I couldn't be more grateful for the ongoing care and support the Busy Bee staff provide for my daughter. From the moment she started, the team have shown nothing but kindness, patience and genuine care towards her.


As my daughter has grown, it became clear she faces more challenges than many children

her age and she is currently awaiting an autism and PDA diagnosis. Throughout this time the staff and SEN manager have been incredibly understanding and supportive of her needs.


There have been times when I've felt quite alone, especially as many of the challenges happen at home while my daughter masks in public. The SEN manager has always made me feel heard, listened to my concerns and gone above and beyond to support us.


The continued support for my daughter and our family has been a real game changer. The staff in the room are wonderful-so warm, personal and caring with every child. We feel very lucky to have such a supportive team around our daughter.

Our daughter started at Busy Bees last August and she's been loving her time here. The staff are so nice and really enjoy being with her, and she has developed loads since she's been there. The communication from the Busy Bees team is great, whether that's either through the app or on the phone. The
food menu is excellent, and Alba's updates on the app make us smile.

I moved my daughter to Busy Bees Bitteswell just before her 3rd birthday, and I honestly fell in love with the nursery from day one. From the first morning the staff were welcoming, warm, and reassuring; they already knew my daughter's name, greeted her with smiles, and made her feel comfortable which
meant the world to me as a parent.
The key workers in the foundation room are absolutely faultless. You can clearly see the care, patience, and genuine love they have for the children. They go above and beyond every single day and the attention to detail is incredible. The communication is excellent and I get a true feeling for what my daughters day has been like. It's clear this isn't just a job, they genuinely care for the children.
I 100% cannot fault Busy Bees Bitteswell in any way and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for outstanding childcare.

I am really happy with Busy Bees Bitteswell. Our daughter started in September 2025 after we struggled to find the right setting for her. We found a very supportive team who helped our daughter thrive, become more independent in her play, and grow in confidence.
The staff are welcoming and caring,

Our child has been going now for nearly a year, they have come on leaps and bounds and love going to nursery every day.

I couldn't be happier with Busy Bees Bitteswell.
The settling-in process was handled with so much care, patience, and understanding. The staff truly took the time to get to know my baby and made the transition feel calm and reassuring. It's clear how much they genuinely care, and that peace of mind

Our daughter is about to leave Busy Bees to start school, and she couldn't be more ready thanks to the outstanding preparation and support she's received from the wonderful staff. She has built a fantastic relationship with her key worker, but in honesty she's happy with any member of the team - they're
all so kind, considerate and take the time to really know her.
The staff are just as welcoming to parents. They make time to invite you in, offer thoughtful and considerate feedback (even when I'm sure it's not easy to deliver) and show a genuine interest in both the children and their families. We're so grateful for every Mother's Day morning, Father's Day breakfast, graduation ceremony, carefully saved picture, update on the app and Christmas craft card. These small, touches mean so much.
As someone who has worked in education for many years, I know how demanding the job can be and how much effort goes into each day. Busy Bees go above and beyond, and it doesn't go unnoticed

A fantastic nursery, with staff who truly care about the children, their wellbeing and learning.
Facilities are always clean, resources are updated frequently and my child is thriving under the care of his care workers. Healthcare and care plans via risk assessments are thorough and kept up to date.

My daughter absolutely loves her time at Busy Bees Bitteswell. She's come on leaps and bounds since she joined and the diversity of activities she undertakes is evident in her confidence and interest in pretty much everything. We're kept up to date on all she does throughout the day and at drop-off
and pick-up it's clear to see how strong her relationship is with the staff - even those who she's not in direct contact with. I was anticipating it to take a little time to get her settled after Christmas but she was more than ready to go back. As she's there full-time, it was so important for us to make the right choice for her daycare and we couldn't be happier with the manager and the team.

Busy Bees Bitteswell is a great nursery.
Both my children have attended, one of whom is still there.
Both children love the nursery and the staff; the environment is very engaging and supportive and enables children to thrive.
Communication is great and I am always very well informed, throughout
the day I receive regular updates and photos which is wonderful!
The nursery sets up the little ones very well for their transition to the different age group rooms as well as for the big transition to school.

Busy Bees Bitteswell has been outstanding. From initial contact through to starting and beyond, every member of staff has put our concerns, issues and general worries at ease. Our daughter started when she was 11 months old and from day one, has thoroughly enjoyed going. She has specific dietary requirements
which we were concerned about but from the first day, the in-house chef has created unique meals and snacks which cater to her specific needs. We are so grateful for how much she has improved with her eating and how much she enjoys her meals. The care and effort of each member of the team is exceptional. We couldn't ask for anything more from our nursery provider.

My daughter has attended here since she was 9 months old she is now 3 nearly 4 and will be starting school this year. It will be such a shame to say goodbye to the staff there when the time comes! They have been supportive, caring, open and honest and I have never once felt that I didn't make the right
decision placing her there. The staff are brilliant. My daughter has such a close bond with them and I'm always collecting her with a huge smile on her face.
My daughter has benefited from their support and we would honestly recommend Busy Bees Bitteswell to everyone!

We are very pleased with the nursery and the care provided to our daughter. The staff are kind and attentive, offering a wide range of activities and ensuring the children are served nutritious meals. If I may suggest a minor improvement, it would be great if Busy Bees HQ could consider enhancing the
outdoor activity area - perhaps adding a playhouse or similar features. That said, we are, overall, very happy with the nursery.

My daughter started at Busy Bees last year at 9 months old and we had a bit of a rocky start however the new manager that has recently taken over is absolutely amazing. It feels like a home away from home, it feels like the staff are very happy and the whole place has a relaxing atmosphere. They really
care about the children, remembering little details about what your child likes and dislikes! I am a very protective mother and do not have any babysitters or anyone looking after my children so to tell you I feel so safe and happy that my daughter is here is a huge statement!

My son started nursery at Busy Bees Bitteswell in September 2023 at just past 12 months old. He's always been a sensitive, high-needs baby and I was worried about how he would cope. Well, I absolutely needn't have worried at all. My son is so well looked after, and it is so clear that all the staff
that work in his room absolutely love him (and all the other children they work with) and are passionate about their jobs. We receive great handovers each day to let us know what he has been up to, and the app also helps keep my mind at ease that he's okay during the day. He sleeps and eats amazingly at nursery, I swear he has a better diet than me! There are always plenty of activities for the babies to be engaging with, and I am astonished at how quickly he is learning, growing and changing every day. I couldn't be happier with my choice to send my son to Busy Bees Bitteswell!

I can’t praise the staff at Busy Bees Bitteswell enough!
Not only have they helped my little boy develop amazingly over the last 12 months, every single member of staff has supported my little boy while going through an extremely tough time with illness.
I can honestly say I go to work knowing he
is safe, and being well looked after by an amazing team.

Great nursery, the girls are all brilliant with my son.

My grandson has been attending this nursery for just over a year now. The staff go above and beyond to be helpful in all aspects of their job. My grandson has had some health issues and every time he’s had an episode at nursery the staff have stepped up to help him taking everything in their stride.
They are all friendly and always smiling and happy and Grandson counts it as his second home.
