Kids Planet Urmston

Very friendly staff always providing an in depth handover at pick up time. Very tentative to the childrends needs and all members of staff has formed a very good relationship and understanding of my childs needs. Great at providing information about what is going on in the nursery over the coming weeks via the app. Overally very happy with the nursery and my child loves going!

My son recently started nursery so it was a big change for all of us. Kids Planet have been caring and nurturing towards my son and communication with parents has been positive. We get regular photo updates which are lovely to see, the activities are varied and there is an emphasis on messy play and exploring. Staff speak warmly to my son and I'm sure he will seek them out for comfort if needed.

Kids planet Urmston is fantastic. My daughter has just recently gone up into the toddlers room and has settled in so we'll. The staff are brilliant, always sending updates and keeping us updated on what activities she is up to that day. They are very attentive and my daughter runs in to nursery everyday. Food selection is great and the outdoor space is fantastic. She is out in the garden everyday and the staff work hard on working on developments such as speech ect. A warm and friendly nursery I would highly recommend!

My daughter is really thriving at Kids Planet Urmston. She is quick to rush in the door and is excited to see anyone and everyone when I drop her off. We receive fun updates each morning about her day, and the staff are friendly when we collect her. I've also found the admin team to be helpful and responsive.

Good tracking of learning and lots of opportunities provided for the children to enable them to work towards set goals /objectives.

I have had 3 children at this nursery and never had any issues. They have been accommodating with all my requests including the kids having a vegan diet and reusable nappies. I often forget items such as wellies but they always have spare so my children don't miss out. 2 of my kids are twins and they support there individual development amazingly. The communication is fantastic and I never worry about the wellbeing of my kids when they are at nursery.

After this is went downhill. There were a number of areas of the nursery that I do not think were good enough. There was a constant influx of different staff, often short staffed, inexperienced staff, constant staff rotations in rooms to make up number's (I think including either 4 or 5 managers/deputy managers in the 18 months my daughter attended) My daughter did not enjoy her time here and is thriving in another setting

Kids planet has been brilliant for my toddler. The nursery is always warm, clean and inviting with lots of themed displays and artwork. The staff have been fabulous and always welcome us with a smile. You can tell they put lots of effort into setting up fun and engaging activities for the children each day, with clear learning outcomes helping to prepare them for school. With regular updates through the app I can also be confident that my toddler is happy and safe.

She leads a great team and I'm so happy! And I know my brother is so happy with the nursery also and will be posting his own review soon also!

A great quality of service from the staff at Kids Planet- Urmston. They update me with pics and vids. My daughter always leaves smiling and her social skills and development have been fantastic. The manager Emma is really responsive to queries and issues and they have always been accommodating.

The layout is perfect for kids too including a nice large garden area where the children can explore play and learn.

Would highly recommend and will certainly send any future children we have there

Our daughter has been at Kids Planet Urmston for the past 2 years. She loves it. The staff are friendly and helpful when we have questions. The app shows an activity they have done in the day and says what they have eaten in the day. The food offering is brilliant and varied. The outside area is incredible! With so much to do for all ages. Our girl has been in all the rooms now and currently is in pre school and she has loved every room. When she has had wobbles at drop off, the staff have always been loving and friendly offering cuddles and support. Would definitely recommend Kids Planet Urmston.

She also seems to be progressing well and making lots of friends who she loves to talk about when she gets home. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic nursery all the staff are absolutely amazing. My little one settled in so well. The transition from starting one day a week going up to multiple days has been smooth. I originally enquired with very short notice for a start date and they exceeded my expectations. My little one goes in with a the biggest smile on her face and the updates throughout the day are key. Fabulous all round.

The nursery staff have been great at helping me settle my daughter into her new routine at nursery She is very happy to be dropped off and is excited when she sees her favourite staff members, it's been wonderful to have the reassurance of going back to work and knowing she is having lots of fun in a safe environment.

Our child has been at this nursery for over a year and in that time she has developed into such a kind and thoughtful little girl. The staff communicate really well through the app and it's great being able to see all the fun our daughter is having, as well as tracking their sleep and eating. Our daughter loves attending nursery and a lot of that is down to the lovely staff. We wouldn't want our daughter to be at any other nursery.

My son is vegetarian and this is catered to, although there are sometimes app input errors they are quickly resolved.

Little one has been here since June 2024. So far, a positive experience with the nursery and they seem to really enjoy themselves in the room. There is always a range of activities each week and the app is regularly updated which gives me peace of mind when I'm at work all day.

Our little girl started beginning of October and so far we are impressed with the staff and the fun that she is having. She is always so smiley and happy when we go to pick her up. The staff are always super upbeat and friendly, and the updates on the app are a wonderful way of keeping up with her care and activites throughout the day.
