We are very grateful to have chosen Kids Planet Sale for our son. Headmaster Steph and her team have been extremely helpful, patient, and understanding. They clearly explained the nursery's vision and routines, which made us feel confident from the start.

The settling-in support was excellent. The staff gave thoughtful suggestions based on our son's needs and reassured us with regular updates. Their caring approach helped him adapt smoothly.

We always feel safe and comfortable leaving him at the nursery. The environment is warm, secure, and well-managed, giving us great peace of mind.

We have also seen strong improvement in his speech. Even though he is from a bilingual family and only attends one session per week, he has learned new words quickly.

The meals are fantastic, with a variety of dishes. Our son enjoys them so much that he often eats better at home afterward.

Kids Planet Sale is an exceptional nursery where my son is thriving every day. All staff engage with him, ensuring his wellbeing at all times, whether that be physically or emotionally. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to others, or to send siblings there (should he ever have any!).

My son loves nursery. Activities are stimulating and geared around personal interests whilst meeting birth to 5 framework. My son's gross motor, fine motor, and communication skills have vastly improved thanks to the attentive and proactive approaches provided by the caring staff. The nursery is lively with lots of outdoor learning too. Resources are good.

My daughter attended Kids Planet Sale, and the care she received was amazing! Staff were very friendly and brought my daughter out of her shell and pushed her development. I was always kept up to date with meals and activities and any events that were going to be celebrated. Management were very approachable if I had any questions. Overall we both had amazing experiences and my daughter continues to speak about the staff and her time within the nursery!

We're really happy that we chose this nursery! Our son is so happy there and we know that he's in good hands. All the staff genuinely care and they do really fun, educational activities every day. The app is great to keep us up to date on his eating, sleeping and activities throughout the day. Huge thank you to the management team too, who are always really flexible when accommodating requests. Highly recommend.

Fantastic nursery. Really cares for my little one and helped us all settle in when she started nursery. Going from looking after her all day every day to letting the nursery do this several times a week was made much easier with the settling-in sessions, the kindness of the staff, and their calming welcoming nature. My son has been attending here since he was 12 months old and he is our second child to attend. We love the nursery. The children have access to a wide variety of learning and play. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and know my child well. My child is happy here and he is thriving in all aspects of his development. The food choices are varied and healthy and the children access outside spaces at regular intervals throughout the day. The management team are approachable and it is simple to contact them.

We have had children at Kids Planet for 6 (!) years now with baby number 3 starting in September 2024. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The nursery is so well run by the management team and we have never had any cause for concern. The staff who care for our children are wonderful - they are kind, caring, and full of brilliant ideas for activities. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone.

I feel so much at ease and comfortable every morning I drop my son off at nursery. His development has come on hugely thanks to the staff at Kids Planet Sale. From being nervous with messy play and physical development to now loving painting and climbing everywhere! Having only been at the nursery for 5 months and making these progresses, I cannot wait to see what the next few years bring for him.

Lovely nursery! Really impressed by the carer's attention to the children and how loved they are by them. The carers are also very approachable with all and any queries by parents. They also are consistent with updating their platform so that one can have an insight into their child's day.

He enjoys the food and has adjusted to the sleep routines. He is happy to see the staff when he is dropped off and they seem pleased to see him!
