My 12 month old settled into busy bees so well, the staff are all lovely.
I love the little daily photo update of how he has got on in the day.

Highly recommend, the nursery is very clean and love all the little extras they do regarding Mother's Day and Father's Day breakfasts.

We transferred our son from another local childcare provision which was not up to the par we would expect. Since joining Busy Bees in April 2025, our son has excelled, grown in confidence and ability at a fast rate. He no longer demands to not go to childcare, he asks to go which makes me as a mum feel happy. We are updated on every day through the app and get to see snippets. The environment is nurturing and promotes natural curiosity to a child's interest. The staff are friendly, welcoming and approachable and go out of there way to accommodate a child's needs and requests including food at meal times (within reason) - fantastic . If you're considering this nursery ... Just do it. I can vouch you will not regret it.

Both of my children have been attending busy bees in Crowborough since they first opened nearly a year ago. Since then I have watched them both flourish and thrive due to the amazing atmosphere, education and care that the brilliant team provide for them. My youngest was only 8 months old when she first started attending 3 days a week, but the amazing ladies instantly calmed my worries by giving such personalised and nurturing support to both of my little ones. I trust every staff member as I would do my own family. It is a beautiful nursery setting with excellent standards that is equipping my children with the skills they need for a great start in life. I am so pleased that we picked busy bees.

In the end we didn't send our child to Busy Bees because the one around the corner from our new house opened up a spot , just as we were about to move from Wales to Sussex. But we did the entire admissions process with Busy Bees Crowborough, visited the nursery on three separate occasions and had several conversations with Billie, Izzy and others.
They were brilliant, incredibly accomodating and supportive during a time when the uncertainties with the move made everything a bit tricky - particularly with concerns to make sure child care was resolved in the best possible way for our 2 year old son.
Even the nursery's reaction when we told them we would no longer be sending our son there was perfect - they just wished us the best of luck and were completely understanding that a nursery closer to home would be the best ourcome for our child and our whole family.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Busy Bees Crowbourough to any parent.

My daughter started at Busy Bees in June. Having worked in nurseries myself, it was important for me to choose a setting that had the right resources, and a dedicated team that shared the love and passion for childcare.
All the staff are friendly and supportive. They update me on my daughter's progress daily and they can even get her to nap which is a huge bonus!
My daughter thoroughly enjoys her food and nursery allows her the opportunity to try new nutritious meals throughout the day.
From her first settling session, to a month in, my daughter is ready to play as soon as she steps through the door. I couldn't have found a better nursery to offer her the care and attention that she needs.

It's a beautiful new setting too, in a perfect location and the resources are chosen perfectly for each room. I highly recommend Busy Bees Crowborough.

I am so pleased with my Son's experience since starting Busy Bees in Crowborough, his confidence has grown and he is thriving in this new enviroment. I feel that he is safe and well looked after and the staff are attentive and approachable, and are open to feedback, which is refreshing.
The Nursery Manager is fantastic. She runs the nursery seamlessly, is fair and understanding and I am so pleased we made the move for his last year of pre school, I wish it had opened sooner so we could have benefitted earlier.

I hope that my Son's future teachers are as wonderful as the Busy Bees staff.

Overall Experience
We first visited Busy Bees Crowborough in mid-April, our daughter started shortly after. We were shown around by the assistant centre director, whose passion & enthusiasm were absolutely infectious. From that moment, we knew this was the right place for our daughter. Three months on, everything that impressed us initially still holds true-what you see is truly what you get.
The nursery itself is beautiful and filled with engaging toys and activities-some I'd never even seen before. The learning activities are so thoughtful and creative, even I wanted to join in. Since starting, our daughter has been so positively stimulated. As an independent and strong-willed child, I really appreciate how her personality is embraced & nurtured. She's guided and supported, not stifled, and encouraged to contribute positively to the nursery community.

Our daughter has truly thrived-from learning everyday tasks like putting on her own bag to engaging positively with both children and adults. Your team has been absolutely brilliant. Each & every member
