportunity to paint, draw, messy play, have obstacle course races, interact with her friends and read - all with the support of the excellent carers.

We have been at Bright Horizons for five years now and on the whole, have been pleased, particularly when my daughter was in the preschool four years ago. Currently, I feel there could be more activities and education incorporated into the preschool day. In the past, there has been an external sports coach coming every week, visits from animal encounters, music sessions and local police. I know other nurseries even arrange a hairdresser to visit, it would be good bearing in mind the expense if the nursery offered more opportunities.

Our daughter is so happy and settled at nursery. The staff are very approachable and deliver a fantastic range of experiences for the children. We could not be happier with the provision and the care she receives.

I moved my child from another nursery to Bright Horizon, Epsom Waltham House about a year ago. It couldn't have been a better move for him. Within two weeks he was much happier and slept better. We have been very happy since then, even with transitioning to an older class. The staff and management are very supporting, good and always friendly. I have no doubts to send my second child here as well in a few month's time, as I know it is the best place for him to be taken care of while I work.

Bright Horizons, Epsom Waltham House is blessed with a really empathetic manager who not only keeps a low turnover of staff for the best continuity of care for children but also takes a keen interest in the ongoing experience of parents. Our little darling has really enjoyed the spacious outdoor activities; fun-loving learning with warm-natured staff and nurturing fond friendships with peers. The only thing that stands out as a possible area for improvement is the dietary variety of choice during the week, but our child's happiness at nursery is obvious by the praises he sings of it. Thank you for all the effort you all put into encouraging our little ones to develop larger hearts, curious minds, and greater wonderment each day.
